I am so grateful for them helping me with my rims/tires. No words can explain how generous they are!. I truly appreciate their hard work they do & get done. No words can explain how much they helped me in times of need, especially Austin. Shout out to Austin. They deserve all the recognition

They are incredibly professional here. They open at 8. I arrived at 7:45 and by 7:50 Elijah came out and got started on my car. He made the process so smooth. Everyone there was so patient and friendly. Kudos to their boss for having such a great crew!!! I highly recommend them for everything car related. Thank you for making this the easiest part of my day. They are top notch in customer service.

Things haven't been going the way I hoped, with school, work, financially, my vehicles. I needed a new tire so I stopped at discount tire. Austin W was my blessing today. He inspected all my tires. Turns out my front tire needed replacing also. I didn't have the funds, very caring fella he tired to see if they had a use one he would give to me for free... no luck.... he went out of his way as far as paying for a tire with his own money so my baby boy was able to ride home in a safe car... I tell you my heart, I cried. Thank you discount for hiring amazing people!! I can't thank him more.

It's rare that businesses truly are run by people that understand customer service any longer. Chad (the manager) gets it. He has obviously instilled that in his employees as well. Very personalized service. Worked with me to solve my problem including working with a third parties products to make it happen.

We went in for a simple tire rotation that was included in our warranty. We came in at 1pm and they weren't that busy. We were told that they would be done by 3:30pm. They barely pulled in our vehicle at 3:45pm and told us that they" had a bunch of appointments come in suddenly "but they were working on it. I saw several people walk in asking to buy a tire and they got them out within 30 minutes. I guess they care more about the people buying tires than the people who are not currently buying a tire. It's ridiculous with how long they make people wait that aren't buying tires. I'm writing this at 4:04pm and of course still waiting for my car to be finished. P.s. this is the second time I've come in for a rotation and both times were 3+ hours when we were told a different time limit.

A shout out of thanks to Austin W at the Discount tire in Farmington NM for fast help and friendly service when we came by the store with a leaking tire valve. He had us fixed and back on the road in no time with a smile and suggestions of area attractions to visit! Great service the way it should be!Thank you Austin!

Austin who works up front was a pleasure to deal with, I was given several options given my situation and was greeted by Austin asking my name. I ve worked a few customer service/sales jobs and I can appreciate good service when I see it. Top notch service all the way around.

I was out shopping for wheels and tires out of all the stores this place turned out to be the best price overall. The service was excellent I had alot of questions about offset tires they helped me understand it alot. And I was very satisfied with me purchase and the look was awesome . I bought one of there brand name tire rocky mountain all terrains and I'm satisfied with the look. They are always super busy but when they get to you they give you the help you deserve.

Every employee was super nice and working hard. Repaired the hole in my tire that was caused by a sheet metal screw. Replaced my valve stem as an added bonus.

I went in to get a flat tire from a nail fixed. They told me to check the pressure and come back. When I came back the guy asked me questions about my car, including mileage and irrelevant questions, not once did he check the tire for the nail and asked me if I had a spare tire, told me he would not be able to help me. I was there for 15 minutes and not one person checked my tire

I change my tires each year. I always bee line to this tire shop. They are always welcoming. I travel for this service. Abq is scammy :)) this one is great. I recommend always. Thanks !

We were traveling on vacation and discovered a tear in the sidewall of one of our tires. I tom it to these guys on Saturday morning and they had us back on our way in less than an hour. The cost? It was free because of the tire insurance. However, I bought insurance on the new replacement tire too. This is the third time I've had a tire replaced or repaired by DT while traveling. I can't imagine buying tires anywhere else (and not buying the insurance for peace of mind).

They just know how to strip bolts on center caps , strip the lug nuts ,try to give you someone else center cap also tell him pacifically, not to use an impact, and they still use impact to break everything than they just tell you it was already broken. Bad service it s getting worst i give them negative 10 stars

This Discount Tire is always clean inside and the staff are all friendly! I have been getting my tires at Discount Tire since I started driving. The tires are always at a great price. I also like how the young gentleman are always so nice and helpful when checking the air in my tires. Keep up the great work guy s; it s much appreciated.

Called a week ago for an appointment to rotate and balance my tires. They gave me Friday at 1:30. I showed up at 1:15 and checked in. Then at 2pm they moved my vehicle in. Then it took 30min to complete the simple task.Really an hour and 15 min to rotate tires.I wont come here again.

Absolutely great service! Can be highly recommended. We had a flat tire which was quickly and professionally repaired. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice and clean waiting area. They didn't charge for the repair !!!

Discount Tire in Any location, or state has always been good to me. They have great deals, and no matter what location superior customer service and are extremely attentive courteous and caring. I appreciate the fast service here at the New Mexico discount tire, and also the amount of care, and excellent courteous phone etiquette. They are always helpful!

Best experience I ve had in a while..Alex made my time at discount super easy and made sure I had the right fit and got my family safe for our road trip..I highly recommend this store and if you re unsure who to talk to hit up Alex Preece ..he ll do you right..

My truck's service was completed, it is 4:10pm but the tires are dangerous to travel on. Discount Tire did not turn me away! Im still waiting, it is 6:29pm, they close at 6pm. Thank you everyone working at Discount Tire for thinking of my safety and not making me an appointment to return.
