This is the second new car we bought at Melloy Honda using Jared as ours salesman. Never any pressure and always greeted with a smile. I d also like to thank Joey, Cameron and Patsy for their assistance and putting up with my questions and stories.

I purchased a vehicle in 2015. It was outstanding. Never had issues with it. That's why I chose to get another Honda. My sales rep was Crystal Martin. She is a new employee but she is great. She was very polite, helpful and seemed as if she had been there longer than 2 weeks. She was very knowledgeable on the operations of the vehicles. Patsy Lucero did my paperwork. She was friendly, polite and professional. She makes a person feel as if she's known them for years. She definitely is an asset to Honda. I WILL recommend others to Honda.

I had the pleasure of having Patsy Lucero do the financing for my Honda that I purchased from them. She was amazing! She was extremely thorough, kind, and honest. Definitely recommend that you request her for your next auto purchase!I also had the pleasure of working with Nick March and he was so amazing. He came in on his day off to help me find a car, he made the entire process so smooth and easy. He was as the most amazing sales consultant I have ever worked with, totally recommend you request him if you are looking to buy a new car!

Had an amazing experience with this dealership! Our salesman Chris was very helpful, he helped us in every way possible to get us into our dream truck (f-150 lariat powerboost) and the finance manager really worked with us with keeping us in the price range we wanted. The staff was very thoughtful and very kind! One of the best car buying experiences I ve had!

Bought a 2020 Nissan, the salesman was easy to deal with, but I paid 8k$ cash down payment, and somehow the manager swindled me in to 8k$ more bucks in additional charges. Not to mention it was used, so the brakes should have been checked, nope. Bad brakes. My problem with Melloy is that not only are you being lied to Abby the managers, but the vehicle salesman don't actually back you up. Don't buy from Melloy Honda, AutoMax, Advantage Dodge, they are all the same owner and they all have the same price hikes and all of them rip you off. Go outta town or even outta state, stop giving these people your money.Before I had enough shenanigans from them I proceeded to by a 2019 Ram, at 13% interest on a used vehicle, which didn't bother me because I always get refinanced later to eliminate that issue and make sure I don't pay much in the higher bracket, but is what really steamed me was the fact I was told that no other banks wanted to work with me than the 1 that offered 13%, then I got a letter in the mail from a bank stating they need an answer on their offer to work with me, it so happened to be the same bank and same offer from KIA, where I so happen to be shopping for another BRAND NEW vehicle. At a lot less than what was being offered, yes I know there is a difference in rates from New to used, but the point is that I was not presented the offers to make my own decision, I was swindled yet again. To top it off, when I left with the used vehicle, I get a call a day or 2 later saying that I still have not been financed completely, so told Melloy that if it's not completed by end of day we are canceling the deal, the Salesman proceeded to tell me that my vehicle was already gone, well there are LAWS that prevent it from even leaving the lot for ANY reason whatsoever until all financial issues are cleared and they have the title in hand. Not only was I told they are will to scam and break the law to ensure they get their money, I made it very clear early on in both purchases that I'm not the one to try and scam, I'm very prepared mostly but there are some new dealer scams I hadn't caught on to yet,Melloy as the owner is 100 percent responsible for the scams and games. The next time there will be courts involved just to make a point. I'm tired of seeing good people be scammed out of their money and given extreme payments in an already stressed environment by big companies who love to do anything and say anything to take it from you.Do NOT shop in Farmington NM at all, let them all go outta business.

Went in knowing what we wanted to look at. We had the best salesman Eduardo Eng, he was very helpful and informative but not pushy at all. The process was super fast and easy, the finance manager worked with us to make sure we were comfortable with our payments etc. Very happy.

I have bought a vehicle here and had multiple used Hondas serviced here. I have always had great experiences with the sales and service department. On one trip they did quote us 2 hours to put a block heater in my wife s 2021 pilot. Some problems arose and they gave my wife a courtesy car to drive for the few extra days they needed it. They then hauled her car back to Durango and picked up the courtesy car and stuck to the original quote. Stuff happens, and they did everything possible to make sure it was the least inconvenient on us as possible.

We had a great experience with Melloy Honda in Farmington, NM. Nick March was the associate that showed us the different options that we were interested in. He was patient and very helpful with our questions after we decided on a new truck. He is a five star associate. We will call on him in the future when the need arises.Thanks Nick, for a very pleasant experience.

Got a used Pacifica, but it failed within the first hour. I do not believe it was the dealer's fault, it was more to do with the car itself and the dealer was understanding enough to accept a return given the scenario. Though I did spend fairly significant time, effort & money to go all the way to NM to get the car, there has been no compensation for that.The sales person, Chris was extremely helpful, he made sure to have the car fully charged before my arrival. I also had to top-up my rental car and Chris was kind enough to let me use his Sam's club membership to get a discount on gas, little details like those are highly appreciated. Highly recommend Chris, 2 thumbs up.They did try and push a bit strong for extended warranty sales, mis stating some of the facts of how much warranty was already on the vehicle, I'd prefer sales to be made on accurate details.

