These guys are awesome! While traveling from NM to TN I had an axle issue with my tow vehicle and to add insult to injury I hit a deer totalling the front of my vehicle. With these guys help I was able to rebuild the entire front of the van and get the parts I needed to fix the axle. I was in a very bad situation and they treated me wonderfully, even working with me to get the parts to where I was doing the work. These people are simply good and decent human beings doing what they could to help a person in need. Absolutely recommend this place. Thanks you so much guys!

The person who was supposed to install my front windshield rescheduled and told me to come back the next day. When they put the window in they use duct tape instead of normal blue scotch tape they told me not to remove it for 24 hours when I removed it it removed some of my paint on top of that it left a significant amount of adhesive. I do not recommend getting your windshield replaced here pay the extra money to have it done by someone who cares Chad does not care nor do any of his associates.

This is an amazing operation. They have acres and acres of parts and know where everything is and what's a fair price for it. People come from many miles around to repair their vehicles using this resource.They also perform repairs. After a local dealership quoted almost $16,000 for work on my truck, these guys got it back on the road for under $2,000. And really, they didn't take any shortcuts. Even the dealership acknowledged the validity of their approach, and that they often collaborate.Chad, the owner, appears to regard service to the community as a key to success. And his staff reflects this.

Just wanted to briefly sing the praises of Hwy 64 Truck and Auto Salvage in Farmington, New Mexico. I needed a motor for my Nissan and not only did they have several to choose from, they had the best price nationwide by over $1,000. I mistakenly wired them $15,000 instead of $1,500 and the owner called me immediately advising me of my error and he mailed me a check for $13,500 that same day. I received his check 3 days later and felt a huge sigh of relief (just unbelievable). Sooo, if you are looking for integrity, honesty and quality, look no further than HWY 64 Salvage in Farmington, N.M..... and BTW, they ship nationwide at bargain rates...... tell them that John Harris sent you !

I drove 3 hrs to get there... The part didn't work so they hunted around and found the part and saved the day! Thanks to Noah and the part runner... Great job!

We called the business to ask for availability and quote on a tire. Information on the vehicle was exchanged. My mom drove 2 hours for the tire, which ended up not being available. The issue was resolved, but it was a few days after. Thanks to Corry, who took the initiative to make things right.

Long time ago I worked for the family, they are awesome, it can be alittle overwhelming if you are not prepared, ask lots of questions and ask about warranty and replacements for defective parts... especially the large purchases so there are no surprises if there is a problem,They operate three or more major business out of there, so take your time bring them as much info as possible and ask questions!

I was never able to retrieve my items from my vehicle, even though multiple phone calls told me I could and then when I show up in person with my ID, they wouldn't take me to my vehicle to provide them with my registration (which people ALWAYS KEEP in they glovebox) and my title, which was in a safe in my trunk since I was homeless. Lost over $3,000 worth of belongings, not even including the car (which was worth another $2,000)...I go to A-1 now for salvage, I won't do business with Hwy. 64 ever again and haven't for tha last 3 years.

Called looking for a tailgate for a f150. I don t remember the guys name that I talked to but he was super helpful and fast didn t keep me on the phone long and got me the answers I needed! Definitely go to these guys

All I wanted were some taillights thinking Highway 64 could come in clutch. I went and bought a $170 aftermarket taillight that didnt even work on my truck either. The worse part is that they didn't even tell me that I couldnt refund it. I mean like I had everything; the receipt, the taillights still in the box and everything. I definitely won't be coming bk dude.

I'd give this a ZERO if I could. Called ahead of time from Gallup multiple times to ensure they have a part for me. I made the trip, paid expenses and 2 hours later they said they don't have my part. Wasted time and money coming out. So disappointed and so frustrated. Now going home empty handed and money spent.

Fantastic guys up front will help you get all you need. If they don't have it ready, they gave an accurate time plan to come back and pick up the parts. They also detailed exactly what you were getting from the high-quality vehicle photos on their computers. They also worked on the price with me when one of the parts they had had more wear than anticipated

Some excellent guys that were not only expedient with getting our vehicle towed after my sister and I were t-boned, but also went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to figure out our rental with the insurance company, and transported us where we needed to go in order for us to get our vehicle! 1st call super friendly , told me his name and extension , said i'll have a guy go check and call back in a hr , i did got voice mail , left a message , called back again left another voice mail , called back again and gave up on them. my guess part was not worth enough to mess with . i sell parts too 26yrs the least they could do was tell me they didnt have it etc, not ghost me

Purchased driveshaft and it has vibration they tried to find another and then said they would refund my money. I ve tried calling and emailing and nobody is responding. Very disappointing going to give them another day to respond then off to the Better Business Bureau. Don t usually have any problems with used parts but this was a huge disappointmentEdited: have already emailed Chad no response and remains unresolved.

I worked solely with Jace and was very impressed with his pleasant demeanor and was surprised and pleased with his willingness to replace a less than satisfactory sun visor for my 2008 Ford Ranger that he sent me with another at no extra cost and within 2 days. He'll be my go-to-guy if I need used parts in the future. If he'd found the better one first, I'd have given him 5 stars

Everyone here is knowledgeable and helpful. Customer service is top notch. Bought a set of used seats for my work truck, not only were they in great shape, the price paid was completely more than fair. I'll always return here first for any of my automotive parts. Great job over there guys!

The BEST junkyard in the Four Corners!!! Worked with Dwayne to find a Nissan Titan door. Wasn't able to find the exact color, but I was able to buy several parts for CHEAP I needed to get the repair done right. The yard crew was very helpful and went out of their way to show me several things. This is the largest junkyard I've ever seen! They have just about ever year/make/model and color of car/truck ever made. Thanks alot guys! You are my go-to salvage yard.

After 6 calls, and several messages, I was finally able to get ahold of someone. When I told the rep that I have been calling for a week and never received a call back, he was like .yeah. He quoted me a price that was three times more expensive than competitors. Don t waste your time with this dump.

Took nearly 2 days to pull a Rack and Pinion for my vehicle. I pulled my in 36 mins exact. They get so much business from locals including the indigenous communities to hiring a staff to handle the load. Their excuse is always " We short on staff".... they never answer the phone. Last they charged my card without authorization, they never called me back on it. Went in to see what was going on but the payment dept. Or personal there said they couldn't do anything about it. Only to credit me towards my next purchase, which is never going to happen again.
