Transmatic Wreckers or just Crooks turn around pay the bill!Texas State Police had to talk to him then I got my equipment back.Very shady

At first I was very happy with my service. But then finding out they held my vehicle two 2 weeks instead of towing like they were supposed to and lied. Is very disappointing. I received a letter stating they only had my vehicle 3 days but some how still had it for 2 weeks later and my insurance company couldn t find it because they lied.Service: Vehicle wrecking

I had a motorcycle Wreck and Paul Showed up in the middle of the night ready to go. I was really impressed with his timeliness and professional service. He made sure that I made it to the right shop and had everything that I needed. Paul definitely took his time to provide me with excellent and compassionate service. Thank you Paul!

The drivers and yard staff were great but be very careful dealing with the local boss in Tucumcari. Pay CLOSE attention to what you are being charged and ask to see full and complete itemized documentation for any/all charges. Be wary of documents that have been changed or altered (i.e.- using "whiteout" or covering over details)

Paul is an absolute stud. When my alternator decided to die on me 40 miles outside of Clovis, while traveling from Utah to Texas, I found myself stranded on the side of the highway late at night, alone and stressed beyond all measure. Paul came to my rescue and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and able to get back on the road. I am forever grateful to him for his kindness and willingness to help.

I was traveling through the Clovis area to make a delivery, my GPS lead me down a dirt road. The area had received a substantial amount of rain and I ended up stuck in the ditch. I contacted one truck tow company and they never responded. I was able to get ahold of Transmatic and they came out within 30 minutes. the road was so muddy that they were unable to reach me. They offered me a ride to town but I told them I would stay with the truck. The driver went out of his way and came back with food and water and told me that they would be back in the morning to try and pull me out again. They returned as the said with breakfast in hand for me and were able to get me out of the ditch and back on the road. Great Service and Very Profession. Javier Acosta. Werner.

My family and I were traveling to Austin, TX on a Sunday night and the alternator went out in our 26' Uhaul truck. Trans-Matic Wrecker Service was called out to assist us with a tow and to possibly fix the alternator. We were literally between two small towns and Uhaul suggested that he tow us an hour in the wrong direction to stay the night. Calvin our driver came to the rescue and was able to get Uhaul to realize there were closer towns in the right direction and convinced them that would be the best remedy. Not only did he have to go 120 miles roundtrip to make sure we got into our hotel safely but he also came out the next day on another 120 mile roundtrip drive to replace the alternator and ensure my family and I were back on the road and on schedule. The 2 closer Uhaul service contractors didn't want to come change the alternator and Calvin didn't have to either... but he said he couldn't just leave us sitting there and came to the rescue. Trans-Metic Wreckers cared when no one else did. They'll take care of you as good as they take care of your vehicle. My family and I thank them for being so stand up and going above and beyond when they didn't have to.

These people are crooks! 370 bucks for a storage fee that wasn't 24 hours and the car was stolen! The PRC is getting a important phone call!!!
