We were traveling thru the area and our RV door lockset broke in the locked position making it very difficult to remove. We stopped by Oneill's, and they immediately went to work on our problem. They had the expertise, tools and part we needed. An hour later it was fixed, and we were back on the road! Thanks soooo much!!

Absolutely the best. The store has items that are impossible to find elsewhere. Bob is doing repairs on my travel trailer that involve gas lines, electricity, plumbing and more. Amazing skill set. Patient with my questions and explains thoroughly so I can understand what the best steps are for fixes and safety. Go the extra mile on everything. There needs to be more than five stars.

Fantastic customer service. Had a leak from the rain while on the road. They figured it out, fixed it, and back on the road within an hour. Price was more than reasonable. Highly recommend them thank you

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Came well recommended from friends in the community. They got my 1 ton dually truck running great. They had some neat antique cars they were working on too.

Fantastic service all around. After finding my water pump was dead, I called and was expecting to just leave a voice mail, as it was about an hour and a half after business had closed. The owner picked up and was happy to squeeze me in the next day. I arrived early, and they got to work immediately, trying several low cost methods to revive my pump, with no luck. They then replaced my pump on the spot, charged me a fair price, and got me back on the road within 90 minutes of arriving. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Very helpful with finding an air conditioner for our vintage camper. We didn t expect the price of one being so expensive. But his prices were fair with others. Thank you again .

I pulled in one Monday around lunchtime unannounced. After lunch the owner and two other technicians were all over my camper fixing the propane heater. Rather quickly they discovered oil in the propane lines. They cleaned those out and now it works fine. Not cheap, but reasonable.

Wow! These guys are amazing!!!! Our family went camping at Elephant Butte for Memorial Day and at the end of the weekend we had an issue with one of our large slide outs not being able to slide in (gear box busted). Our camp host had recommended us call O'Neil's and have them come out to take a look. We made an appointment for Friday morning and 2 guys showed up right on time to our camping spot inside the park. They were super friendly, honest and knowledgeable! After 2 hours of working on the slide out, they were finally able to get the slide out in but still needed to do some work to it so we were then able to hook up and tow to their shop. As soon as we pulled in, the owner had us open up the camper and show him what was going on. We thought we were going to have to leave the camper with them but all the guys went right to work again and got everything working properly! We are so thankful that we now know who to call when we need assistance or maintenance. They also have a whole parts store as well and storage for boats and RV's. Don't hesitate to call these guys. Very very very professional and knowledgeable! Thank you for helping us out!!!

I will drive from ABQ to Elephant Butte to get work done here. Had a bunch of shotty work done in ABQ! Rick & Bob were so helpful. Hard working, honest, knowledgeable & care about what the customer needs & the job they do for you.Kitchen sink faucet was a massive undertaking in a small 20 ft van but aftet pulling the whole cabinet apart it looks & works great! Leak is gone!Black water valve easy to push n pull to open & close. Bob was meticulous on the Bathroom recaulk looks amazing !!Thank you Oneills!

I had electrical and bathroom problems in my travel trailer that needed immediate attention. I called around and everyone was booked solid. Then when I called O'Neill they said to bring it on in even though they too were busy and also down 2 people. They diagnosed and fixed everything in less than 2 hours, even when I added something else for them to repair at the last minute. Friendly, helpful, honest and accommodating; I highly recommend them if your RV needs servicing while you're in the Elephant Butte area.

They fixed my problem very fast and did a great job and I came 2hrs earlier than my appointment. They dropped everything and helped me. They are friendly and professional. I needed some other parts which were available in their store and not overpriced. This is my new go to place for all my RV problems. Thanks guys.

Thank you Rick, we arrived to area & our hot water was not working being a Saturday I thought we would have to wait until a weekday, he said bring it in. 1 1/2 hour later we were on our way. He throughly checked everything & the price was right. Thank you again

We had a very successful experience at O Neill s this week. Rick recommended and installed a good landing gear for our camper and we re totally satisfied with the unit. The service was great, prompt, and professional. The people there were friendly and competent. Highly recommend this business for any travelers with camper problems!

RIck and Bob were just awesome! Our travel trailer arrived by tow in their shop with a broken wheel bearing at 2:30 in the afternoon and it was repaired by 10:30 the next morning. Their price was very fair they took personal interest in getting the job done right. We are back on the road! Quality work.

Brought in our 95 Roadtrek 210 pop. They fixed our water pump, fresh water plumbing and put new waste dump valves in. Two thirds the price of what it would of cost in Mn. Good Guys who absolutely know their business. They took us in right away and got us to our campground at night. I highly recommend them and I wish they were located in our home state!

The man was very rude. I will never do business there because you could tell he didnt like the fact i was going to fix it myself. Well needless to say i had to go to the hardware store and get more parts if he only would of listened to what i needed but no he told me what i needed. So i was without water 2 days. So got ready to check out and i ask do you take C Cards. His responce was i charge ok no problem. So. 31.00 later still needed the different part. And next day at hardware store another 18.00. And all i needed was a water preasure part and a female end to the hose. Next time i get parts myself. I beleive he sold that to me on purpose. So i would call him out to fix it. But no i didnt call i did it myself. Poor service.

Good shop, high priced, however I told them what was wrong and where it was but they still took 2 hours at $125 an hour checking the areas that weren't the problem. When they finally looked where I told them to, it only took a few minutes to determine the problem. I still had to pay for the wasted time.

We lost our furnace circuit board just Sunday night. Outside temps dropped to the mid-20's & our trailer was so cold!!! O'Neill RV Services & Sales was close to where we were camping & had us come in right away. They didn't have the circuit board in stock but made a call & had one ready for us to pick up. It was then installed the same evening. We are now sitting inside (the outside temps are going to drop to the 20's again tonight) toasty warm! We found Rick & Bob to be helpful, professional, courtesy & knowledgable! Thank you for saving us from another freezing night!!

I had an issue with my Norcold Fridge. Called Rick and explained my situation. Over the phone he guided me to the issue. He could of had me drive in to for an appointment and service call, instead he helped me fix the issue and I'm on my way. I will remember his honesty and willingness to help if I am ever in need of RV repair in this area again!

Got me out of a jamb got a rock out of between my rear dually wheels. Nice guys. Im in a wheelchair or i would have done it myself. I do think 20 bucks was a bit much for something other places would have done free or 5 bucks but it is the butte so it tends to cost more if your not local

i just have a camper van, so when my 12v fridge needed a thermostat thing replaced, i would have never thought to take it to an rv repair shop.but a friend suggested just that, and so i dropped it off at o'neill. a couple hours later and under $100, and i was back up and running! what a relief.you rock, o'neill rv .

Nice little shop, the man who helped me was very nice and professional, helped me with my dilemma i was having with a plug adapter and was able to fix my problem
