We dropped in after dismissing dispersed sites up the road due to terrible ruts. Great spots but the Forest Service roads had been hammered by recent monsoons. We discovered Theresa s using Google Maps and figured we couldn t go wrong at $30 a night. She greeted us warmly with a great sense of humor and wonderful wit.Her little RV Park is not a fully loaded KOA Journey but if you want water, 50/30/20 hookups and sewer on a level plot, Theresa can accommodate with back-in or pull through. Just give her a chance, it s worth the effort. The highway is near so you do hear some traffic and Jake brakes up until 11:00 pm and the noise diminishes as the traffic does.Electric power is stable, water pressure good and you ve got a reasonable amount of room with your slides out next to your neighbor. We stayed two nights and would happily stay here again.

I adore Theresa! She is very responsive to her guests. Stayed there twice this trip and was glad I did. Peaceful place with a good view of the mountains. Not fancy but I really liked. It.Safety: I felt safe there.Walkability: Small roads behind the rv park.

I found this place and the idea was to camp here.My husband had talked to Theresa a few times over the phone before our trip.We thought we had a campsite reserved. It turns out that wasn't the case , which we found out once we arrived. Also, we had no idea where exactly to pitch our tent. I wish there had been actual markers for tent campers and rv campers. We did pay, though, thinking we'd be camping. Unfortunately the ground wasn't right for putting the tent down. So my husband spoke to Theresa about us leaving and we got our money back. Some people had set up their little tents and I guess that means where they did the ground was well enough to do so, but the free spot we found wasn't.You do need to pay in cash, which we knew beforehand so we were ready. Just weren't ready for the rest. Also, since you can't reserve be ready for the possibility of not finding a spot.

Theresa s camping site was perfect for our 40 Motorhome. She is a wonderful host providing a clean, flat gravel surface with a grass lawn for cooking out and watching the beautiful sky! We will be back!!!It is small and quiet, just our style!

I really like staying with Theresa! She is so nice, and she really cares about her little rv park that she created. She has added fresh gravel to the sites since we last stayed here. A great place to spend the night! Tomorrow, we are off to visit Chaco canyon.

Looking for a campground with full hookup, great price, and quiet starry nights so beautiful you never want to leave? Theresa has a nice set up with small level spots and was even so kind as to loan us a converter. she's very friendly and offers hair cuts which I will take her up in the next time I visit.

The owner Theresa is a lovely and very nice person. I even got a haircut I badly needed. Her small RV park is full hookups and can accommodate almost any rig. I would definitely stay here again.

We used this campground for an overnight stop. Theresa was very pleasant. This is a no frills place but had full hookups that worked fine. There were two pull though sites and the one closest to the house would be a problematic drive our in the morning because of a large tree and a very uneven drive out.It did offer us a good nights sleep which is what we were looking for. We would stop here again if in the area and needing an overnight stop.

Theresa was so nice. Nothing fancy here but good for over night stay and only $20.00 (cash only). We'd stay here again if we were in the area. We were in a 31 foot class C towing a Jeep. Did not have to unhook.

I planned to stay overnight in the RV park. When I checked the outlet, my meter showed reverse polarity, so I decided not to plug in, I've got lots of solar power. Then I thought I should tell Theresa so she could get it fixed. She said nobody else had ever complained. She got really mad, went and got my money and handed it back, and said " get the h*** off my property. Get outta here." So I left.

Theresa is gem of a person. We arrived late at her park around 8:30 & cuba had 1feet snow, but she came out to show parking location and also helped in electric hookup. Ground were pretty level. She s very nice, friendly and helping person. If I pass from this area again will prefer her rv park over any other.

We stayed one night in our 33' motor home. Don't let the name dissuade you - Theresa was a great host. Our spot was clean with full hook ups. Quiet location afforded us a good nights rest. Would stay here again if ever passing through!

Hit the only snow storm in the area in our camper and needed a place to stay. Theresa was awesome and let us park for the night very last minute. So friendly, wish I had had time for a haircut!

We tried to make it into Albuquerque last night before dark but were unable. We thought we were stuck but ended up being thrilled that Theresa's was open and had a spot for us. She is a very friendly lady and very helpful. I highly recommend Theresa's and would definitely come again if I come back through Cuba New Mexico.

Terrible, we were dispersed camping this weekend. We were recommended to Theresa's RV Park as she had a RV dumpstation. When we pulled In we were told take your Sh-- somewhere else. Very rude. I would never stay in a place were people treat you like that. Do not recommend. The internet shows she has a dump site for RV.

I had a pleasant experience at Theresa's beauty shop the first time back in June. I needed a haircolor touch up and she did an amazing job covering my grey and blending the color with my hair color. She uses Redken color and now I'm ready for another appointment with her. I have a amazing hair stylist in Albuquerque who I've been going to for ten years, but Theresa's shop is convenient for me here in Cuba. I'll continue to go to my stylist in Albuquerque for haircuts because she knows how I like my hair, but I will continue to see Theresa for color. I recommend her services. She also has a acupuncturist/ massage therapist on Sundays by appointment only.

Theresa was delightful! This little spot saved us as our chosen campground ended up being closed. We got in quite late but Theresa was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed!

While it is "nothing special", we were treated with such respect and empathy while here. Our RV window fell out and broke and she spent the next hour trying to help us figure out how to get it fixed - to include bringing some cardboard and tape for the night. She was so incredibly hospitable and the sweetest lady we could have hoped for on our honeymoon.

If you're looking for a safe overnight stop, this fits the bill. Teresa parked us immediately behind her house and was very welcoming. Though to be honest, she can't give directions. LoL. Convienent to town. Not fancy, but a reasonable price.

Great little camping spot that is tent friendly! She does have a shower and bathroom you can get access to for only $5. Everything has an older feel, but was clean. For the price and service you just can't beat it!
