It's a visitor center. Nothing fab. You may find nice jewelry though. It also helps the locals which sometimes sell there wares outside the visitor center.

We came in October and a gentleman working there gave us all the information and advice we needed. When complemented on his helpfulness, he said he once had needed help as a tourist himself and learnt how important good advice was and how to do it properly, while seeing how badly it had been done. Thank you so much, some months passed and we still think of you with gratefulness.

This place was well worth the stop before you head to the trailhead for Tent Rocks. You're able to get some well informed advice on some of the activities and trails as well as a nice rest stop and restroom. We were also able to get some bottles of water before we headed up. It also serves as a good meeting point for group connection.

Really helpful. I wish I had stopped by there at the beginning of my trip. Every place I asked about I got detailed information for right down to distance, time, and even weather conditions. Friendly accommodating staff. Conveniently located in a quaint centrally located mall.

Very nice and friendly. They offer snacks and cold non alcoholic drinks for sale with a small gift shop featuring Penzies spices, mugs, blanks and crafts. They also offer a selection of Cochiti Lake tshirts and jewelry made by hand by the locals.

Unmotivated staff. Limited hiking. $5 entrance fee. Only 2 out of 3 short trails were open. Beware: All trailheads close at 4:30pm! Although this would be the absolute best hiking time! Since after 4pm is when the sun wouldn t be so extremely hot and when the light and canyon colors would starts to turn golden and red.

Cochiti Visitor Center is quaint. Small center that also acts as USPO. Has a few Native made, NM souvenirs for sale, along with sodas and snacks. Not one item had a price tag on it, so you have to ask. Some items over priced, some okay. Staff very kind and knowledgeable.

I did not find 10 star to rate them. They were awesome guys here to help visitors. They even played their cultural songs with drums. Shared lots and lots of information about cochiti and their history.

It was more of a gift shop than anything. But We got there 20 min before closing, so it's possible that they have more info and history, earlier in the day, people were folding up tables when we got there.

It's a nice little spot to stop, grab a breakfast burrito, maybe use the restroom. They have information about nearby destinations and a small gift shop.

Everything is way over priced and the merchandise selection is sparse. The people were very friendly and the facility was very clean.
