My company called this tow company to lift a dropped trailer after a fifth wheel malfunction on my truck.My company told me to stay in the truck but keep eyes on the trailer until the tow truck driver got there. When he arrived I called my company to see what I was supposed to do next and was put on hold.He lifted the trailer then came to take pictures of my truck. I said how are you sir? To which he responded you re a piece of work aren t you, can t even get out of your truck I was confused because I was doing what I d been told to do and wasn t sure what he thought I should have done.He then yanked my door open, took a picture, said you could have done that with your air bags then slammed my door in my face and walked off. He pulled away from the trailer and stopped in the parking lot off to the side and I was still on hold and confused so I started to hook my truck up to the trailer.After I was hooked up my company answered and told me the tow driver was supposed to park the trailer in a spot and I was supposed to have my fifth wheel inspected before hooking up to the trailer. I still don t know what he wanted from me, my company had no idea why he acted that way either. Completely rude and hostile. This person is supposed to be helping people in a bad spot, not making things worse.

Beware of their pricing. I was quoted a price to which I agreed on for them to pick my trailer up from down the road at a truck stop. Upon picking my trailer back up while my truck was repaired. I was charged a 30 dollar a day storage fee without being told anything about it up front. Lady up front was very rude when I questioned it and told me I was only remembering what I wanted to remember. I do not disagree with a storage fee but I feel that s a bit high to not be told about up front. Obviously as quick as she was to get offensive about my questioning she knows she wasn t transparent about it as well!

For a company who depends on folks in the trucking profession to use their service to keep their lights on, showing a little respect while driving on the road with us goes a long way. After dealing with one of their drivers who merged onto I 40 from the TA truckstop exit on 8/2/20 @ 3:30 PM he ran me up to 80 mph instead of letting me over. Letting someone like this hook on to any of my equipment no way.

Humbly, as the owner of a towing company I ran out of fuel in our Suburban. AAA contractor gave 2.5 hour plus extended ETA. These folks were to me in 15 minutes. Fair rates and nice people. Thanks for saving me the time on the shoulder!

My load shifted and made it overweight on my drive axles he went above and beyond to rework my load to make is safe to drive again didnt mind answering any questions!!! Great help

The driver was great courteous and conscience very professional price was somewhat reasonable got me out of a jam pulled f350 dually and loaded 40 ft trailer to Ford dealer
