Chance has been our go-to guy at Nissan when we want work done on our 2017 Rogue. He is very courteous, understanding of our concerns and questions, and he is excellent with guiding us through the repair process from the beginning until after the Rogue has left the shop! And my car oil changed and all the liquids checked and everything and they did it all because about the car there it was free and probably was so friendly and wonderful there
