Our truck recently broke down while in New Mexico (far from home base for us). I was very pleased with the level of service we were given. I was confident that our driver would be safe on the road once they were through with his truck. We were kept well informed of the issues they were finding and how they planned to repair it. Thank you for being there for us!

Terrible management. The only great manager there is Mr.Bradshaw. Seems like no one is ever there and they just make the lower employees handle all the complaints instead of management. They re always behind on trucks in their shop so you have to wait days just to get anything done. They have even forgot to order parts and make you wait even longer due to their mistakes. Overall I d say go somewhere else if need be

I m so grateful to everybody who works at this dealership, this was one of the best experience at any Freightliner locations nationwide. Got here at night with a tow truck, waited until 7am when they re open, I was taken in the bay pretty quick and got my truck fixed in 3 hours. I waited in the driver s lounge watching Tv, drinking hot fresh coffee, snacking. At the check out they said they will compensate $500 out of my $2150 tow expense(will send me a check), that s very nice. I ll definitely recommend this location to everybody. Thank you

Have no fear Krysta is here. When the service room looked empty it was Krysta that helped me out with all transactions at this location I had to ask if she was the lead personal there?? Sadly she wasn t but should be. The ride to somewhere you want to was questionable even though the sign in lounge says clearly

These folks are pretty awesome. I came in to the service area because my Freightliner had an exhaust system that came apart and within a short few hours they had me up and running. While I was waiting for repairs they gave me a nice room to sit in with a TV and a comfortable couch and plenty of snacks and they kept the communication with me about the process. I wish there were more shops around like this.

Helpful and friendly! Had been using a competing shop that would have required a trip to Albuquerque. Saved 400 miles and an overnight! Highly recommend!!!

They open at 0700 you can park at the gate bring in trk info and they found 4 leaks that the Frightliner in Salt Lake City did NOT FIND. The people where friendly and nice the break room had drinks and snacks with a TV. I would like to come back here before anywhere else. The next time i got to go to a Frightliner here is where I would like to go.

Farmington Freightliner, Daniel Bradshaw, SVC Manager, and the whole team are fantastic! We have a 2022 Entegra Super C with a leak as we were trying to get home from a 2 month trip. Daniel had us come by to diagnose and found the problem. The team fixed it and we were on our way. This location has been the best we've ever had the pleasure to visit. A couple of hours and a great sense of humor! Highly recommend and saved our trip.

Way too slow for the amount of work needed on my truck. Wasting so much time and money with these guys. Maybe they need more mechanics to expedite the workload or maybe they re just taking their sweet time. I give 2 stars because of friendly service. Avoid if possible.

Dale Davis, Daniel Bradshaw and tech, Josh saved our motorhome trip. We were ready to return home due to 2 major safety issues, but the team at Farmington Freightliner fixed our 2 issues quickly.The repairs were professional, their changes were very fair. The dealership was organized, clean, comfortable and entire staff was friendly. Thank you, Lonestar Freightliner Farmington.

Friendly staff got truck in and out in the same day. But they didn't have to order any parts. Walking distance to near by places. Comfortable atmosphere will definitely bring our truck here in the future if near by for anything.

Had issues with our starter solenoid. Called them up had one there the next day. Let us install it on their property, had problems with putting it in... The guys let me borrow some tools and fixed the broken bolt for me.!! Great bunch of people and definitely would recommend them!!!

I can't say enough about these folks! They truly did everything they could to help us after our RV needed repairs. We stayed in the back during the night and visited Farmington during the day. The folks who work here are friendly and willing to work with you. HIGHLY recommend!

One of the best freightliner dealers and the country! I've been to a lot of shops over the years and this one is one of the best I've been to. Was in there to get doser kit replaced and I was in and out pretty quick. I highly recommend this place. The mechanics are friendly and the folks here are just good people.

A few years ago, My One Box failed and I had to leave my truck at this location for repair. Shortly after, I was given orders for active duty. I called to inform Lonestar Truck Group. Not only did they repair my truck to pristine condition, they worked with me extensively on a payment schedule. Special thanks for your professional support of veterans. This shop is small but has great customer service, they are quick & their hourly rate is affordable. Parking 4 trailers is limited & trying to get out with your trailer attached is a little tricky so U better walk around 1st to get the big picture. They don't have shuttle to take U 2 a hotel or take U somewhere 2 eat but they have a ph# for taxi service! Nearest hotel is jus a few blocks away from facility so U can just walk 2 it if you think U can handle it. Drivers lounge is very small but they have TV 4 your bu..... ummm 4 your convenience! Facility is not open 24/7 & they close @ 1700 hrs so U better call & ask if they can service U in the same day, plan ahead & arrive early so they can work on your truck.

Great and friendly staff! We were traveling in our motor home and it broke down, Daniel got us in and fixed it up within a few hours and we were able to head home! Highly recommend!

Where can I start.Well I will say something about me first so you drivers relate.Im a owner operator and right now Im working in the oilfields. Ive been at many dealers shops and ypu know how they are.They just work like a dealer by the hour not caring for the driver first need which is been on the road working.They keep you days waiting for repairs and sometimes they dont do their job right.Ok now about this place Lonestar Freightliner of Farmington NM.These place the first time I did something here I felt like I was in my hometown working with my old friend mechanic that cares about me and my bussiness.These people go the extra mile they go above and beyond service and really put a good name and reputation to the dealers.I wish all dealers work like them.All I can say is thank you and I hope this review help other driver to find you and to find a place where they care about them.

Had trouble with my Winnebago motorhome while on vacation. Stop at lonestar truck. Even though they had to order parts from freightliner they let us stay on their lot for the night and could not have been more accommodating. The repairs were done in record time and correctly. Cody the service manager kept us informed and we were on our way the next day. We owe them for saving our vacation! THANKS GUYS!

I go to Farmington Freightliner to do all the chassis work required on my motor home. They just completed the annual maintenance required by Freightliner. I also had a small air leak in the suspension system which they located. The work was all completed properly and neatly. The other big plus is that I can schedule an appointment with them.

Kinda disappointed. I was told they had a part in stock over the phone. I showed up and inquired about said part and was told it was not available anymore...had grow legs and disappeared...i guess.

Truckers my friends don t go over there they know only to clean codes on computer and put you on the roadThey don t care if you stop with the truck in the middle of nowhere and have expenses for the towing and everything else Simple not good service not good !!

Aside from Dale Jr., Unprofessional and unnecessarily rude most days. If parts were available anywhere else... Anywhere else is where I would suggest going.
