These guys were great. Did most everything on line so Ben and David and the mechanic that helped us had us in and out including loading in about 45 minutes. Love the bike. Thanks guys. I will be making the 2.5 hour drive back there when I buy again.

We love this place! They have a great team working for them! We went there to look for a SUV and the sales lady was extremely knowledgeable about what we wanted. Her and the guy that closed us went above and beyond to get us the best deal . We both highly recommend this place if you re looking for parts for your ATV or a Used or New one.

I went to Zia Power Sports to have my kids razor electric motorcycle tire repaired. ALL staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. They repaired my tire quickly and were very professional. Thank you guys!

I want to give Zia Powersports a Big Shoutout for the sales and service that they provide. No matter what you may be in the store looking for, the staff there are very knowledgeable, Helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a motorcycle, side by side, four wheeler, tractor, or generator they have you covered. Their inventory is by far the largest and most stocked of any dealership within the State of New Mexico. So, before you go driving hundreds of miles away looking to purchase something you should stop by and check out everything they have in stock and meet their awesome staff.

Purchased a motorcycle in January 2024. Called in February 2024 to follow up on my title work and the title clerk had it sitting on her desk. She was missing some information. Really?! Pick up the phone and call me. She finally sent the paperwork to MVD in Clovis where it sat for another month. MVD said they told the title clerk at Ziamotorsports that they needed another signature on the title work and that the title clerk at Zia was going to get a hold of me. NOPE!! No call what so ever! Lousy title clerk no communication whatsoever unless I call them. After all that the title clerk at Zia tells me "well, this is your 3rd temp tag and we will not be able to issue you another one. Makes it sound like my problem. Very disappointed!Thanks for the quick response from the owner and this is my reply:The trust pages were one thing and have been addressed and were provided, however the missing signature on title work and missing DL. I had to contact DMV before knowing what was going on with the title work, and now we are into March and I have to make a special trip to Clovis to take care of this. Zia's Title clerk should have called me....now that would have been excellent customer service. The title clerk on several occasions would tell me that she would be calling me. NEVER A CALL FROM THE TITLE CLERK!!

Dropped off this beauty and got the 15,000 mile check up done. Chris did a fantastic job keeping in touch with me. I dropped it off a day early and the two day job was done a day early. Picked it up today and it was washed and all cleaned up ready to ryde. Thank you all at Zia for your exceptional customer service!

Was pretty irritated once everything was done and we went to drive the new roxor to the trailer it had 1/2 a tank of diesel. Went in and they say you re lucky to get what you got. Pretty sorry they can t even give you a full tank of fuel when you bought a $20,000 machine.

They had a battery in stock for my bike right when I needed it most, and they managed to get it charged up for me before I arrived to pick it up so it was ready to go. On top of that, they offer a 10% military discount on parts and accessories. I'll definitely be back again when my bike needs service. Thanks again!

Nice and friendly staff. An overwhelming amount of vehicles. Maintenance staff is knowledgeable and will to discuss all aspects of the vehicle you are looking at.

Super rude sales staff. Ran my credit multiple times for no reason. Changed their price to $2000 over the listed price and called me foul names all the way to my car.

I put in a request online for a SXS. I was contacted by a lady named Celia via TXT, I told her I was interested one and I was willing to buy one that day if the deal was right. At no point did she ever make an effort call me to work on a deal. When I told her I found a better price at their competition I was basically told to kick rocks. The bottom line is they have poor salesmanship. They lost a sale because they did not make me feel like a valued customer and I felt like they would not take care of me after the sale. So do yourself a favor and call R&S in Albuquerque like I did.

The crew at Zia are absolutely amazing. They always take care of me and my ride. I am very picky on who touches my ride other than me, and I trust them and recommend them to everyone! Kris is an awesome guy and has a lot of experience as a Tech! Thanks y all!!

Awesome Experience!!! Super friendly staff! We communicated an out-the-door price over the phone and set up a time, for two days later, to pick up our new Polaris Slingshot (the funnest toy you ll ever own. Google it, buy one, and thank me later. LOL). We were in and out in less than an hour... and that included extra time spent ordering a few extra accessories and some apparel. All-around A+!!!

I came from San Antonio TX to pick up a bike. Front the minute I got there the staff was great. David expedited everything and I was loaded and on the road within an hour. I highly recommend Zia Powersports!! Thanks y'all!

I had to fill my battery with sulfuric acid and they took of it right away free of charge. The customer service is on point and really convenient. Mark and Jake are a great resource.

I called Zia Sports to purchase a muffler to put on my generator and I was referred to the Service Department and the Parts Manager. I explained what I wanted and he said he thought he had something that would work. I charged the cost and the shipping on my credit card and in a couple of days I had my part. I was pleased to work with a person that knew his business and the billing person as well! I was very pleased with the service!

The Zia guys are great! Even during a pandemic they were more then happy to help me out. These 1 star people probably wouldn't give them a good review even if they gave them the parts and put it on for free. "Slow service" or some $hit. I guess theirs always 2 sides to the story but trust me they earned my 5 stars and future business.

