Had any 8am time "scheduled" to drop off my car for and estimate. Was told they were too busy and to come back later. Very unprofessional. I drove a half hour and wasted gas on literally NOTHING. They should stop doing this "just drop by and see if we're busy" and actually schedule real appointments with people...not advise a customer to just stop by at 8am on a particular day and see Definitely went somewhere else!

Had my rear brakes changed and they were supposed to resurface my rotors too but they did not do wat I was charged for $180.00 and my car started making a rattling noise so I took it back and they said the fixed it but nope still had the noise so I took my car else where and they took care of my car and said rotor was never resurfaced. Never trusting farmington muffler again. No stars.Service: Brakes

Great place. They do good work and they very busy most days. You will need to be there first thing in the morning. I been using these guys more. They are mechanics. Not parts changers like dealerships. Good work and good price.

Editing my prior 5 star review. While they do a great job at mufflers, they do a terrible job at AC work.Had my 4runner in for AC work on a Friday and asked for a diagnostic, they said the fan clutch needed replaced, did the work, said "everything else looked good" but the AC still wasn't performing right, so had them replace the drier based on symptoms on previous cars I have owned.They did that work Monday morning, said it still wasn't working and oh by the way we didn't actually do the AC diagnostic on Friday, but we did it now, and the problem is your compressor. If they had properly diagnosed the compressor on Friday, I would have waited on the drier replacement.We'll charge you the diagnostic fee that we didn't do and deliver you a car that the AC still doesn't work right on. That's fine, I just won't go here anymore for AC work.Services: Exhaust, Engine repair, A/C installation & repair

Wanted to overcharge me on a brake job and do work that didn't need to be done. Honestly, guys $500 for labor to do a front brake job WITH MY NEW PARTS is robbery. Went to Treadworks instead and was given a fair deal there.

Walked into the shop at close to closing time with an exhaust leak on my old Dodge pickup. The bay they needed to inspect my truck was in use, the owner took my name and number and said he would call me when the bay was available. I thought, sure, well to my surprise the phone rang about 20 minutes later and it was him saying, hey, bring your truck in and let s take a look . I drove it right down and they pulled it in and get this, 15 minutes max and the leak was repaired, a few turns of some bolts was all it took! It s worth mentioning that I was just at another shop whose name I won t mention, MIDAS, and after their inspection they created a long list of things they found wrong and a $1000.00 estimate , that s predatory BS!! These gentleman at Farmington Muffler have restored my faith in Humanity! Way to go guys!!!

Overcharged for services they did not perform. When I went back to talk to them about it, I was shouted at with profanities and my receipt thrown at me. BBB complaint filed. I will go back and speak to owner once more, then the next stop is small claims court. Make sure to review your invoice. They are not upstanding in their business practices.

Came in for A/c recharge.. they fixed it in an hours time. Gave the kids some hot tamales, updated us on the cars situation. DAN is the man for the job.. his mechanics are knowledgeable in their profession. Thank you, we will not suffer in Texas humid heat.

Was nervous going in, but I'm thrilled with the way my car sounds now. The gentian running the counter was informative and knew exactly what he was talking about. I'll be back here with every car I can get my hands on

I would never recommend this place they told me how much it would cost to get my exhaust done than when it was all done it was 300 more extra than what they said it was. I would get it in writing before going to this place.
