This dealership deserves no stars, They deserve to be shut down. tell me how everytime I call them they give me a different story on the vehicle I had to return to them, they won t give me my down payment back after they screwed up, they asked me to come resign papers because they messed something up I never did thankfully, Turns out a week later THEY (airport auto) NOT THE FINANCE COMPANY closed my account and THEY (Airport auto) OFFORD THE FINANCE COMPANY MONEY TO GET THE TITLE BACK and unfortunately I had to take the vehicle back they will be seeing a court date and I will be getting my money back. Try again with someone else that is young and you don t think we know things because we are barely 19. I recommend going to a REAL dealership and getting your moneys worth for a vehicle and also getting professional employees, it also tells you when they turn off there recording for the phones and it just so happens to be everytime I mentioned who I was the Recordings were shut off. something is fishy and it will be fixed :))

They are not the place to go they will lie about your warranty. I got a car for them and within 2 months my struts started going out and my heater stopped working we called them and they said we only had 2 months of warranty turns out we had 12 months of warranty and so many miles we called them and they told us we never talked to them about the issues and the couldn t do anything because we passed the warranty miles

WORST EVER JUST TOOK 2 HARD WORKING TEEN TO THE CLEANERS AWFUL WILL NEVER SEND ANY ONE TO THIS PLACE VERY RUDE AND TOOK TO YOUNG KIDS FOR 4,000 THAT ARE JUST STARTING OUT VERY SHADY PLACE EVEN HANDED TO FINACE COMPANY IT SHOULD BE THE FINACE COMPANY A PERSON DEALS WITH NOT YOU ANY MORE VERY VERY VERY SHADDY TO ME.

Not only do the people here know what they are doing... They are actually human and personable. They answer questions and take time with their customers. I had a really great experience here and ended up spending some time getting to know the owner who is a really really cool and interesting guy. I would get work done on my vehicles here, again and again and I would feel confident buying a vehicle from them.

I bought a 2011 Chevy Suburban from a salesman named Jesse! He was out of this world awesome to work with! The way he spoke was with a soft heart and a gentle soul! He is a big teddy bear. He really made me feel good inside and out about my car buying experience. I love my new dad car and would definitely recommend him for any of your car buying needs! 5 Stars for Jesse!!!

My partner and I are from out of town and stopped by here on the way to Utah, to have our tire checked when we saw it was low on air. The man at the front desk was very kind and helpful, as was the repairman who checked our car. We're very thankful to them! Highly recommend this place for their service.

Bought a car from them back in April. The workers/salesman do their jobs and they make sure to get you in a vehcile. But I was lied to.. They said the car had no accidents and was in perfect working order,, which both were wrong. I had taken my car in to get a tow package added but I can't due to the rear end has been hit hard to where it's not a good solid structur for the tow package to hold, they also showed me where the back hatch is from another car and not the original one. I do not recommend going off of their reports as they are wrong.

Thanks for all you did. For getting me into a descent ride. It has little flaws here and there but it takes me places. I sure recommend Air Port Auto if you're looking for a reliable ride. They'll definitely work with you. The staff are very friendly and they'll listen to your wants and needs. Good luck and drive safe.

Not the best place to get a vehicle, I came here in search of a used vehicle, applied on line. Received a call saying I was approved with $3000 up front and was told I needed a co-sign person. So I went in and tried again seen Allison, she was very nice and a good sales person so I thought.. applied with my co-signer and then was told it was $2000 down again. I kindly denied the offer because I was told differently over the phone. So Allison then just became very pushy, saying how bad my credit is and how no one else will be willing to help me like they were.. they offered me a Hyundai Genesis with well over 180k for payments almost $600 a month! Had left and then Allison tried calling me back leaving me voicemails saying they they'd help with my situation after She had just ruined the whole experience for me. I wouldn't ever recommend buying a vehicle from them. Based on my personal experience. Keep trying I tried so many places and found one place that finally gave me a vehicle with $1200 and payments at $340 a month!

We could not be happier with our purchase and the service at Airport Auto. We worked with Jesse and he was great. He answered our questions whether we contacted him via phone, email or in person. Great local service, which is how we try to shop...Locally! We will continue to buy from Airport Auto and refer all our family and friends.