If you want a new or used car make sure you head to Melloy Honda and ask for Eduardo! His customer service and attention to details is fantastic. He took time to make sure we understood how to use all the features and was very pleasant to work with. We love our new HR-V and really appreciate Eduardo!

Came to Melloy Honda after seeing this beautiful Toyota in their used lot. Was fortunate enough to have Jared as my salesman! He did awesome and he was able to get me into the truck I wanted for a really good price! I recommend Jared for your vehicle needs!

Personally feel a little ripped off. Sticker was 27,500 contract said 28. Somehow title and registration came out to around 1k which is crazy and my trade in was ridiculous. But I really wanted it and I was in a hurry so I m to blame I just wouldn t buy used from these guys personally anymore. My used car for a supposed misfire they dropped my car valued at 17 to 11.5. Just extremely disappointed in my in the moment decision.

My Toyota hit 220,000 miles and needed new tires and a windshield so I decided that I would think about buying something new. I went in to Melloy Honda and met Andie Gonzales who very patiently showed me a few Pilots which I loved but then she suggested looking at a CR-V. She took me for a test drive and showed me all its cool features. A day later I took one of my sons over and once again Andie took us on a test drive again showing us the cool features. By this time I was convinced I needed a new car so a day later I had my husband go in with me and Andie showed him all the things. I m happy to say I left that day with a new CR-V. It s a month later and I m happy to say I love this vehicle. Andie did a great job and was so helpful as I decided if I needed a new car. Thank you Andie! Go see her if you need help buying a car.

I m from out of town but this location saved my life! Christmas travels are NEVER easy but thanks to Brandon and the *many* skilled mechanics they saved me from buying a new car! I came in w no appointment but they did EVERYTHING they could and fixed my vehicle! I m from abq a much more larger city and even they couldn t find this problem!!Thank you Brandon and melloy!Keep that coffee brewing for mr Johnson pls!

By far! The best vehicle purchase experience ever. Our Sales Consultant Garry Dixon was super helpful, knowledgeable and all around wonderful with getting us exactly what WE wanted. The Business Manager, Patsy Lucero was amazing and quick as well. She was super transparent in reviewing our paperwork, & taught us a few things to look for. I recommend other potential buyers to work with Melloy Honda!

Victoria is by far one of the most attentive and caring sales reps I ve ever had the pleasure to work with. She was able to immediately find me my dream truck I had been searching for for over a year, I never had any issues with communication even though I bought the truck while living in Colorado. She never failed to go above and beyond to get my truck to me with all the add ins I needed, and she tried her absolute hardest to get me the best deal possible until I was completely happy with my purchase. I wasn t able to find any dealership in any other state around me that was even nearly as close to a good deal as Melloy was offering. I will 100% be buying my next truck from Victoria and if y all have a chance to go to Melloy she will always go out of her way to find you exactly what you re looking for. Do yourself a favor an ask for Victoria right away!

As a first time car buyer I went to countless dealerships trying to find my dream car. All the dealerships I went through gave me so many hoops to jump through, so I ended up taking a chance with Melloy Honda. I told my sales rep what I was looking for, and although they didn t have the 2022 Honda Civic Sport in stock, Cristal definitely went above and beyond to make sure that I got a vehicle I was satisfied with. Her customer service was excellent, from greeting me right when entered the parking lot, to answering all my questions, and just making me feel comfortable with my purchase. After 3 months of having my vehicle she still reaches out to check up on how my vehicle is running. All in all, I would highly recommend Melloy Honda if you re interested in buying a new or used vehicle. Ask for Cristal, she s super helpful, and friendly!

My husband and I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years and this was by far the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car. Went in not really anticipating leaving with a new car and then Andie Gonzales came along and was the most informative sales associate we have ever worked with! There was no pressure and Andie took our wish list and wrapped it all up into the AWD cutie in the picture. Quick process, no hassle, fabulous trade in value, and every employee there was professional and courteous all while being respectful and honoring social distancing. Thank you all for a great experience and thank you Andie for being so informative and helping us find the perfect vehicle!

This dealership is fantastic! I went to Farmington from San Antonio, Texas to help my Sister and picked up a nail in my tire 10 miles from my Sister s house. When I got there the tire was going flat very fast. Mr. Melloy thankfully lives next door to my Sis and he helped me out immediately. His Honda store picked up my Ridgeline and took it to the store and had the tire replaced the next day. Kylie, in the Service Department notified me immediately when it was ready and she was sooo nice and very professional. I couldn t ask for better service. As a retired General Manager for a large Nissan store here in San Antonio, I totally understand how important good customer service is. They get it and deliver it at Melloy Honda. It s so hard to find that kind of service in today s world and so refreshing when you do receive it. Thank heavens for Melloy Honda, I m sure the rest of the Melloy dealerships follow suit with good customer service. I would highly recommend all Melloy dealerships. You won t be disappointed.

I contacted Melloy Honda in Farmington after a disappointing experience with Garcia Honda in Albuquerque. Kameron Knoll secured the vehicle I wanted. Chris McArthur took very good care of me when I arrived at the dealership. He was very professional, straight forward and honest. He was also very knowledgeable and showed me all of the features on my car and how to use them. Patsy Lucero made the paperwork go as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend Melloy Honda.
