Jeremy and the team did a great a job getting my vehicle ready and making sure it is safe for an across the United States trip I am leaving on this week. Jeremy was super from the time he greeted me at my car and through the entire process. Will definitely go back here.

There was no questions or problems with my prepaid service coupon. I feel like other locations have made me pay more because of the engine size. This location didn't do that. The staff was informative and friendly during a busy day.

I think they did a good job on the alignment, but is honestly hard tell immediately. Always professional there. Main complaint is that it took 2 hours on the rack. Even allowing for a prob with the equipment that seems like a long time. The other side is I was only charged $100 for 2 hours, which is not much.

I bought tires on Amazon and set up an appointment with Amazon to have Jiffy Lube install them at a certain day/time. I received email confirmation from Amazon when the tires arrived and checked with Jiffy Lube to confirm the date/time. But I was informed that they didn t actually do the day/time that the Amazon program scheduled for me- they just install the tires on a first come/first serve basis. This was totally fine with me, but I can understand why it is not ideal for others who expect that date/time appointment to be transmitted from Amazon to Jiffy Lube. These were pretty large/heavy tires (33 ) on new wheels with new TPMS sensors. They had them installed in about 90 minutes and did an excellent job. They set the pressure correctly, and were very careful not to scratch or damage my wheels. Good work guys.

Short wait even with other customers in front of me. Quality service and parts.I could change my own oil at home, but with multiple Jiffy lubes close by and with their level of service and speed, why should I.Well done again.Thanks

I had unexpected repairs which cost alot more money, but Jiffy Lube were able to help me. They were very helpful. I always like coming to this Jiffy Lube because they're so nice and patient.

Very eager to help, exceptionally professional, timely the only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because the service (buffing headlights and applying a treatment) came out a bit blurry and looks like some one touched a lens (not to be touched for 72 hours or warrantee is no good.) It wasn't me who touched it and I think the lighting on the left lens was maybe compromised when the service attendant did it. However, this is the first time I've had this service, so maybe I am expecting too much? I have not tried my lights after dark, yet, which is the real test.

Sorry for not commenting at first. But, I did have a great experience. Went in for an oil change as I have used this location in the past for services. Oil was changed, car cleaned and inspected and the techs recommended some needed repairs. Jiffy Lube provided fast service with oil change and cleaning I needed. They properly installed the cabin filter that other places failed to do. I'll go back for next service.

Jiffy lube no longer goes the extra mile and checks other fluid levels. They no longer advise customers if the battery is leaking. I found this out days after my service and the Shift Manager confirmed it. Cost me a lot just when I was having surgery. Be careful with trust is my suggestion.

I have a 2022 C8 Corvette. It s low to the ground. Paul the manager himself carefully guided the car into the bay. He primed my oil filter for me as I requested and took overall good care of my Vette, along with his team at Jiffy Oil Change. I felt compelled to give this review in thanks for taking good care of me as I was on the road on vacation. Thanks guys You re the Best!Service: Oil change

I was supposed to get my truck vacuumed with the signature service and it was not they tried to say I needed new wiper blades when I bought brand new ones and they were installed at autozone right before I came to get my oil changed.

Absolutely incompetent. Did not care about customer service. I dont know if Amazon or Jiffy lube is under the impression that making appointment times and not keeping them is no big deal but screw them both. I moved around my schedule over two days to make the appointment. And the tires took 2 days to get put on and more than 5-6 hours of my time waiting . No communication and no apology. Never use them . Did not put tires at request pressure, no caps put on. Absolutely no concept of customer service.

Staff was knowledgeable and courteous. They basically did diagnostic on my pickup, then went through the options based on that. There was no pressure to perform any service I didn't want. When I'm in town, I will definitely return.Services: Brakes, Oil changeServices: Brakes, Oil change

I feel that didn't do a good job like he said he would they said they would reset the mileage indicator which they didn't and also the front of my truck shakes a lot now so I don't know what they did but that's not good most likely I be choosing somebody else to work on my truck but I give you the one star because of the courteous

There was a long line so I left the store and went to a different location but when I got to the other location they sent me back because they didn't have the right fuel filter. By the time I got back there were only a few cars in line. So I was able to get in fairly quickly and they got my new fuel filter put in and fairly quickly.

Said I needed $700 worth of brake work. Took it to another place that specializes in brakes and tires for a second opinion and was told there was nothing wrong with my brakes.

If I can give them 10 stars, I would!! Incredible service. The gentleman were so professional, so kind and efficient.My wait time was zero minutes. Literally got right in! They were able to see me immediately, they got the job done within 10 minutes.They changed my oil, filled my windshield fluid, added some other necessities and hand cleaned my windows!
