I went in about a week ago, meant to leave a review then but it passed my mind.I went inside to ask a simple question, the two works working the front desk weren t very happy I went in just to ask a question.Carlos and Damion, (if I m not wrong) were working that fine morning. Thank you for assisting me but no thank you for being snarky.

Better be ready ro spend half a day waiting. Waited an hour to get in shop. Then two hours to mount and balance two tires. Confronted tire tech, no good employee. Sales guy was awesome.Tire tech needs to be replaced.

If your in need of some good tires I recommend this place. I think they did a wonderful job on my vehicles I got brand new tires on them.

Took my vehicle in for a tire rotation and a check on my tire pressure sensor light notification on my dash. After an hour, they said my vehicle was ready and that they didn't find anything with my tire pressure light. When I got home, my tire pressure light was still on, so I looked down at one of my tires only to realize, they in fact, had not been rotated. I had asked for a rear tire only rotation and the invoice stated a four tire rotation, I immediately called and asked what happened and they basically blew me off. I went back the next morning, had the manager come out, look at my tires and told them what happened. All he could say was that they had been rotated as stated on the invoice and signed off by tech, and tried to convince me as such. I know my tires, I know my vehicle, none of it had been done. I went to a different mechanic that actually helped me. Not only that, the other mechanic found some other things that were not right that had been "taken care of" by Four States months earlier. I've been driving around all these months thinking that everything was in working order. Not sure why the work was not completed when it was requested and paid for, but I will NOT be returning or recommending Four States to anyone. It would be a real shame if any part of the reason the work had been not done is because I'm female and seemed to be an inconsequential client.

Caught a screw in my tire going down E. Main street. I could see the screw and hear the air coming out of the tire. We stopped in at Four States Tire & Service and was told it would be 30-40 minutes. 40 minutes past and the whole time we're waiting, several men- two manning the front desk and a couple from the back were loading the soda machine, talking about lunch, messing around. 2 hours later (again, this just to patch a flat), they finally got done with it. Do NOT recommend this business. They don't respect people's time and lack business ethics. If you need tire service, go to Big O Tires down the road!

Got here at 9 am.. needed a tire rotation and balance simple process.. now it's 12:40.. 3 hours.. they don't look short staff. Also a lady waited here with me for an oil change....the reply from four states brings up a good suggestion.. set up a viewing of your service bay.. so as a customer it helps us understand what is time consuming..

I ve been here twice, and they are always very nice and get my car fixed in a timely manner! They are a first come, first served basis so no appointments anymore.

Great customer service. Rolled in with a tire that needed replaced 30 minutes before closing. Despite having sent most of their techs home, the manager stuck around, and saved my bacon. He easily could have turned me down.They've earned a long term customer with that. It is much appreciated!

Well, I went to the Farmington location and they didn't have 10w40 oil, so i had to go buy it and it ended up costing about $80 (including oil I had to buy). A few days later, my car was smoking and had no oil and left drips all over my driveway :/ . I'm hoping the Durango store can make it right. Not a great experience.

Worst experience ever. I had an appointment at 8am still waited an hour to get my truck in for a simple alignment. the tech got iny new truck without covering the seat. I then waited for 3 hours for them to tell me that it would be $300 more to finish.. what a joke!!!DO NOT USE Four States Tire for any reason!!!Confirmed by another alignment shop, "I did NOT need extra parts!"

The lack of concern for sales is discomforting. These guys make no attempt to appeal to the customer. Just wait in line at discount tires. Those guys know how to run a business.

This is a perfect place to get an oil change. They check everything. They properly check the vehicle's. Not like jiffy lubes where it's done in 10mins. I don't trust jiffy lube. GO TO FOUR STATES. It's a wait... but worth it if you wanted done right. They also have coupons for oil change too.

I am so pleased with service provided from Four States Tire! Brandon Miller and his team were helpful, honest and quick! They prepared me for additional work and cost that may be needed but then got into the work on my vehicle they found I didn't need anything extra. They could have easily pulled one past me and I would have never been the wiser. They were wonderful and I will definitely be using them in the future!! Thanks again Brandon!

I was extremely pleased with my experience at Four States. I loved working with Jean-Paul and having his help on my car. He explained what I was getting in a way that made perfect sense to me and I noticed a huge improvement after they worked on my car! The service I received was above and beyond my expectations. They really helped me out! Thanks Jean-Paul!

Called a day in advance to check prices on 2 tires and alignment. Was told that it's first come first serve, so I asked what time they open for business. I was told at 7:30 am. So the next day I got up early and left home at 5:30 because it takes an 1 hr and 30 min to get to farmington from where I live. I got to the building 20 minutes before they opened. Went in as they opened, was told that there was some already ahead of me.. they just opened. Anyway I waited all morning for 2 tires to get replaced and a wheel alignment. By the way I had done all the time rods inner and outer, ball joints and struts myself about 2 months ago. All I needed was it to be aligned. My point is I arrived before the store opened and left around 11: 30 . Too long of a wait I think! I hope to get better service next time around.

Great customer service from my experience and also great service in general.I generally bring my vehicles here for; oil changes, flat tires and new tires.Haven't had anything go wrong so I would say they are pretty good. Their customer service is also pretty spot on and they are pretty knowledgeable and friendly.

Showed up first thing in the morning for an alignment no one else was there and they told me I needed an appointment went down the road to Basin Tire and they told me that it was by appointment but since I was there first they would take care of me. now that's a business that knows how to make money and take care of their customers

*DECEMBER 01, 2018: FOUR STATES TIRE ON EAST MAIN - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I, myself do work at another Tire Shop but unfortunately for my own father weren t able perform what he needed done so he got recommended from my own workplace to see if they were able to help him with that but in return he recieved a smart mouth by an individual who identified himself as the Assistant Manager who also wanted to start a physical fight. I am very disappointed and I will never recommend this place to anyone. I would hope they do talk with whomever stated they were the Assistant Manager because this is not how to treat your customers no matter what title you have.

Great people,great service what more can I say. Thanks to JP for helping me with my wheel order. I had a bent rim and didn't exactly have the cash to spend on a set of wheels and mentioned the Goodyear program. 6 months interest free, can't beat that. Thanks again I will definitely reccomend you guys.

A friend of mine recommended that I go to four states tires on Main Street to get new tires because of their great service. I got new tires today at four states & give them 5 stars! Brandon, JP & Lawrence were very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable about the products. Go check them out!

Great local business. Friendly, honest, and great customer service. Make sure to make an appointment, they will stick to the appt time as much as possible. Clean bathrooms.

Blew a tire just outside of Farmington and called these guys for help. Brandon and Daniel arrived and jumped right on my flat. I also opted to have two other tires changed and they got those taken care of super fast. These guys were awesome and a life saver to get me back on the road to Texas. Thank you so much and I will call again should the need arise.
