These men are examples of what taking care of people look like!! Truck had bearing failure on sunday coming from houston to Phoenix as. These men searched the part, drove to another city and back , had me repaired same day. Saved me as I am a hot shot driver. All I can say this shop is awesome, the people were amazing knowledgeable. We were on our way back from Texas headed to Arizona, we hit a pot hole split the serpentine belt. It s Sunday nothing open but HHR&M talked to John and his dad Doc. We got a tow to the shop. Doc went got the part but the part broke by this time it s after 6pm. We had to stay in Deming NM. John got us a discount at a hotel, he took us to get food and to the hotel. All I can say is I m grateful that God has touched this family they are anointed generally honest good people I thank God for them.

Ive had a bad overall experience with local shops but this one has by far been the worse.Paid good money for an engine swap and have encountered several issues such as: check engine light, leaking motor oil, timing off, broken clips reused, old used parts installed from another vehicle, missing parts, and after venting my concerns & being ignored for a week they are now acting like my problems are imaginary and they did the job right. They refuse to even look at it now because I said I dont trust them, and will never send them future business, which both are true.They omitted important information, mislead about their expertise, transparency, and ETA's... Now they refuse to stand behind their work. Tried to bill for unauthorized work and failed to do work as requested.I will say that I had a bad experience at another shop too but at least they honored their work/word.HHR&M got my vehicle a month ago, now its just sitting in my driveway leaking oil from the brand new motor.

I have used HHR and m mechanics about five or six times now every time John isvery knowledgeable completes the task in a timely manner explains exactly what's wrong with the car how much it is to repair what is priority and what can be put off he is very professional and always treats his customer with respect I will continue to use him as my personal mechanic in Deming they are awesome! It is a family operation and everyone is very respectful.!Yesterday I was in a pickle as my jeep died right as I was picking up kids from school he came to the rescue quick fast and in a hurry and was there within 15 minutes faster than any triple AAA or any tow I could have ever called. Ran diagnostics as I arranged the kids to picked up. Then determined to take the vehicle to his shop and was repaired by this morning and delivered back to my house. I was also very happy with a convenient way to pay.. will continue to utilize them in the future for every mechanic need so if you're in a jam call John to get you out of it

I am eternally grateful for these guys. These guys know what they are doing, they fixed my problem, and got me back on the road at a super reasonable price. My car broke down in Lordsburg (small town that didn't have the parts I needed). I found HHR&M through a referral from a parts shop in Deming. Not only did these guys go out of their way to track down my rare parts, they also drove out to me and repaired the car. I go through Deming with my motorhome, diesel leak on a Sunday dinner time, I call 3 companies who don't want to move, I call John after 15 minutes, he is there trying to repair me, the next day he will get my piece at 1:30 of road, exceptional service I swear to you, we would like this guy in our city thank you again
