I have been a customer for years and always received great service. Even when they are at full capacity they manage to help us. I am thankful because they always try their best to fix our vehicles and go above and beyond to check if there are other issues that also need to be fixed.We have been there to get new tires, oil change, get new parts, and Jeremy and Mitchel have always helped us.Keep up the great work!! Thank you!

Had my engine rebuilt by Jeremy-plus a ton of work to revamp my old pickup truck by Mitch and his crew- absolutely completely satisfied! Jeremy got that engine running like new - runs better than when I drove it off the dealership lot!!!! I couldn't be happier- Thank you Mitch, Kristin, Jeremy and the amazing crew you have!! Highly recommend this shop, honest, hard-working people - who will take care of your vehicle and get the job done!

I just want to say how wonderful Jeremy and Justin were at the Deming location. I was towed to Mitchel s office around 5pm when my alternator blew 15 miles out of town on my way home to Tucson. They both stayed late to replace it and get me back on the road that evening. I got home to Tucson, safely, that night, all because of them.

Jeremy, Jeremy, Jeremy..what can I say.. I have been in deming several months now and have depended on him to fix the issues with my 94 jeep and he hasn't let me down. Jeremy. Took my diesel in this morning for a flush, accidentally put gas had to have it flushed out . Jeremy one of the mechanics here at Mitchels was great had me in and out same day pricing was fair and was very professional . Recommend taking your vehicles to be worked on . Thanks Jeremy

I'm from out of state and needed tires last minute. Jeremy took care of me right away. Tires were in the next day and even though they were busy he got my vehicle in and out very quickly. Rolled into Deming last night(12/27/21) on a 4 state road trip and noticed a large coolant leak. Pulled up to Mitchels (12/28/21) and was greeted instantly by Jeremy, man talk about hospitality. He advised of the possible wait time, and then called to advise on repairs. Started the whole process this morning at 8am and on the road by 12 noon. Couldn t recommend a better shop for ALL your automotive needs.Thanks again Y all!!

Went to Mitchel's for an oil change on our F350 diesel dually. Jeremy discovered that the dually brakes were totally gone. We pull a 40 ft 5th wheel all over the US so that was dangerous. When they took the brakes off, they found that who ever put the back brakes on before had put on the wrong brake pads. He showed us the old pads. It is amazing that we had any bakes at all.Thanks Jeremy. You probably saved our lives.

One of our company cars had a check engine light come on as they were traveling across NM. They stopped at Autozone in Deming to have the code read. Someone suggested we come here to see if they could help. Jeremy was super busy but took a moment to come look at our vehicle. A spark plug wire was loose - he tightened it and sent our car on its way! Thank y all!

On 9/18/23 I was traveling from California to my home in Fort Worth TX in my F350 with a 6.7 Powerstroke when my truck made a really bad noise and died.I had it towed to Mitchels after reading reviews and them being recommended by my tow truck driver.Breaking down that far from home is a nightmare in itself, worrying if an unscrupulous shop might gouge me for money being that I was really left with few choices of where to go.From the very beginning Justin who answered my call and worked on my truck was great to work with, Justin and Jeremy got my truck in the same day to diagnose it, my engine had broken a rod ( it was toast ) Mitchels allowed me to keep my truck there a few days until I could get it transported to my home in Fort Worth and my diagnoses charges were very reasonable.I HIGHLY recommend MITCHELS in Deming, they are fair, honest and most of all just great people and treat you very well no matter where you come from.Thank you to Jeremy and Justin as well as the friendly gal in the office ( sorry, I did not et your name ) you are an amazing shop and are appreciated.Kirk AnstaettService: Auto engine diagnostic

This business has exceptional service and hospitality for road travelers in need of urgent auto repair services. When other businesses in the area would not accommodate, Jeremy was responsive, positive, and reasonably priced. He did some extra parts research to make sure the repair to my older diesel truck (transmission inter cooler line) was done right!Service: Transmission

Update!!. I was just in today, as you see i had my a/c fixed awhile back..well..it stop working..but wait!!! Not their fault..it was parked here in Deming and the heat destroyed a seal.. Jeremy was awesome, he squeezd me in and repaired it right then.....(in April They fixed my a/c in one day!. I did visit first, the next day they had the parts.) Very pleased. I recommend Mitchell's.. Also they are looking for help, this would be a great place for someone who loves cars to work..

So we were on our way home back to Austin, TX after a 9 day Spring Break road trip through New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah. We pulled into Deming, NM and noticed our diesel Excursion was running a bit hotter than normal. Since we were towing a travel trailer and still had 10 hours to go, we decided to find a mechanic that could look at our truck. Unfortunately it was Saturday afternoon and every shop we called was closed or couldn t help us because it was a diesel. Mitchel s was also closed but Mitch answered anyways and told us he couldn t help until Monday morning, that was the best offer we d gotten, the so we were stranded until then (Luckily we had our trailer to stay in). Monday rolled around, we showed up right at 8am, Mitch was there and immediately had his Diesel mechanic, Jeremy attend to us. We discussed possible options after a test drive, fortunately they were able to get the parts needed and in roughly 3 hours our truck was ready to go and working as it should. I can t thank this shop enough for fitting us in first thing and getting us back on the road, especially with a diesel, powerstrokes aren t the easiest to work on. We made it home a day late but better late than never! Thanks Mitch and Jeremy.

Punctured a tire off-roading so I clogged it but still needed a patch. I was just passing through the area and I told em and they got me out of there within 45 minutes for an extremely reasonable price. It was a job well done and the employees were nice and fun to talk to. Great place. Couldn t recommend enough wether you re passing through the area or a resident.Service: Tires

Holy cow!!! Mitchels Auto has the most amazing manager possible. As road travelers going from DFW Texas to Disneyland, our vehicle has a catastrophic event that landed us in the middle of nowhere. We were towed to this business. I met by the manager, Jeremy. The service that he gave us with such kindness and integrity and empathy was extremely moving. He saw stranded family and a little girl who was sad, because Disneyland was not going to happen anymore. He did everything he could to get us to Disneyland. His wife even came and drove us to Las Cruces to get a rental car. This man is the best example of customer service, and kindness to humankind out there. Without him, we wouldn t have been able to be where we re at now. This business definitely set a standard on how to care for not just a vehicl, but for PEOPLE!!! Thank you Jeremy for your exceptional drive to help!!Please give him a raise!!

***Original review and pic were removed. This is a repost from 2018***Swapped on a spare for me. A couple of hours down the highway and the center cap shoots past me. I pull over to find 7 lug nuts missing and two broken studs, five rounded out. Destroyed both wheels and could of been fatal. Had a 40' gooseneck w/10k #s. Called these people at 9:05 - in at 9:14! Welcomed with open arms(compared to the other auto repair shop in Deming). Our A/C went out the day before and I was concerned about making it to Austin with our dog and no cooling. Very happy with these folks.WARNING: MAPS WILL TAKE YOU 60 MILES TO THEIR OTHER SHOP WHEN YOU PRESS DIRECTIONS FROM GOOGLE.
