Wanna say thank you to Jason Red Johnson and highly recommend him and Hamilton if you are looking for a vehicle! I have been looking to trade my car in and he worked so hard to get me the best deal! I m a single mom so making sure I get something reliable, but affordable is always the biggest concern. Jason is definitely the go to guy! I love my new car and will be returning in the future!

We love buying our vehicles at Hamilton. This time we purchase a new F150. Barri was super helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we had the best deal. She walked us through on how to operate all the extras on the truck and she made sure that we left loving our new truck. Thank you once again Barri and Hamilton Ford!

First, an OMG I forgot to post this review 6.5 years ago but it came up in a conversation and I apologize to Hamilton for it taking so long.We limped into Clovis in our 2001 F250 diesel truck hauling a fifth wheel. The dealership got us in the next day and completed the repairs the same day. They had an outstanding diesel mechanic who explained the repairs. From years of dealing with so-called diesel mechanics this tech was top notch. The dealership went above and beyond actually driving us to a local restaurant and picking us up during our wait. That was a first. The place was clean, the staff friendly and had a relaxed but efficient atmosphere. I know I m going on, but this dealership was the best we have ever encountered. The fact that we received this great of service, knowing we were just passing through, speaks volumes. A plus.

I wanted to take a minute to thank Hamilton/Toyota Auto Group. I did it. I purchased a Ford F-150 Lariat truck. This truck is very nice/clean and taken care of. I wanted to especially thank Michael Muscato, Gama U and Elijah McCoy. Thank you all for making my experience and purchase stress free. Thank you for taking the time to explain the details. Every question I asked was answered. And a shout out to the service team of Frank Leal and Ricky Wooley, they are always quick to respond, they are the best. We are from Florida but thought it would be fun to purchase our Bronco out West for a road trip home. We had an amazing experience! Carl was our sales guy and he was great, he had someone pick us up from the airport, he had all of our paperwork waiting for us so that all we had to do was sign and go! He went over all of the things my new Bronco did (I know feel like I can drive a spaceship!) so that we did not have to figure it out along the way. He communicated with me, he answered my calls when I had questions after I ordered it, and was so nice and understanding, when we couldn't get there right away. Thank you Carl for making this memorable once in a lifetime trip start off with a bang!

**Here s why this review is important to you: If, like me, you ve had mostly poor experiences buying vehicles, then you need to go talk to Tim and Steve at Hamilton Ford.The car buying process is towards the top of my list of super stressful experiences, and if you re reading this review then it s probably a stressful event for you, too. I recently found myself needing a new (safe & reliable) truck, and reached out to Hamilton Ford in Clovis.I was blessed enough to be able to work with Tim Garner, and his level of customer service is like nothing I ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing during the car buying process. He spent hours of his time running to multiple dealerships with me to test drive multiple trucks. Tim simply wasn t going to let me end up in a vehicle I didn t feel comfortable in. He worked super hard to find me the truck I wanted, and worked to get me a great deal.When it came to finalizing documents, Steve was fantastic. Again, I was very anxious during this process, but Steve ensured I had every detail I wanted and needed. I will sleep well tonight knowing Tim, Steve, and the team at Hamilton have my back and helped me get into a safe and reliable vehicle. And look, I realize that it can seem more tempting to go to a larger city for your next set of wheels, but you ll be better served taking your business to Tim and Steve right here in Clovis.

Just purchased a new Hyundai Palisade from Hamilton Ford. Tim Garner took excellent care of us as always. This Palisade is exactly what we were looking for. It s a great size for the traveling that we do. The interior is perfect and it has so many extras that are standard equipment.

Whether you need a car or truck, used or new, Tim Garner is the man for you!I was in a need of a vehicle, and Facebook marketplace is about as useful as a three dollar bill, and then I gave Tim a call. He assured me he would do his best to get me into a vehicle as soon as possible. And he came with his best!I did a little bit of research on my own and found a rather nice, and we'll maintained, car and we went to test it a couple hours later, Tim even came to pick me up and drop me back off afterward.Talk about a guy who cares about his customers!!!Unfortunately the bank would not lend on the vehicle due to the high mileage, but Tim (again) assured me he would contact me as soon as he found something that would be right.Fast forward LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER and here is Tim calling me letting me know that a 2022 Nissan Versa just barely got off the truck and onto the lot and to "come check it out".And check it out I did.Long story short it took Tim less than two days to find me a car, get the papers good, and have keys in my hand. All with ZERO pressure or fluffy tall tales.He's an honest salesman that will shoot it straight with you every step of the way.If you plan to be purchasing a vehicle soon look no farther than Hamilton Auto at 2400 Mabry and ask for Tim Garner by name. You will have a pleasant and stress free experience from open to close of the deal!

Diego was so amazing and easy to work with. We had very little time on our hands and he accommodated us to make sure we weren t late to my daughters cheer competition. He worked super fast to get everything done for us and we are very happy with our purchase. I definitely recommend him!

Awesome experience with Michael Gilchrest and Bryan in finance. Both worked extremely hard to get me a deal. I have NEVER had a finance guy explain in detail like Bryan did. Michael is salt of the earth. He s a local and he cares. Great experience.

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and its high caliber of staff. Morale is clearly important, You can see by the attitudes and team-player mentality the exude. Jorge in sales has been OUTSTANDING. He's gone out of his way to help my family and I since day one. Even after we purchased a vehicle, he's been happy to help with any questions or help we've needed. Complete "cradle-to-grave" service. Frank in the service dept. has been an absolute rockstar for us. Him and his team (Lonee and Rick)have gone over and above to work with us ensuring we're satisfied with everything we've needed taken care of. Hamilton has been great to us, You can trust them!

Ross was my salesman. Overall I don t have any complaints about him. He did great handling my trade in and getting me a solid newer truck. The finance manager, Kyle Wornell, that works over at their Hyundai dealership was literally amazing. We loved him. Here s why I give it a 4-Star rating 1. The offer they made me on my trade in was a slap in the face. As I was walking out they increased it a little bit more. The offer was still below what I wanted, but I went with the purchase anyway. 2. Their service and detailing department is super slow. After purchasing my truck it took two days to get it serviced, safety checked, and detailed. Something that should be done quicker, in my opinion. I never received a service sticker to let me know when the vehicle needed to be serviced again. So that makes me uncertain they serviced the vehicle. Also, on the second day when it came time to pick it up, I waited in the lobby for two hours, until about 5 pm for it to get finished up. After looking around in the vehicle I still found trash, an old comb, and someone else s bill in the truck. 3. After an inspection I performed, I found the middle cab tail light was blown. I called up there to speak to the service department to change it but was on hold for 10 minutes, only for the receptionist to take a message. I still haven t been contacted by the service department to fix the issue and that was 2 days ago. I just want to be clear, I love my new truck and I love the deal that I ended up getting. My salesman was great and the finance manager at Hyundai was amazing! I just wanted to give an honest review of my experience and offer some constructive feedback to Hamilton Ford about their business.

Attention to detail is important. I know it is super small but when you realize after you got home that 2 tire stem caps were left off, it makes you question the attention to detail of the work.
