Our car was having some electrical issues and we ended stoping in this Autozone. Joe was knowledgeable and kind to us. He did above and beyond to make sure we were confident about our trip back home. Kudos to that guy!!!

I had purchased a battery for my car and it died with a couple of months so I took it back and the manager leo j I believe his name was was very unprofessional he walked by me when I was standing next in line than some young guy helps doent give me a ticket leo gets mad at him said what the hell very unprofessional makes him do it again inconvenienced me because his staff isn't properly trained and came back in an hour so I went back 1 hour 45 min later and it still wasn't done I told him you said an hour 3 trips later the manager leo helps me said my battery was good I said 100 %wheeled it out on a cart I said can you carry it out for me he rolls his eyes puts it in my car doesnt even say thank you worst customer service and sad excuse for a manager leo should not be in lead position its plainly obvious he hates his job because it shows

Came to this location, walked in, no greeting. Asked for help w check engine light, employee, (shall remain, nameless until need be,) poorly explained how to use it. Got results, started asking questions, (I'm a female who hardly knows anything about engines,) and he seemed over it all. Honestly, if you don't like your job. Try finding a new career where you DON'T, have to deal with people.

Stood in line for 15 minutes. I couldn't find partial oil and the individual behind counter said on top shelf. I'm 5ft and unable 2 reach and he wasn't willing 2 help. I was disappointed and left and went to O'Reilly. I understand short handed but they had 2 people ahead of me that had parts that required attention and each had card and cash split transaction and that took longer. I had 4 people behind me. What happen 2 customer service.

Was treated like a dog because I told the clerk I had a medical mask exemption, and offered to show it to him. He went out of his way to treat me like dirt in front of the other customers. He could have simply asked me to shop elsewhere, which I gave him opportunity to do before I entered.

To whom it may concern .Horrible service.... Go somewhere else other than here ... I called ahead asking information regarding a return core charge on a transmission i purchased. I was told that I was going to get a call back 30mins ... 1hr and 30 mins later nothing and called again and they said they were busy and call again. So I ended up traveled there to get an answer that could have been done over the phone . ugh got there and waited 20 mins then told them my simple situation . then I waited again ... And got my answer after wasting 2 hrs then as I was walking out a young male with glasses wearing a grey shirt rudely called me out that one of the employees didn't get his not that I called about my situation as I was out the . a bit embarrassed infront of customers thinkng that it was settled out . apparently not ....I want reach out to anyone to avoid this place ..- T.W.

Nice parts store, remember to apply for a discount card, For every $20.00 you spend, less the taxes, you rack up $$ for your next purchase. Every little bit helps. Remember, they don't diagnosis, your check engine light comes on, they will read the codes, print out the codes and recommend any repairs as needed. It's up to you to take your vehicle for the actual diagnosis by a repair shop to determine what is actually needed.

Bad Service was lied to for 2 days in a row I ordered a part they said it'd be in Thursday and I call and they tell me won't be in til Friday... So I get a called saying my part was in I drove 2� hours just to be told the wrong part was ordered and after all the hassle you think I wanna reorder the part with AutoZone no thank you I'll pass

Price is good. Don't buy a fan clutch for a Hemi Dodge truck! It doesn't disengage at all. I got it warrentied 2 times and still had to go to Dodge to get one that works correctly.

Weren t friendly on the phone, after telling me they don t have and can t get the part I need hung up without an offer to help any other way or even a simple goodbye. I ll never waste my money at this store.

The store had what I needed. 5 stars. Cashier wasnt good or helpful but he rang up my stuff and I was on my out. So he gets 1 star.

AutoZone was more helpful and parts ordering for delivery is great also. Explain what we were looking for and showed variety of parts. Price was good.

Straight up rude managers and staff. I was doing a return on a wrong part that I got from another location because this one was closer than the one I typically shop at. The manager gave me so much hell over an item from a different store and then went back to talk crap about me with his co workers I WILL. NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN

Got broken alternator, was told that I would be reimbursed for labor on installation. Never happened. Now, they have no idea what I'm about. Piss poor attitude. And the feeling to (just leave), was very pervasive. Even though I have receipt. And they have it in their computer. Never gonna spend a penny in E. Main, Farmington Auto zone.

Auto Zone Is Always Good Service Every Time I Need Something For My Vehicle. Their Always Helpful If They Don't Have The Part I Need They Call The Other Stores To See If They Have It Then I Go Get It There.
