Mr. Brown was very helpful today. He was busy and took the time out to help me with a problem with my Ford F350.The Technicians Check my fluids specially, transmission fluid court low check my differential very helpful very courteous people. Technicians are very knowledgeable.I m definitely going back there hard to find good technicians and management. That ll go out of their way for you. !!!

My kids hit a large rock while traveling back to school and ripped loss the underbody shield. I had them bring it in and these guys took care of them by fixing it and sending them on their way without a charge. Adam is a 5 STAR guy!

I can't even express my appreciation for the kind individuals that work here. Everytime we have to take our vehicles in they go above and beyond. I am especially thankful for this company getting our truck in for something unexpectedly and getting it done so quickly today. Thanks your hard work and kindness is recognized and appreciated much!

Very grateful for Adam, Randy, and crew. They were honost, knowledgeable, and got me road ready. Randy took some extra time to fix my wiper fluid hose. Fealt valued as a customer and as a person. Sincerely appreciate the good will.

Thank you for the team at Murray's auto maintenance. They aligned my truck and the truck runs good. No more pulling to the right or left. You have a super satisfied customer and im recommending to people i know.

These guys are amazing! I brought my car with no appointment and they were able to get it up on a lift and handle the issue within like 15 minutes of my arrival. They came out, handed me my keys, and told me I was good to go free of charge because it was such an easy fix for them! It can be hard to find a good, trustworthy mechanic but these guys were awesome. Would highly recommend!

I been going to Murray Auto for about few years now to get alignments and other mechanical work which they have been doing an awsone job, But recently they been doing poor and unsatisfactory work and not even working on parts needed. Found loose bolts after my alignment and parts not even swapped out as I requested, but still charged for parts and labor at $2k..won't be taking any of my vehicles there from now on...

The guys over at Murray Auto Maintenance were so great and helpful. They helped me get back on the road the same day after my car over heated with no appointment, plus ordered in the right parts to do the complete job so I don't have to worry about it happening again. Thank you!!

Over all experience from the people amazing! But, I payed 350 for the alignment because I had stock bolts which apparently if you have stock it makes it very high dollar, ever since I got my alignment it still has the drag to the right side as if I have hit every curb in the four corners area I figured it would sort it s self out some how it has now been a month maybe should ve said something right after but I know less about cars then I do everything else and my mom told me it would be fine that I should wait so I did but I really don t feel like it is worth what I payed.Service: Wheel alignment

So, I originally called Sweetland's Automotive with what I believed to be a serpentine belt issue. I explained to them that this was my only car, and that I would be able to pay for repairs immediately. The gentleman I spoke with was super nice and said if I dropped it off ASAP, it could atleast be looked at the same day, but with one stipulation.I needed to take my car to the auto shop next door to them, which is Murray Auto Maintenance (apparently Sweetland's, Murray Auto Maintenance and The Wrench repair shop are all owned by the same family). Dropped car off same day and waited for their phone call. They called me that evening to tell me that my car was now at The Wrench (whom a review is forthcoming soon for), because after cleaning the engine and diagnosing the issue, the repair needed was now "more than just maintenance." Here is where things kind of went south.. When I spoke to the people at The Wrench, nothing that had been communicated between myself and Murray's regarding my car (including the wishful thinking of urgency, and I had asked them to throw on a new pair of windshield wipers), had been discussed at all to them, and they (The Wrench), were in the process of doing ANOTHER diagnosis.And that, folks, was my experience with Murray Auto Maintenance. I will say that the people I dealt with were very nice and seemed to be trying to help, but communication is HUGE, and apparently there was very little of that between the two shops which frustrated me incredibly. Please note that I paid them (Murray's), promptly and in full for the cleaning and diagnosis they did.

My 5th wheel trailer broke down with a wheel issue as we drove in to Farmington headed to Arches. I contacted Murray Auto and they sent Barry to help me get the trailer to their shop. Everyone was extremely helpful in getting the wheel fixed so we could continue with our vacation. The entire staff even stayed past closing to fix the trailer wheel. Great bunch of guys and very good at their work. Thanks, you saved our vacation.

This place is hands down one of the best in Farmington!! No big name dealership in this town is going to give you the type of customer service that these folks will!! And they will do it without draining your bank account!! I highly recommend Coleman and his crew!! Great job guys!! Keep up the great work!!

Awesome place to go! These guys are amazing with the work they do, very friendly, professional staff. They get right to the problem and fix it without hesitation. Adam has always been very helpful with the 3 vehicles we took there for repair and always open to answer our questions.

Corey and the staff were courteous, professional, and very capable. I was informed throughout the process, every question I had was answered, and no work was performed without permission. Absolutely horrible customer service. No care at all of customer s time. Sat in office for 40 minutes before they started on my vehicle when I was initially told another car was coming down and I was going up right after. Spent over an hour sitting in the office for absolutely nothing, I was late to a dinner and when I asked what happen/why I sat there for 40 minutes before they took my car out for the initial test drive (then sat for another 15minutes, with no alignment even being started) the guy in the office just chuckled and said have a good day . Absolutely horrible customer service and such a huge waste of my time with no care at all on their part.

Was referred to Murrey's by Discount Tire Co.Farmington,NM. Took My Vehicle in and instantly was greeted with Extreme CourtesyAnd Very Professional workmanship. ThankYou to All the Staff. I also witnessed an employee go out of his way to bring a chair out to a female customer who was w8n outside. Kool peeps all around.

Traveling from Texas to Washington and I got stuck on the side of the road I called Murray auto maintenance at about 5 AM no later than 630 did Coleman called me back asking me if I needed help on the side of the road he was there in thirty min an he dosent even do service calls he just knew we needed help he is truly an blessing five stars for me
