If I could give them ten stars, I would. I was driving to AZ from CO towing my 27' travel trailer. After pulling out from a stoplight in Farmington, I noticed blue smoke coming from the back of my trailer. The rear axle had let go on the driver side and the two tires were rubbing together. I pulled over as soon as I could, thankfully right next to a vacant lot. After a lot of trying to figure out what to do, the guy at O'Reilly's auto parts (right in front of that vacant lot) told me to call Gene's Frame & Alignment, that they were wizards with leaf springs.Boy, was he right. It was already late afternoon, and not only did Gene's say they could help, the owner and his brother drove over after closing the shop to perform a temporary repair that would allow me to drive my rig over to their shop the next day. Then they made sure I was able to pull down into that empty lot to overnight. His wife even brought me a sandwich! The next morning, they came over and led me back to their shop, with the brother driving behind me in case the temp repair let go. Needless to say, I felt so safe and taken care of in a town I had never been to before. They got me in right away, helped me back in and unhitch, and by the end of the day, I was back on the road, at a price I could afford. I will never forget not just the professionalism of these people, but their incredible human kindness. I cannot recommend them more highly, and the reason I knew I could leave this review was because I found their new website while looking to get in to see them again for a spring issue on my truck, on the same CO-to-AZ trip this year!

The folks at Foutz-Hanon recommended Largo Frame for some custom welding of a front end hitch for our Chevy van. My first experience with welding. The folks there did a totally great job! Traveson did a great job with the cutting and welding. He kept me advised of how the installation would go at every turn. Big shout out to Traveson and Casey for a job well done. Pricing was fair and it looked like their alignment work and other services would be equally professional. Highly recommended

Passing thru from Oregon & trouble with the motor home allaignment. Had surched from Cedar City Ut with no luck. We were very excited to find out he could get us back on our way the same day. The new owner even helped my husband rehook the car trailer to the MHome. You don't find that kind of service as much as you used to. The price was also reasonable. Thanks for everything.

This place is now Largo Frame & Alignment. We damaged an axle while passing through Farmington, NM. Good honest people that treats everyone fair. I can spot BS a mile away and these people are straight forward. Got me back up and moving at a very fair price. Highly recommended.

Four States Tire tried to hustle me. I was told it would be $400 in extra parts just to align my F250. Largo Frame and Alignment stepped up to the plate and saved the day. My truck was aligned perfectly, without extra parts and for a very fair price!!! Largo is my only place I would take my truck for an alignment.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

They charged me 60$ for 2 individual U bolts after quoting 20$ on the phone. Couldn t justify it. Largo can and will run this place into the ground. 60$ for 2 u bolts in INSANE and they weren t even bent symmetrically. Biggest joke of a shop and won t EVER return.

This business is amazing. On Friday July 16th my wife and I along with my son and his family were headed home to Az from a camping trip in Colorado. Just as we crossed into New Mexico from Colorado my sons 5th wheel started listing down on the right side. We pulled over and discovered both right leaf springs on the right side had separated and were bent. After 3 hours of searching in Farmington for springs we found Gene's Frame and Alignment. We had left my sons 5th wheel by the side of the road and measured the springs. We bought what we thought were the right springs from Gene's and an extra set incase the left side needed to be replace when we got into working on it. (the extra set were 5 leaf instead of the six leaf we needed but that was all Gene had). When we replaced the two right bent ones we discovered we had measured wrong and they were 3/4" to long. We discovered that the left side were ok. I called Gene's and explained what our issue was. He said no problem bring back the ones we didn't use and he would trade them for the correct size. He even stayed open late so we could pick them up. We replace the wrong sized ones with the correct ones and got on the road to home. Gene's was awesome. You dont find many businesses that will stay open late on a Friday night to help an out of town customer.Thank you Gene's Frame and Alignment. Your customer service was much appreaciated.David P.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I went there to get the chassis greased and the rust of what needed done for fluids done for the four wheel drive it was only going to take a couple hrs . Then I get a call from them telling me I needed 1500 dollars worth of work done I tell them that I only have 500.00 so the told me they would do the hub and bearings for that price and a day later I picked up my van took it home and looked to see the job they said they did and not anything was done. I would not use this business for another thing ever they are crooks and liers and can't be trusted.

Gene and the staff were very professional. It is very good to see that there are still businesses of this caliber. Very down to earth, it was good to do business with the owner rather then a corporate puppet. Good experience.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Took my 97 Jeep Wrangler in for alignment and was informed the bushings on front lower control arms were bad. Gene's replaced the bushings and it drives like a new vehicle. Thumbs up.
