Norman was one fast mechanic, he got everything I needed done in no time. This is by far the BEST experience I ve had with needing to get my truck fixed. Eva was also so sweet and quick with getting me in to fix my truck, other places were charging an arm and a leg just to make me wait a whole month before I can get seen. This is the place to go when you need fast and easy work done on your vehicle.

Ted was awesome that's what I called customer service, my Tesla got a blown tire, he didn't have the tire but he called all over town and found the tire at Walmart, he gave us a ride to Walmart to get the tire and the got us back in the road in no time, other wise we would be stranded on the side of the road, thank you Ted and the staff of Big O Tire for helping us.

Very help and confident that they could fix my problem, which they did! I had previously been to martin tire and they gave me nothing but more problems and a huge quote to fix them. I had a problem with my steering wheel jerking about, they knew what was wrong with it and fixed it, instead of trying to find more problems and hike up my bill. If you want mechanic's that know what they're doing and won't screw you over with more problems to be fixed than when you went in the shop, GO TO BIG O!

i would give it a ZERO if i could. 3 trips in one day for a simple rotation. First they overfilled the back tires, told me over the phone it was fine, eventually drove it back due to odd steering behavior. They had air pressure wong, off by 20# ...then they fixed it, but steering wheel vibrates. Took it back, they rebalanced, said it was ok. It never quit vibrating. Had it checked in Cortez Co and they said it was way off balance. So grateful for the folks in Cortez! Driving a dually & towing a toyhauler solo is challenging enough.... you should be able to do it safely. I trusted Big O in Deming over all the other tire places and SHOULDNT HAVE.Then they say contact them that they will make it right but they never respond back to the email LOL it just looks good on the review page and nothing ever happens

Was at City of Rocks campground and truck had a flat. Brought it to Big O who repaired it quickly and at a reasonable cost. They mounted it back on the truck and even restowed the spare which is no fun. Friendly and excellent service!

I was heading to Google to my notice my tire on my trailer was falling into rubbing on the wheel well. They helped put my spare on and removed both wheel wells. Ted and Zach were friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!Thanks!JC

We had a flat tire during a road trip, we arrived at Big O Tires and they found a nail in our tire, they also discovered that the tire was already extremely damaged and needed to be replaced. Although Big O Tires did not have it, they took care of finding out if the nearby Walmart had tires of the size we needed. We bought the tire and returned to Big O Tires and they replaced it in a very short time and at an excellent price. Excellent service and attention.

Might have great service but based on the rudeness of the man who answered the phone today I will never find that out.Not having our tire size is one thing, but when I explained that sorry, I couldn't wait, we aren't from New Mexico, "Well go somewhere else." In a rude tone is not the response I expected.I wasn't asking for a rush. I was letting him know why waiting wasn't an option.

Passing through Deming, NM and needed new tires on truck with travel trailer in tow. Only a two day wait for the tires I wanted and back on the road. Great service from Eva, Megan and the "pit crew" out on the forecourt! A little scary going straight back on Interstate 10 but reassured by the torque wrench on all 32 lug nuts and the requested tire pressures (60 front, 70 back). Back home now 2000 miles later, safe and sound.

I have been a customer for Big O Tire for a long time, prior to being a customer in Deming NM location, I lived in Las Cruces NM and was a customer there.I was a happy customer with Big O Tire in the Deming location for the past 3 yrs. until now and have bought 2 sets of tires from this location. However today I had my car taken in for an alignment check, Big O had done an alignment not even 3,000 miles prior on my car that had tires on it that were not even 1-1/2 MO old. We noticed a tire was bleeding air so we decided to get it repaired at our local place down in Columbus NM but the tire place noted that the tire was bleeding because of them being worn out to the wire. So I obviously bought the car new tires not at Big O, however I did call them to let them know about the incident, I assuming something had gone wrong at the time of alignment. I wasn't even upset I had lost a set of tires. All I wanted from them was to fix my alignment and make things right. I obviously knew this could go two ways, blame the customer for the issue or they fix it. They claimed the car had been hit, or involved in an accident or that it had gotten a large pothole which in return the alignment thrown off. Which none of the above had happen. I do have to mentioned that at the time of the initial alignment repair they had told me they needed parts replaced before completing the alignment which I agreed for them to repair and proceed. Which later claimed a never mind no parts only one part needed to be replaced. they showed me the paper work of when the alignment was done that the car left from the big o facility with a good alignment, this doesn't mean that the alignment couldn't of been thrown off because of a poor service. For those of you who know me, know that I like to do things right always zero shortcuts.... Anyway long story short I'm very dissatisfied with their service that cost me not only a new pair of tires but another alignment which I will be taking my car and money elsewhere. It deeply saddens me to write this review, but customer service is the KEY to any business. I don't play pointing, when I know that they car was not involved in an accident nor mistreated in anyway. there was no reasonable answer from Big O Tire to me of why I should pay them again for the alignment nor of why my alignment was off other than blaming me for the issue.

