We had a blowout during our trip on our trailer. Luckily we had a spare and were able to limp back to Deming. I showed up the next day a little after 7:00 when they opened and within 45 minutes I had four new tires and was on my way. Great service, very friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and reasonable prices. To top it off, two days later they texted me to see how I was doing and if the tires were meeting my expectations. Definitely recommend!

The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. We were able to ask questions and get things done that we asked for. I really felt that they were able to help us get most of our problem solved, even though what was being worked on was not generally done at this location. Really awesome people. Much thanks!

Were I able to rate with six stars, I'd do it in a nanosecond! Stopped by about 15 minutes before the shop opened on a blustery January morning. Light was already on and they saw me right away. Amber, Abram, and the entire crew were great. Got my car up on the rack, ID'd the issue, and I was rolling again quickly thereafter. Bottom line, these folks are efficient, talented, courteous, and fair.

Blew both tires on my jet ski trailer heading home from Laughlin NV to San Antonio. Had two spares with me. Couldn't continue on. Stayed over night in Deming NM. Next morning. Looked up tires shops in the area. Tinley showed up. Went bye and Johnny took good care of me. Had all new tires put on right away and I was back on the road. Made it home with no more issues. Thanks Johnny and Tinley Tire for saving the day.

We were traveling and found out that we had some 2 tires that the belt were showing and they were able to get the tires in the next day had to order and I was really want to say thank you. They sure helped us as we were able to get back on the road. The next day, very friendly, very nice business. I wanna say thank you again for helping us get on the road.

Service and experience was great! Professional and prompt. However I got my car back after a rotation and alignment and it's making a weird rubbing noise and pulling to the right slightly. I'll have to call them tomorrow and see about getting it looked at.

I like the attentiveness given every time I go to Tinley Tee. They try to get me in & out as quickly as possible. Their hours of operation work well with working schedules. I m comfortable going there. I m completely satisfied.

This repair shop was recommended by a competitor. I needed an oil change and have my batteries checked on my duramax diesel. They changed the oil and replaced both batteries. They also checked my air filter and showed me it's condition. They replaced the air filter also. My wife used their restroom and one of her rings fell off or she took if off. The service writer came out to our vehicle with my wife's ring and said he found it in the restroom. You can't beat service like that.

I made the mistake of buying tires at Walmart, and after waiting 3 hours for install the tech came and told me they couldn't put them on because my "lugnut key didn't fit" and he couldn't get the tires off. I immediately went to Tinley Tire and they put them on fine. In and done in less than 20 minutes, and they even checked my alignment for FREE! Turned out the reason the Walmart Tire Tech couldn't get the lugnut key to fit was because he didn't remove the wheel cover first. BIG FAIL WALMART. I will be using Tinley Tire for ALL my future needs! Highly recommend, Jordan is the Best!*Edited to add - I wrote this review several months ago but it didn't post. Since then I had the unfortunate experience of a nutjob busting my windshield and slashing all the tires on my vehicle AND my cargo trailer. I called Tinley Tire and they came out within an hour, removed all the tires and took them back, put on new tires mounted and balanced, then came back and put them all back on. Unbelievable Service! If you EVER need tires, or any kind of auto service, call Tinley Tire. They have earned my highest regard and I am now a Lifetime Customer! Five Stars aren't nearly enough for this business!

Honesty, integrity, professionalism and great value that saved us in many ways.Thank you to Tad and his team at Tinley Tee Tire Company for honesty, integrity and professionalism that saved us money, and more importantly provided safety on the road as we serve our Lord in our mobile ministry motorhome.For the first time (and prayerfully last!) experience of a tire blowing out on our motorhome, we realized the importance of changing the tires when necessary rather than holding out in hope of them lasting. I learned that depth of tread in tires means nothing IF they are old - they might look alright, but sun and weather affects rubber eventually. Yes, these things happen, but some of the roads, even interstate highways hard shoulders are NOT safe to change tires on, so better to be safe with the only contact you have with the road.It is very assuring to know whom to trust when it comes to advice on new tires and the condition of the ones you have - seems to be that integrity and all-out professionalism is the way with owner managed motor services these days! Bless them, Yahweh! The care and attention to detail of Tad s team was remarkable. We took no chances and changed all the aging tires and found it to be a LOT cheaper than we thought. Tad's team even took much extra time to get the spare wheel back in its cradle.Praise Yah for your honesty, integrity and professionalism that saved us money, delivered just what we desired and needed to help us serve our purpose. May Yahweh bless you all beyond for helping us!

This is a great place to do business!!! It was my fist time there, someone suggested them to me as a fair professional, HONEST place.They were absolutely right!! I am a single woman who knows mechanics, just some things I can t do myself. That said, I did Not feel like they were trying to rip me off. They didn t come back to me with all this stuff they found wrong. They felt with my issue, quickly and professionally. The people at the counter were super friendly and helpful! I will continue to give them my business for as long as I live in this area. Thank you for giving me back a little faith in humanity, all is not lost

do not take 24s into this place i had them put a tire on a 24in rim and they scratched it very bad its in the policy so it was my fault but find another place. great service though for smaller tires

July 2022. In the middle of a cross country trip, my tire blew. Tinnley's was the 3rd tire shop I called and should have been 1st on my list. They were recommended by another shop in town. They had my unusual tire and were very responsive. Offered options to send a service truck to me immediately or take care of me at their shop (I have AAA). Johnny was helpful, professional, and prepared (and very nice). When I got there, he had already pulled my new tire and had it waiting. When i walked in the door, there were other customers being helped, but he was expecting me and didn't make me wait. I was in the bay and gone, with full service and balancing..... back on I-10 in less than an hour!This place is top notch, professional, and practices great customer service!

Stopped by to see if they could fit me in was getting warning bells about a battery I just got but it turned out to be my alternator from a oil change done at another place that didn't put the cap on burning the alternator and that caused my old battery to burn out. Very thankful for their great care.

Two visits, both went quickly and smoothly. Would recommend, friendly staff up front, knowledgeable. They installed and balanced tires that I provided, second visit was a tire patch/plug, I work within walking distance of these guys so it's convenient for me. Fast turnaround both times.
