I had been trying to get my oil changed for about a month, but everyone had an extra long wait time. I went by my local Jiffy Lube to see when they open in the morning so I could be there first thing. They got me in and had me on my way in about 20 minutes. They were super friendly and quick too. I highly recommend the Jiffy Lube on 20th St.

They were so quick. Had my oil change done in no time. They were also very polite, opening doors for me as well. And they even cleaned all my windows!

The whole experience at Jiffy Lube was awesome, no hassle. Everyone was so helpful and got my oil change done in record time and they even was the windows. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience.

Fast, Friendly service. Last visit they alerted me to a potential transmission leak, and suggested I call the dealership. I did have a leak, warranty covered it, it was barely noticeable but they caught it. These guys have my business for sure

It was great, you can see them working on your vehicle on the monitor in the break room. They have popcorn and pop. the employees are very good at what they do. Thank you. You said you vacuum my vehicle,It was not vacuum, and half of my front windshield was clean

All work was done well. They did not reattach my skid plate correctly. I now have a damaged skid plate and the shop agreed to help me get it taken care of. They were very helpful.

Samson was very helpful and kind to me. They did a great job on my car. Only losing a star because it's very expensive. Just an oil change cost me $83. But it was a very pleasant experience, regardless.

Good service. They even allowed me a grace period on my coupons that expired a couple of days before I came in for service. I am only giving 4 stars because when they cleaned my windows, they left them streaked and spotty.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Service was fast, Dominic was super professional and nice. He and James explained everything and didnt try to make me replace my slightly dirty air filter haha! There was no problem with the coupon I gave them. My vehicle was vacuumed and windows cleaned! Glad I decided on this shop. Popcorn was made and soda machine was running. Maybe just check the wifi for customer use. It would have been nice to use while we waited. Overall a good experience!Service: Oil change

Just left from there. The staff was very friendly & they didn't try to just get money from me. I went in for a transmission flush. The service technicians were very kind. They explained the cost, inspected the area, and gave me the assessment. I did not feel pressured to perform a different service outside of what I came to have accomplished. It was a very good service experience.

Very disappointed. They told me everything that they had done and everything was good but they did not check a thing beside just change oil also said I did not have a engine light on when I did . They did not check my battery or fluids and said the air filter screw was strip that why they did not check it but when I hot home they unscrew fine and air filter was dirty. Also I ask them to check the rear diff fluid and they never did that till I had to ask again . The only thing I seen really being done was a lady working on the rest of the vehicle doing good and the guys just standing around. This service was very disappointing and can not believe I would pay that much for not much work being doneService: Oil change
