Came in with a derate issue on truck. Once I got here Daniel immediately went out and put a computer on it. Truck was fixed a day later. Daniel and the whole team at Inland has been a gem in a sea of less than desirable dealerships.Excellent service! Thanks guys!Richard

Repairs were done as I requested. Happy with results. Parts department and service department did a great job of getting the truck back to me so it could go back to work! Thanks!

Stopped in to get 4 new batteries installed and coolant reservoir replaced. Left these guys shop and two to three weeks later I started having cranking issues again. Took my truck to MHC in Dallas and Farmington NM KW installed three expired batteries on my truck. Also they upcharged me because I have a fridge and stuff like that and still installed lower than required amperage plus expired batteries on my truck. Thanks Farmington for making me make sure the batteries I'm paying for are what they supposed to be even at a kenworth dealer next time.

Needed to replace the injectors on my n14 so I reached out to these guys to source them for me. First reaction was great based on how easy & convenient the parts guy made it for me, he asked for a part number & said they'll be here tomorrow. Before we hung up I asked for ticket total & the guy said 1800$ which I expected.Next day I arrived at inland & before pulling my cores out I go inside & ask the parts guy for my ticket total & I get the same answer 1800$ so I proceeded to pull out my injectors in their parking lot. When I walked back in with my cores & pick up the new injectors, the slick sales man hands me a ticket for 4500$ & says I SAVED 1800$ in core charges.I didn't bother arguing with the guy because it was a Friday & if I wanted to reject the injectors & order the remans I was expecting I would have been stuck there till Monday.Never shopping here again.

I came in with a bad fuel rail, four days later they called me and told me they had installed it wrong, causing it to seize. Another 4 or so days and they told me it was done. I was able to drive my truck for about a day before it gave me the exact same issue down in Albuquerque. Took it to the shop down there, they told me that the Farmington shop had botched the installation (again). Only took them a few hours to solve that. Thanks to the incompetence of the Farmington shop I waited 9 days for a repair that should have only taken 2-3. The Albuquerque shop seems well run and competent but the Farmington shop seems poorly managed and sketchy. If you can definitely get your issue checked out down in Albuqerque.

Got there in the morning, service guy said he couldn't get to me until that afternoon. Sat 6.5 hours, watched 2 trucks go before me. I was told they couldn't get to me today. Went to buy the airline that blew, they didn't even have it. They called Bruckners next door, they had the part so I had 5 more airlines replaced. Only guy that helped me was the parts guy calling a couple other places.

Had truck towed in for repair after loosing power and quit running, the team at Inland Kenworth got the problem diagnosed and had the truck repaired shortly after the parts had arrived (ECM). The staff are friendly and professional, a pleasure to do business with.

What a great Kenworth shop! Couldnt get us in right away, but mechanic was super and gave free advice that actually worked. Wish we could have stayed longer to get appt. But his advice worked for part of it! Thanks for good customer service!!

I'm writing this review because this place cause me to lose my truck. I pay these guys $1700, I came here thinking I would pay about $600 but that a long story itself that I don't care to write. now before I brought my truck to this place, the truck had no problems with starting up, after the service was done and I started up the truck, it made a small grinding sound before starting up, I didnt think it was a big deal at the time, but as the the days and week pass by the grinding sounds became longer then it got to the point I had to 3 or 4 times turn the ignition to start the truck. After a week I call the service manager to let him know that I didn't have this issue before I brought the truck there, he got mad and said that his guys didn't cause it and that I would need a lawyer to settle this.He knows It doesn't matter if the truck starter was sabotage or accidentally damaged, they know that even though in court I said my starter was working fine before service, I would have no proof and a case could not be winnable. A week and a half later I went to the ta truck stop and had $750 starter put on, then two days later my check engine light stay on, I took it to the Peterbilt, they said that my truck won't regen and that I would need a new electrical harness to fix it. Now they show me where the harness was and it was near the same location where the new starter was put in so obviously the tech that put in the starter cause something to the harness to not start a regen, but again I have no proof. They told me the total bill would be $3500 to fix, at that point I had enough and told them they can keep the truck, since the start of this year I have spend almost $10,000 on tires and repairs. Luckily the Peterbilt I went to was In the same town I live in, so I grab my car and empty out the truck. this is not a truck that I own, I got it thru a shady company that gives trks to people with bad credit, that got trucks around 500,000 miles and charges you around a $7000 down payment then you will have to sign a 5 year rental agreement were your trk payments are around $600 a week and u have to pay for all repairs. I will now be a company driver but I still have the burning desire to be a successful owner operator and will one day buy in whole my own truck and run under my own authority. But back to Kenworth Farmington, I know most of dealerships customers are owner operators and companies that have so much money they can afford to pay $140 a hour labor and have some tech screw up their equipment, but for struggling op like me it's a business killer, and when these shops screw up the only weapon we can legally use against them is the review I'm writing now, if something goes wrong we all have to take the time and write about, otherwise they will keep getting away with it.

My T-680 Company Truck's A/C Compressor broke down just as I was about to begin running the hot South Western states/ deserts. INLAND KENWORTH was able to get me right in the shop. They completed the work that very next day, sooner than I anticipated. These folks were great! Every individual I met there, from management, Sales & Service, and shop mechanics/ Techs were all very friendly and thorough to the point where they made my breakdown an actual pleasurable experience. Just extremely accomadating and made me feel at home! THANK YOU INLAND KENWORTH!

If your an OTR company your better off going to Freightliner. They don't care if you sit in a Motel for weeks. They are going to take care of the locals first. I give them 4 stars on poor customer service!

To the Vince guy maybe your truck was having problems b4 you just never paid attention why it helps to trip your truck on a daily base , your problems didn't get severe till the ta touched it so maybe they're to blame idk . I've never had a problem with any dealer shop in my 7 seven years
