I went and picked up a man friend, so I wouldn t be taken advantage of when I went in to the store. I was amazed by the hospitality and wonderful people who worked there. They were willing to help in every way! I must say I didn t need the man, thank you for being so wonderful in every way that was so appreciated

O'Reilly Auto PartsFarmington, NM # 2797 Made a visit to this store at 11:25 am and the open sign was off my husband and I enter the building and the two gentlemen working this day refused to provide any type of service to us and stated that it s Christmas Eve and we don t want to do anything or sell u anything and pretty much sent us on our way. This is very unprofessional of them why are u even working if your not going to do your job that s what your paid for to help and service people not make them angry and run them out the door. Rude staff. Unprofessional. Bad service

Always a good place to drop in if needing some quick stuff. Usually come here for oil, filters, and if needing a typical bulb on my non-upgraded vehicles. Typically they've got a sale going on for something useful. Friendly staff. No complaints here!

Took a starter in for testing and the parts counter person doing the testing told me it was a bad starter, but when I went across the road at AutoZone they tested and said it was a good starter. I felt cheated by O'Reilly's and am hesitant to continue to be a customer. Worst part is I've been a long time customer and wonder how many they cheated me even with their lifetime warranty that I was denied after paying the premium price for the parts I bought.

Hello Management Team,I want to inform you of the outstanding service I received at your store #2797 on Sunday May 14, 2023. I was coming from Salt Lake, Utah, and suddenly my headlights shifted, and I was not able to see the road clearly. I saw your store and immediately pulled over and noticed one of your team members emptying the exterior trash. I asked if the store was still open. He said yes. I asked if he could help me, and he immediately responded and started walking to my vehicle as I explained what my concern was.Your team member Shavonne, forgive me if not spelled correctly, looked at my lights noticed the clamp was not on properly, and adjusted my lights. I then was able to see and drive safely to my destination. Shavonne s service was critical for my safety and the safety of others on the road.Thank you for acknowledging your team member for me.Kindly,

Smh! I've been ordering a part for my ride for almost 2 weeks now and it keeps getting sent back and all I hear is will give you a call when it comes in and no call from them.. lack of communication with customers I tell you...I asked if I could pay over the phone so it don't get sent back and the guy said no I'll give you a call when it comes in but never does.. NO MORE ORIELLY'S FOR ME!

The service sucks! Only two cashiers open, but each cashier was having a full blown conversation with the customer at the counter, totally ignoring the line of 6 or more people. Won't not recommend unless you have time to wait in line for more than 20 mins.

I was helped by Zack & Rod today! They were both very helpful, kind, & encouraging.As a woman you are always nervous about going into an auto parts store to get a part your man is asking you to pick up. You know if it s the wrong one you will not hear the end of it. So grateful for guys like Zack and Rod who are super helpful, and graciously share their knowledge and experience.Thank you for making a lady feel supported & comfortable in your location!

Driving from Albuquerque NM to Salt Lake City, and the alternator decided to die at 4am. I was about 15 miles away, and was able to make it to the store. Hung out until they opened at 7am. Jade and Malcolm greeted me, and helped me diagnose the issue and find the new alternator. They let me borrow the needed tools and I was able to get back under way in less than an hour. A huge thank you to both of them. Great customer service for someone in need.

Was not BAD but; also was not good...if that makes sense? Went in for some mounding picks to replace a mirror. They had what I needed so in and out but teller was making some weird faces and rolling his eyes to whomever he was helping on the phone? So felt uncomfortable?