I got a really GREAT quote on 4 new Firestone tires from this Big-O store! The staff, Eva, Matthew & Zack were all so professional, and friendly! It made getting new tires a great experience! Great prices, Great people, and Name Brand Tires! Plus, I heard them advertising on the local radio station in town! I highly recommend this Big-O store!

These guys are great. Javier and company saved my vacation when i had a bad valve stem blow on my RV on I-10. I was in and out in under one hour. Excellent professionals. I highly recommend!!!

While moving from West Palm Beach, FL to San Diego, Ca, my alternator went out on I-10 while towing a U-Haul trailer. I called Silverback Towing and explained my situation. They told me we could tow it to Big O in Deming and there's a Days Inn right next to it, which was perfect, but I was afraid I'd be stuck waiting for hours. The next morning, I walked over to Big O at 8, when they opened, and explained my situation, that I needed to get back on the road asap to finish the 600 miles I had left to go. they called me at 9:04 with an estimate. I got packed up, checked out, and walked back over to see them shutting the hood. At 10:40, after I got my trailer hooked back up, I was back on the road. Less than 3 hours start to finish! These guys were awesome! I can't thank them enough!

Used to be great used to be my favorite mechanics in the southwest. But now they won't even do something as simple as change diesel injectors for example. I used to use them for everything and always had great service. Now they never call you back refuse to work on a part when you have details on how it can be fixed. Something as simple as an a/c compressor. They had my car for two weeks originally $135 to replace the AC compressor for labor then a week later call back quoting my over a thousand dollars. Then refused to try and fix the seized one wich had a simple YouTube video to fix. I asked them to callback with the price to just pay for the labor you have done this far... They never called back (surprise) I ended up just paying it over the phone the next week (for nothing ac still doesn't work 381 bucks for nothing) and have somebody come pick up the key because I won't be there by the time they close to pick it up. The person comes and picks the key for me but big 0 left the car outside with the window down for who knows how long after I paid it over the phone and specifically said that somebody would just come pick the key up because they close at 5:00 so nobody can really get there in time to pick the car up from their own jobs. Then they close up and my car sitting outside with the window down luckily nothing got stolen that I know of. 10/10 do not recommend. Used to be great and now they are not.

I have always had excellent service at the Big O in Deming, and felt the prices for the service reasonable. The staff listens to your questions and asks the service attendant any questions you might have on the service you received. A trustworthy place to go.

Best place to take your car/truck/or any auto for repairs is Big O Tires.Awesome team at the front desk and the team who does the repairs too! I love the sitting area, and free bottle water. And the updates and when they suprise me & my car gets done sooner than expected

Thanks for getting the screw out of my tire! The man that did the work was very polite and efficient. The girls at the counter were pleasant enough. Just traveling through and was happy to recognize the name Big O Tires.

Traveling from TX to AZ and ran over something that caused a leak in one tire. Made it to Big O in Deming, NM. They had our tire off, fixed, and back on in 35 min AND a reasonable price! Thank you Big O of Deming NM!

I've been driving from Silver City to Deming Big O Tires for several months-Ive gotten great deals and great service every single time. Every person I've dealt with from the girls in the front to the techs in back are always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly!I don't know if it's normal for them but it seems like every time I'm in there they are bombarded with emergency flats and I've never seen them turn someone away. They also get them back on the road quickly while not effecting my service at all. Keep up the great work
