Recently purchased a $200 car battery. Asked if they'd install it. Was told their insurance doesn't allow them to. Then you should take it off your web site that you offer that service. It does state "installation on most models and exclusions apply". I'm a single senior citizen female and would have really appreciated the service.

They were able to get my part faster than anyone else in town, and at a reasonable price. Jim had my part waiting for me as soon as I walked in the door. Fantastic customer service, they will have my business from now on.