Usually when I have mixed feelings about a business, I skip the review and move on, but in this case, I am choosing to write the review because I feel like other inexperienced beginners like me need some additional information before walking in. First of all, staff are courteous and friendly, and they do have tremendous inventory! But you need to know there is no haggling on prices, and there are so many extra fees that you should expect to pay. That said, it is a toy shop, and fancy, fun toys are a luxury, so if you cannot afford the extra fees, you are free to walk out, which is what I had to do once they start adding up fees until a used bike with dents and scrapes and cobwebs, faulty switches, quickly started adding up to almost the same price as a brand new one available anywhere.I was quite surprised to find that the price of a bike had almost doubled in extra fees between when I spoke with a salesperson over the phone and when I drove over 2 hours from Hobbs to Clovis. You should not expect any discussion at all on prices, and there are so many extra fees that I was not expecting added on, especially when I had already told him I was bringing cash. My dad and uncle, who both have years of experience with motorcycles and dealerships, told me later that they were both as surprised as I was, so I feel like it is important to note here in this review. Again, that said, Zia sells toys, not necessities, and their showroom would suggest that they are very good at it!A brand new, 2020 Suzuki GZ250 is available brand new anywhere for an MSRP of $2,999, according to Suzuki's website. Zia had a 2006 listed with a little over 6,000 miles for $1,895, so I thought especially as is, it's worth a look. It would have been perfect for me as a beginner bike, with some dents and scrapes, and some rust and cobwebs, and the former owner's personal information still under the seat, faulty blinker switches, just little things, nothing major - things that I thought would make it perfect for me with my budget.Then when I agree that I like it, the salesman brings up a $489 fee for the new tires and a carburetor servicing, additional fees for the tank of fuel and the detailing, he just keeps adding fees. But I stood there and check the price of new tires, $80 each online. I have a motorcycle carburetor on my '79 MG, so I know it's no big deal to service a carb, I can do it myself, it's not anything I would pay a mechanic to do. My dad always changes the tires on his own bikes, I've seen him do it in minutes, also not a big deal. The gas tank was almost empty, I had seen that for myself when I tested the key in the gas cap, so when they told me they were waiting on it to be gassed up and brought back to the showroom when we arrived, that doesn't seem completely true. It certainly doesn't seem fair to charge extra fees for gassing up a bike that still has such an empty tank.So pretty soon, we're almost at a price where I could just buy a brand new one without all the damage and years of storage on it, so we apologized to the salesman for wasting his time and left. I sat on my feelings for a couple of nights before writing this review, but the bottom line remains that I feel like my inexperience played a role in this situation, and I feel like the salesman may have tried to take advantage of that. But again, that is simply how I personally felt when I left, not necessarily what the salesman was thinking.I don't feel the need to name the salesperson, he was courteous and had good jokes, and was generally knowledgeable, and there are plenty of interesting things to see at this dealership, certainly worth a look if you live in Clovis, but not a drive that I will be likely to make again from Hobbs. It is perhaps simply not necessarily well suited to beginners on a budget. I had the cash in hand though, so I bought instead a 2012 Honda Rebel with fewer miles with a private seller, so perhaps they did me a favor in the end!

Shady business practices. I ordered tires from them and they told me over the phone and in person it was a $20 install fee to put the tires on which is fine, that s what it is at most places. When I got there to pick up my ATV they tried to bill me $130 to put two tires on plus they did work I never asked them to do and then billed me for it. Won t be going again that s for sure. To anyone reading, just order your stuff online it s half the price.

Had to bring my bike in for some service - stored outside way too long by the previous owner. Ended up needing a fair amount of work. Don and Jake helped me out on the price and it only took a little extra time to get it all squared away and road worthy. I appreciate the work you guys do and thank you for being military friendly. Hope you get lots of business.

I would recommend this company to anyone. I have had nothing but great customer service and going the extra mile out of this company. I got a great deal on a brand new Polaris ranger. I also bought a trailer. No issues great customer service and very friendly staff.

I went looking for a couple components for my razor. The sales representative that assisted me, Hayden, provided me with various price friendly options and created a comfortable purchasing environment. My experience at Asia Power Sports has definitely earned my future business. I highly recommend this business for anybody looking for all terrain vehicles or utility components if you already own one.

Awesome place. Chris got my Harley Road King going in 15 min. I was expecting to leave the bike with them for several days. Took longer for me to load it on the trailer than it did for him to fix my problem. The threads were stripped on the head for the spark plug and i thought i was in serious trouble. Not having a harley shop here close by i decided to take it to Zia Power Sports in Clovis. Glad i did. Chris rethreaded the head and replaced the spark plug right there on the trailer.Great service and friendly place.

Got a tube and tire from here. 2 months later tube is no good. I only road a few times after getting it. Now they don't want to even honor a replacement tube and because of that my tire is now gone too! These people use to be good back in the day when they were Suzuki. Now, they are $<*^. Was even considering getting a new bike through them. Avoid this place. Save the money, buy private. Yes, something may go wrong but if you're smart with the money you saved then you can pretty much build brand new. But far and few between do you find a bike that bad. All they had to do was honor the tube replacement. Instead, they got this.

Celia and the team at Zia Powersports were extremely professional. We were looking for a new Polaris General and while there were no available models on the showroom floor, they were able get us a unit that was on order. They gave us a realistic time frame on when the unit would come in and surprised us when it came in several weeks early. My family and I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend Zia Powersports.
