New tires destroyed and now need repairs done after visiting this business! About may of 2023 I visited this place for an alignment due to my old tires wearing a little too much "over a 3 year span". Well, I left with a steering wheel that was no longer straight, but let it slide as long as my alignment was done right.... well it wasn't! The tires have worn more than ever, turns out that one tie rod has backed out about half and inch an no longer wants to screw back in. Now I need a new set of tires and tie rod replaced! Please go elsewhere, even if it costs more... I came here to save $10 on an alignment and now must pay $1500+ to repair the damage they caused

These guys are great. They put a lift on my vehicle and wheels and tires for less than competitors with great quality and customer service. They have a customer for life!

Went in for a simple balance on all four wheel. Note that I have aftermarket rims and lug nuts on. 1st I had to go back was one wheel wasn t balanced out right. Then 2nd time I had to back my whole front was wobbly so turn right around the went back for a third time. So I went to the back and noticed my center caps for my rim were shoved into my front rims. Along with my 3 studs were messed up. And all my rim caps hardware were all missing. So had to go buy new studs to and lug nuts.. later that night I had to replace myself. Cause they didn t want a shop to fix their problem. Will not be coming back here

Counter attendant lied and said mechanic wasn't in. He was in. Then he said he would now pull in my truck and begin checking brakes. I waited 30 plus minutes no one did anything. I asked just to give me my keys back. It took another 20 minutes to get my keys back. Counter worker didn't seem with it much won't be going back.

this place is soooo old fashioned!they have no idea their breathing petroleum offgassing.... I had to wait outside and they are not in a hurry if you know what I mean.lots of better tire places in farmington!

tldr: Four Corners Tire Pros is an awful company that lied about services performed, did not assembly my brakes right and laughed about improvising on my brakes after not having the right tool, which likely caused there to be loose bolts bouncing around and ruining the brand new drums! And this business couldn't care less!!On 9/20/18 at 11:30AM I brought my car to Four Corners Tire Pros and that was the BIGGEST mistake of my year. It has been nothing but trouble and the worst experience I have ever had. I brought my car in for brakes. I then waited almost 2 hours for them to get back to me about it. When they finally did, they explained the back drum brakes and the front disk breaks are close to needing replacement and should be done. As well as a bleed and flush. I agreed, they gave me a quote, and I continued to wait. As I waited, I noticed the quote they gave me had the front rotors as part of the quote (which I did NOT need and had recently replaced them within the last year) I brought it to the attention of the employees, to which they replied they said they were replacing them because I replied it does sometime shake (when I brake very hard). I said I wasn't aware they were going to be replacing them and did not want them replaced. They agreed to put the rotors back on as they were still very much usable. After another 4 hours, they finally completed my car. They came out and mentioned it took so long because "they didn't have the tool they needed and had to improvise" and then laughed!! When I tried to pay for my vehicle so i could go (because I had an 8 hour trip ahead of me and the entire day wasted there, WHICH I TOLD THEM MULTIPLE TIMES) The employee had the card reader ready, with the same price as with new rotors! Which they did NOT do. They tried to charge me another $200 for something I did not have done, and had I just swiped and not paid attention to the price, they would have charged me for it! Now, I leave and get on the road, and this is where i learn HOW HARD THEY SCREWED ME. I am driving, I notice a noise about 4 hours into my drive, I realize my back left tire is making an AWFUL screeching noise. I stop to try to figure something out. Meanwhile, we are in the middle of no-where, at least 40 miles from the nearest town, its almost midnight, AND I HAVE NO CELL SERVICE. So, concerned with the brake job they did (that they admitted they "improvised" for) we try to pull off the tired to expose the drum brake, we open it up and there is a loose bolt that falls out, another chunk of metal and there is the broken brake part (LABELED FOR THE RIGHT SIDE AND IT IS ON THE LEFT!). I am at this point very upset because had we not noticed the noise, this could have potentially cause a major crash as we were at highway speeds the entire drive. We try take the loose parts and put the brake back on so that we can try to hobble to the next town. We had to get a hotel at 1AM 4 hours into our 8 hour drive because they sent us off in a death trap! Come morning, we call them and they seem very unconcerned that this even happened!!! They continued to be incompetent and I had to go to a local shop to get it fixed. The second shop confirmed not only did my invoice still bill me for front rotors, not only did they not assemble, adjust, round, or properly install my rear brakes; but they also most definitely did not do a flush on my brake fluid! As it was chunky and very very dark, as well as no recent markings showing the lines had been moved to perform the flush. I now have spent another day in this secondary shop as they try to fix what Four Corners Tire Pros horribly screwed up!!!! I am appalled and stunned by the amount of incompetence at this company. I would NEVER ever recommend this company, even to an enemy because they waste time, try to scam more money, don't complete services you paid for and let you leave in a death trap!

