This auto zone has always been the cleanest & positive environment every time I have stopped by. The customer service has ALWAYS helped me when I m having bad days with vehicles or having trouble getting parts for my vehicles. I came in today because a different location in abq gave me the completely wrong water pump, and they got me in and out within 10 minutes, looked up name and number and got the part delivered out here to Edgewood same day, ( ITS BEST TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH YOUR NUMBER AND NAME HERE IF YOU DONT HAVE IT ALREADY) the lady was super helpful and another great experience I thought I d share!

There's not really much to say about this location. It's pretty basic no one in there knows much Except for what they find on the computers. But they always try to be helpful. There is one young lady that typically goes above and beyond, but that's about it. Most of the employees come and go

My family and kids were on a road trip from NH to CA. We had car troubles and expected to be stuck where we were. We made it to this auto zone because of a recommendation from a wonderful woman and mechanic from Stop and Go. When we arrived, Tash, Joe and Tanya wasted no time to find every option to help us get back on the road. Thank goodness for these wonderful people. We have made it California only because of them! 100% recommend. This auto zone was a blessing. Without them, we would have been stuck in New Mexico for days, and have spent so much money. THANK YOU ALL OF YOU

I want to give a huge thank you to Jonathan for making sure I got help with my car over the Thanksgiving holiday while traveling from Pennsylvania to California to see my mom, whom has been placed in a nursing home. Jonathan went above and beyond to get all of the parts needed when my upper radiator hose came apart from the connector and I was stranded on I-40 west for several hours. My husband broke down and had to be towed to this location to pick up a part and do his own repair. He was able to pay for the parts over the phone, which was a huge help. Tanya and Greg were very kind and went above and beyond to make sure he was safe, and taking care of. THIS IS MUCH APPRECIATED They are amazing people!!

After having a new tire put on my car I discovered that the onboard computer was not functioning properly, showing all the distress signals it can show. The man where I got the new tire pleaded total innocence and suggested I go to AutoZone. When we arrived at this store a wonderfully nice woman named Tanya helped us and fixed the problem! She was very amiable and a lot of fun to talk to while she was checking my car. Many thanks to Tanya of AutoZone!

Love the positive attitude from all the staff! They all look like they enjoy their job! I needed a battery changed, Tanya went out to inspect the vehicle. Confirmed that was something they could help with. She was great company and put the battery in for me. She made it look easy and I absolutely adored her! What a sweet heart! She really helped me and brightened up my day! Thank you autozone!

I walked into the store with my splash gaurd rubbing the ground. Im driving a long distance with my ill mother. Tanya went out of her way to have her husband bring ramps to lift my car to apply the tools needed to prevent my splash guard from rubbing the ground! Words cant explain the kindness that this place offered. Ill be forever thankful!

Was having trouble with my 2010 chevy impala and Greg came out and helped me figure out which relay was bad and how to use the tool for the low and high pressure. He was very helpful and informative and did everything with a smile on his face. The supervisor Tash was very helpful as well. Thank you guys

Went to Autozone to have a battery tested, with the expectation of having to buy a new one plus other parts. Carried the battery in and waited in line behind one other customer. 10 minutes or so passed before a salesperson became free. They started waiting on customers who came in after I got there, when they skipped me the 2nd time. I picked up my battery and left with no comment from anyone. Went to O Reilly s and was waited on in turn, spent $393.90. Hope the guy who brought the gallon of Pennzoil is a big spender. I ll be going to O Reilly s from now on!!! Your employees should ask who s next and pay attention to the order of the people waiting to be checked out.

Tash went above and beyond to help me find the items that I needed for my car. She even offered to go out of her way to help put new windshield wipers and top off the fluids in my car. Great customer service!

The manager, Dave was incredibly helpful. I needed help with my battery on my car. If it had not been for him I wouldn't be mobile. Good people incredibly respectful and a pleasure to deal with in a time of need. I will never go anywhere else.

Very helpful staff and have most everything you need. If not in stock, order ahead for free delivery to the store. I've bought everything from oil to starters, water pumps, and batteries here with good experiences. Update: still very friendly service. Sometimes a long line but it moves quickly.

This autozone was awesome. I was traveling through New Mexico to Minnesota, and my radiator started to leak and truck over heated I stopped here to fix my truck and to it in they parking lot and it started down poring rain and they let me use there back lot and we made a tent so I wouldn't get wet thanks again I really appreciate your help.Ps I made it to Minnesota afterwards.

Not helpful. Always arguing with the customer. O Riley is more expensive but this autozone is not worth the complexity of the ability to simply looking at a product they have in stock that they refuse to allow me to look at due to it not being the correct item listed for my vehicle. I just wanted to look because the item they sold me had a mislabeled part and they refused me to do so because of the picture on the box. I also used to work at an autozone and never does the customer ever have to pay for a product to get shipped to the store from the hub. Every time I need an item delivered to thier store for me to purchase they always demand a payment up front which is not a requirement from the customer. So yeah... I'll just pay more at the store across the street.

Save yourself confusion and anger. Just go to o reileys across the street. You won't be rushed, followed and there are people over there who know what parts are ....there was a kid at the auto zone who kept taking me to the things I said don't work. Then said no store had it when I know the albuquerque store did because I talked to them. Edgewood was closer. Never again....it's gotta be something I. The water. The whole place can't be like that

Edgewood Auto Zone has always been a great place for parts. Friendly staff and usually a day or so if they order a part for you. Very convenient.Staff is awesome UPDATEWow looks like things are changing.Have a lifetime warranty on my shocks. I told them that I had them in my pickup. They asked me twice for them. So I went and got them. 4 shocks off a 3/4 Ton pickup. Not really easy to lug 4 inside the auto zone. When I got back he was helping someone else. What?Okay he got back in the same computer station. Had to get all the information back on.Ok. Got my warranty information and the shocks are no longer available in this same brand. Ok swap with another brand.He says well we have one of the front shocks and one of the back.Wow I am thinking that Autozone used to be good. Now its just a one part store. Having to lug in my 4 shocks was completely unnecessary. I had to take my shocks back to my vehicle and see if tomorrow. Maybe they will have a Pair. Of both the front and back would be awesome. We will see how it plays out. Coming up soon.