Terrible service. Went in, had money down. Waited over an hour for approval, never got one. Sales person called me back 2 weeks later with no options or leads for new vehicle

This place is the best Used Auto Dealer in town! Everyone is always smiling, and they will do the best to get you in a car! They offer plenty of vehicles, and accept financing and even do in-house financing! Don t waste your time at the big franchise dealers, where they will treat you as one more. Go to Airport where they will treat you as family!

Very happy with my car!! Great service & willing to work with you & get you in a car. Our process was long cuz we live out of state but it was worth the wait! I couldn't complain but my 2 year old was. Lol. One thing, that they have that other car sales don't is a play area for the kids.We had a budget for the down payment and they were willing to work with us and was approved for 3 different vehicles that would fit our budget. And one of them was gonna be great for this Phoenix weather. And it still is! We tried looking for vehicles in the Phx area but the prices were to high and none would work within the budget we had. I recommend this place to anyone!

I bought my car a few months ago from Airport Auto Center. Other car dealerships were getting me approved with a few thousand dollars down, a high payment, and a high APR, and needing a co-signer. Being a college student and 19, I didn't have hardly any credit or a co-signer. Dan was able to get me a low down payment and a good deal on my car. I love my 2009 Cobalt with less than 70,000 miles.Thank You- Airport Auto Center- for getting me into a reliable vehicle at the right price and perfect timing.

I am really confused on this suv I got. I really like this suv. I had it for over 3 weeks now. The check engine light came on. Had my mechanic look into it. He replaced a few things on it. Now less than a week later after it is fixed. The light came on again. I want to know if the warranty will cover this part because I don't have the $$$ to get this part fixed. I am currently waiting to hear back from the dealership. I really love this suv. And I am very sad I am dealing with these problems only having it over a little 3 weeks now.

Airport Auto Center is a great place to buy a vehicle. The staff is friendly and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. They were able to get my financed when no one else in town was able too. I love my car and would buy here again.

Was browsing for cars in the Farmington area and came across this place. Still searching for vehicles but I can say Jesse was the best salesperson we talked to in the area. He answered all questions and wasn't trying to force us into something we didn't want. Definitely the first place we will go to for future car purchases

I have bought three vehicles from Airport Auto and I have enjoyed working with them on all three deals. The service after the sell has been excellent as well. They do all my oil changes and service work. Thank you Airport Auto!

We went in driving a 98 geo and drove out in a brand new 2011 Ford F250s. Jesse was the man that made it happen. We sat down and talked like we were old friends. He made us feel right at home and even offered our kids some popcorn and snacks. Thanks Jesse, we owe you one!And to the person that said sales representatives were rude.. you must have been at another dealership pal.

I would not purchase a car from this company. We purchased our car from them two years ago and have had problems every since with the vehicle. We have replaced several components on the vehicle including a thermostat, sensors, rear windshield (exploded while sitting at a stoplight), had the exhaust redone, AC motor replaced, and now the timing chain is bad and will cost well over a thousand dollars to replace. This car has sat and been repaired more than it s been drove.I got a letter in the mail today saying I owed them $500. In actual reality it was $250, they didn t notify me of being put in the credit bureau to make it right. The last time I talk to them I advise them that it was broke down once again. Meanwhile I am putting money into the vehicle. As soon as we drove it off the lot it has been nothing but a headache. I just would like to know who oversees the purchasing of these vehicles? Not happy with this company at all.

I was very impressed with how responsive this dealership was to my inquiry. The price was affordable and Dan could get me financing easily. I definitely recommend them when shopping for vehicles. Very nice good people also.

After my moms bankruptcy they were able to get her approved into a nice expedition with low miles low payment even a low APR considering my mom just went through bankruptcy. The wait around tax season is ridiculous but worth it. They disclose past vehicle info. Tell them what you have in mind and they'll give you a great deal. They also do trade ins as well. Staff is professional, helpful, and informative.

Airport auto was awesome! I had really bad credit and no one would approve me. Went to airport and Allison and Dan where able to get me approved for a truck that I wanted! Highly recommend them!!