I should have read the reviews before calling for a front end alignment. I was stuck at work , mind you, I'm a mechanic by trade. So I had my fiance take my truck in. They got my pickup on the rack, then told her it would be 750 bucks in parts and labor to change both lower ball joints (which I just replaced brand new) and an inner tie rod end (which the tie rod is all one piece except the actual outer end going in the knuckle) ... I called them right away , and they stated the alignment couldn't be done without these parts replaced because they tested it with a block on the control arm and a pry bar on the tire to check wobble, which I know was I lie because I changed the entire front end ball joints, tie rods, struts, and control arms less than 2 days ago. I told them this and they argued with me, thinking they could get one over on someone because my fiance is a well dressed lady whose nails never get greasy... I told them to get my truck off the rack right away and don't touch another thing on it. And they acted as though they got caught red handed and shady when my lady walked out as they were starting the vehicle , then had to drive it behind the building for some odd reason. I called Big O , and they did a full inspection and alignment and the truck is in great shape , not thanks to these scamming liars. Ladies , do not ever take your vehicles here , they will lie to make a buck thinking you're ignorant. 1 star isn't low enough.

Staff was slow and lacked knowledge. Took 3.5 hours just to mount and balance 3 tires. Owner was working and was completely impatient and rude. Service quality, efficiency, and attitude need to change before I'll be back.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

First of all, I want to say thank you to Chris and all the staff. I visited the shop because of alignment, it was in pretty bad condition because I bought a used car. after an alignment has been done it was still pulling left. So I when back to Shop. I was thinking to myself the last option is to replace the tire. but this guy s trying to rotate the tire four times and finally fixing it well done!!! WOW so honest I will come back again and this is going to be my tire shop now. I would recommend 4 CORNERS TIRE PRO!!!

Horrible service. All grumpy old men. Told us 1 day to get a tire it's now been 48 hours with no call or anything to let us know. Would not recommend this place to anyone

I would not recommend this place, if you know your vehicle. I went in and asked for an alignment on my Chevy truck. Instead of getting an alignment, they told me I needed a bunch of work done on my vehicle. They quoted me at over $3,000 to just complete the alignment! They could not do an alignment until the errors they found were fixed. So, I ended up taking it to another place nearby in town, who fixed it no problem. I asked if there was anything wrong that needed to be corrected, they said no. The charge was what they advertised, less than $100. So! I wouldn't recommend this place, I do recommend to all my customers the other place.

I've been going to Tire Pros for about 2 years now. I always get the best and most honest experience there. They have never lied or pushed a service on me just made me aware and gave me quotes. Josh and Matt are the most awesome dudes and I always have a wonderful experience, so much that my entire family now goes there and my mom feels the same. I will always recommend Tire Pros and it is my one stop shop for all my car needs.

Worst customer service from Glen, was told 3 hrs wait for 2 tire changes and a wheel alignment. 3 hrs later wheel alignment has not been started , they make up unrealistic times for waiting.******Update 11/24******After they finished my tire changes they parked my vehicle so that the front end went over the curb and when I tried to back out it scrapped the bottom of the bumper trimming. I about gave up and told them I don't want the alignment done anymore and wanted to leave, they did do my alignment for free in collateral which was the least they could do. In the end they did do what they could to fix the situation.*******3/28/22*******Disappointed that they will not look up or use my roadside coverages or warranty from the dealer. Do not go here unless you have to, but they did had me up and running fairly quickly out of pocket.

