Because there are no cars available to rent anywhere in town we decided to give All Star Auto Center a try. They happened to have 1 car available. It was a great car and ran really well. The only issue we had was the car smelled like cigarettes despite their "no smoking" policy. We were given 300 miles total for free (plus the daily fee) and since we were going to Albuquerque we didn't go over much. If we had to go farther it wouldn't have been that great of a deal. The gentlemen working were both very friendly and communicated well, although they forgot what return time we had and called asking where we were. They also have a cute dog but be careful, the dog doesn't like kids and snapped at my son! Thankfully he didn't get bitten. I recommend All Star Auto Center if you need a car to get some where close. If you need to go more than 300 miles be ready to pay a little extra.

I have to say trying to find a car now a days for a decent price for a good car is super hard to come by. Until I came across All Star Auto Center. Pat and his dad were very friendly and great communication. Pat was on top of everything and made sure that I was helped with what I needed. I bought a van from him and it was the best purchase I have made on a vehicle. I have to say if I recommend any place with good customer service quality for quantity I say go to Pat at All Star. He will not let you down. I will buy another vehicle from him in the future. Thanks Pat!

I rented a car from here a week or so ago. Had the car several days. The whole transaction and experience were smooth and easy. I had no issues with the car,customer service was TOP notch and I much prefer a local family owned business such as All Star. Should we need a rental in the future my first choice will be here.Thank you very much for showing my wife and I why family owned small businesses should always be a first choice. We'll be back.

Hired car from Pat great helpful guy whilst we were visiting USA from England. The Kia Forte was great car air conditioning very spacious car big boot too. Would hire car in future if visiting Farmington.

Pat and his father is the best deal in town. We needed a car for the weekend and they were really flexible enough to lend us one. They even gave us a ride to where we were going after we returned our rental. 6 starts to you all star auto...

I recently traded in my car for a vehicle on all stars lot. Mind you I'm only 21 and as a female I feel that most places try to take advantage of me; however the experience I was given here was superb. They made sure I understood everything before paperwork was even brought to me. They made a great trade in value on my old car, and made me feel like I was part of the family. I love my 2014 titanium Ford escape. Thank you bino and family for such a great experience.

The owners were nice but I was disappointed with my rental. The car had a smoke smell and I was traveling to Roswell and was only give 150 miles a day. Roswell is way over 300 miles one way from Farmington. Then during my trip, the car would not start. I notified the company and was told them I must have killed the battery by leaving the lights on. I know for certain that I did not leave any lights on but did not want to argue since I needed the matter fixed. The owner states that the car has a battery saver and it will automatically shut off when the lights are left on. Then I take the car to Autozone where they tell me the battery is bad and there was a lot of corrosion. So I notify the owner and there were small comments that I killed the battery again and of course they [Autozone] would tell me the battery is bad since I must have left the light on or the door. I was told by the Autozone that I had to go to a different Autozone across town because they handle commercial accounts. The owner was noticed of this. So I drive to the other side of town. The other Autozone informed me that battery was bad and it was the car s factory battery and it was time for a new one. All Star did pay for the battery and he called and asked me if the car was okay.When I returned the car, I went over the 150 miles a day and was charged 75.00 extra even though some of those miles were used to get the dead battery replaced. Plus Roswell was farther that the 150 a day allowance. Other rentals give you unlimited miles and a clean, updated car with everything working under the hood.

Rented a car here about 1 1/2 years ago and had a great experience. The guys were friendly and helpful. Rental car was a nice clean newer car and their rental rates were less then other companies in this area.. Will go back here whenever I need a rental car!

Both the guys there were cool and easy to work with. A nice car was provided, and the rates were just as good. I prefer locals who are people rather than a corporate business with robots, and will use them if I ever need to rent again.

Both where really nice and helpful, from showing me the different cars they had, to finding my perfect car. Car was in great condition. For it being my first time getting a car they made it easy and helped me get the perfect car.
