I m extremely disappointed they wouldn t even help me patch up two holes in my windshield and when I told the lady I only needed two fixed she went back to the back and told the guys I needed the whole windshield repaired when I was getting ready to trade in my vehicle and didn t want it to split so I had to call someone else to do the job. Extremely frustrating.

Long time customer, here. The service has always been consistantly great from day 1 and I highly recommend these good ppl, whom are a locally owned family business.

This business is untrustworthy and was not willing to right a wrong. An employee of theirs stole $20 from my vehicle. I get it, it s my fault for leaving it out. But, I had it when I got there and when I received my car after an oil change, the $20 was gone. After speaking with someone about it, they didn t even offer to take $20 off the service. They said they searched all of the employees pockets and not a single one had a $20 bill on them. Whoever took it obviously needed it more than we did. Or maybe the business needed it more than we did. All things considered, I highly suggest you take your business else where. Maybe a place where they re not trying to steal money. I like taken my vehicle here. Staff are very friendly. They'll let you know if your ride don't need a oil change just yet or it's up to you. Full service is what I recommend.

The absolute best place for a service. The staff is more than knowledgeable, they actually care about your car and wanting to do the job right. I had a weird circumstance which caused me to need an oil change but I was concerned about a few components of my engine. The guy who greated me heard my concerns and quickly grabbed the owner so he could hear as well. He gave me his thoughts on the situation and actually talked me into going with cheaper oil. When I saw my car being pulled into the bay, he actually went out to let the staff know what was up with my situation! Expert work. Fast. Friendly. I wish this place was in every town I visit. I'll never get work done anywhere else when I am in Farmington. Btw my car is fixed and running better than ever, thanks in part to the care and understanding of these folks. 10 stars.

The price is good but they don't go over anything with you, don't give any suggestions to what needs to be looked at. They just did the service and sent you on your way. I know other places may charge a little more but they do let you know if they see any problems and do give suggestions to what needs attention

Pull up and told them I wanted a Full service.They call out my vehicle and said it s completed. Look at my ticket and Showed No signs of fresh grease .I lost confidence at Finch LubeNEVER going back..Now this person replies back and says a Total Lie. . How would you know what I requested. You weren t the one that greeted me.Again I will NEVER go back to Finch Lube.Very Dishonest and I m very dissatisfied.The Owners of Finch are just Plain DISHONEST.. all they want is your money for poor vehicle service .

I love Finch lube. the company that I work for has a corporate account with them. We take all of our vehicles there for oil changes. Finch never tries to up sell on anything they just tell us what's really wrong and it's up to us to see if we want to change the air filter or the light bulbs or the wiper blades or anything like that. they're always fast and they're pleasant and they're always very busy. This is due to their overall demeanor, they're easy to work with.

This is a family-run business that takes a lot of pride in performing a good service. They are quick efficient and take the time to do the job right. I highly recommend them for everything from an oil service to basic car maintenance.

My sister in law take her car to get it service there. She was having problem with something else, she said coming from Finch Lube shop. So I open up her car hood, I took a look and i seen a dirty old oil filter still on it. I told her to take it back but she didn't. I would keep a eye on them. I always check my vehicle when it gets service.

I feel very well taken care of each time I leave this place. Service is pretty quick, and customer service is very good as well. Price is extremely reasonable in my opinion.

Literally the best place to get an oil change in Farmington, NM.The staff is incredibly professional - the service is fantastic and fast - and the prices are very reasonable.Please get your oil changed here and support a local business that far and away blows any chain lube place out of the water.

Place was super clean, there was a long wait but everyone was super friendly and didn't let the fact that they were busy, change with how the treated customers. I will definitely go back.