On the fence on this place. I'm a repeat customer due to my first encounter did a fabulous job. I brought my car back due to a weird sound and they replaced the rear end shocks and still my car is making the same noise. They keep telling me bring it back but have yet to find what is making the noise.Update 09/17/19I went in for a tire repair two days in a row (both days very busy) and ended up buying new tires (was due) but they didn't have my tire size. Inventory control doesn't reflect what's on actual stock. I came back a third time after ordering the tires.I had my car detailed and all windows were left all open for anyone to enter my car. My spare was shoved back into the trunk, my tire pressure are all uneven varying from 3lbs to 20 lbs. Now I have to go back and have this issue looked into, I want to be sure they sensors are correct with the tire pressure.This is a huge difference from my first experience dropped my rating from 4 to a 2 star!

Bought tires 75k warranty from them and had alignment done. Tires are wearing badly and not close to the mileage. They wont honor warranty and blame everything but tires. Dont go here.Services: Tires, Wheel alignmentServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

Matt, Josh, & staff are super friendly and will make your experience 2nd to none! Quick, reliable, and quality service!Waiting room has drinks, snacks, chairs, bathrooms, & even tablets for kids to play on.You won t find more friendly, trustworthy people than owners, Matt and Candace Gallegos! I know them personally and I don t trust many people when it comes to cars! When it comes to our family s cars, we always know we can rely on Matt s recommendations! They always make safety a priority!

Don't ever use these guys they try to make money off you and then when they can't they try to charge you $20 for your services that they don't want actually do? They're completely rude. I've called them they won't pick up the phone they're trying to keep my vehicle for $20.

Took our van there for an alignment after replacing many parts on the front end. They declined to do it saying all 4 tires were bald and all the tie rods were worn out... not the case, tires are not new but in good shape and front end is new. I wouldn't waste you're time here

Took in my car to get front struts replaced around 9am, and set the entire day aside only for them to finish at 12pm. 9/10 service, would definitely take vehicle here again for suspension work. Just wondering how I can get the alignment details that were set on my car for future reference

I have some positive comments about The Tire Pros on 4650 E Main. I took my truck in for an alignment. The Technician told me my left front tire was pulling to the left. I had bought my tires from Sam's a few months before. The Tech told me to take my truck back to Sam's because it is still under warranty. Sure enough the tire guys at Sam's found that the tire was manufactured defective tire. They put a new tire on free of charge. Thanks Tire Pro guys for catching that defective tire for me, don't know what would have happened down the road.

Awesome and polite employees at front desk. Would recommend to anyone looking to get tires, rims, and other services they offer. Best prices in town. I called all shops in town and none could beat there prices!!!

My wife got a flat tire in her minivan today full of our 4 kiddos. Hoping it wouldn't take long & be miserable for her & the children they went to Big O. We were right. She called me maybe 20 minutes later happy as could be. Big O was prompt, friendly, extremely fair & turned what could have been a miserable thing into a non-issue. That kind of service & experience is far too rare nowadays. THANKS BIG O for taking care of my wife.

I love coming here. The workers are always friendly and very helpful. They are also pretty fast at getting you on the way! And when you do have to wait their lobby is always cool and clean. Best place in town.

Really awesome place! Had alittle trouble trying to find a shop that would install my new tires on my Jeep JKU, all the shops around town were very hesitant because they re over sized (38x15.50R18). They took care of my Jeep and no issues!

Very poor service, unfriendly personnel & agonizing slow. Took them 2 & 1/2 hours to do simple balance/rotation. They don't honor this service as part of purchase deal. No wonder this lousy shop lost partnership with Big-O. I am switching to Big-O with my next tires purchase.

Not to get in to too much detail but had an issue that was half their fault, half mine. They made me completely whole which was going above and beyond bc, as I said, not entirely their fault. Certainly earned my business. Highly recommend.

They went out of their way to fit me in after 5 on a Friday stayed late to finish it up, gave me a detailed description of what was going on with my wheels told me what to keep an eye on, and gave me a great deal can't recommend them enough
