I purchased a car for my son from Jim Oliver at AutoMax in Farmington. Jim was great at asking what we were looking for to help narrow our search, and was upfront about possible issues some cars might have. We were able to find a car that fit our needs and price range quickly.

The entire staff at Automax seemed friendly and helpful. But my sister and I were lucky to get Brian Froelick as our salesperson. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and directed my sister to exactly the car she wanted. He explained everything simply with no pressure. His kindness made the process enjoyable.THANK YOU BRIAN!! SirRyan was so much help! He made sure to show us all of our options and had so much knowledge about all of the cars! We ended up with a 2021 Chevy trailblazer and couldn t be happier! SirRyan is the best!

Our sales guy Garret G was a classic pushy car salesman. We drove 8 hours from Colorado.springs to pick up a dodge durango my wife wanted. We asked him to give us 5-10 mins to talk after our test drive in about a minute he came back saying we needed to move quickly so we weren't there until after 7pm. On top of this their finance people sent our title to the NM dmv and then Colorado dmv when it shouldve went to our lender/bank. They were well aware of who we were working with. All around poor experience and I would reconsider if you planned on heading here for a new car

Had a great salesman(Paul Lopez) sell me a used dodge pickup. He was great and absolutely loved working with him. The two stars are directed at the mechanics who inspected and worked on my truck. They promised multiple things and backed out of finishing the work. The 100 some point inspection was not fulfilled. Major problems. Multiple leaks. When I went in for my free oil change at melloy across the street, they said my truck looked great which was a lie. Very disappointed in the mechanics. Paul was great though

Stacey helped me get into the vehicle i really wanted. She offered her opinions and explained everything in detail when i didn t understand it. She took her time and showed me many cars. She helped me keep my payments as low as we could. She even watched my son for me while i looked at some cars, because he wanted to play in the snow instead of getting in the car. Will definitely return again, and ask for her. Everyone was so kind as well, and they have a good selection of vehicles!

I think the last part of the sales agreement, paper work was not as clear as it should have been. The vehicle is marked $18,000 and end up costing $30,000. Another thing that really bothered me was when I mentioned to Mr. McKinney that it would really hurt me but maybe I could put another $1,000 cash down, this is besides the $7,000 cash plus the $2,000 trade in that he tried to encourage me to do so. It goes without saying that he didn't care if the customer was hurt. And now over a month later no license plate received.

We had such a great experience with Nathan M. He went out of his way to help me choose my next new to me vehicle. Brought the car to my work when I couldn t get away, answered all my questions and when we weren t face to face, he would always get back to me in a timely manner. Such a wonderful person. Very polite. I ve lost count on how many vehicles we ve purchased through Automax. I hope Nathan will still be around when I come for my next purchase! Thank you for all your help Nathan. First go around I came to look for a family car I got put into a car I didn t like and car sales first sales person didn t know what he was talking about (Jim Oliver) I should of gave a one star and walked out but second time I came back, Paul Lopez was awesome he a very caring guy awesome to talk up front and forward with the car Paul talks to people on what they need and what to know and hear on what vehicle we are purchasing not feeding around the bush, that s what my wife and I look forward to when getting a family car. Paul put us in a nice family car that will fit my family in and I can t be any happier with my purchase, thank you Paul Lopez for reaching your duties and providing very awesome customer service five stars for you my friend. If anyone needs a vehicle see Paul Lopez highly recommended him.

Walking into AutoMax was as simple as buying anything online. I was able to get into the vehicle I WANTED. My salesman Nathan heard me out on everything that I was looking for. Respected my words and didn't push me for anything I didn't want. He was also able to lower my monthly rate where I was comfortable. I'm overall happy with my experience at AutoMax. And greatly appreciate Nathan. Sidenote...the detailing inside could have been a little cleaner but I can't complain too much for it is a used truck. Thank you AutoMax, loving my truck
