Jessica Harris was great to work with. For over a year we have been looking for the right vehicle and we finally found the ONE. She was very patience with me in finding a vehicle. She even met me halfway to get my new car, bought me lunch while we signed papers. She is very nice, respects your wishes, and tries her best to help you in any way she can. If you are looking for your car she is your person to go to. She is very committed to customer satisfaction.

Jessica Harris was awesome! Great customer service! Awesome personality. Wasn t too pushy. Wasn t overbearing, which was a huge plus for me. I got into a brand new car so quick I think I m still in shock!!!. Thank you so much for being the person I needed at the right time! I give her a 5 star rating because I don t like to be pushed into anything, and she was just chill and kicked back and that s one thing I loved about her! The service we received from this car dealership was terrible and unprofessional. We initially wanted to buy a truck, but they only gave us two options - a dirty vehicle or the one we ended up getting. After just two weeks, the car had a problem with the door. When we tried to return it, they were unresponsive to our calls and made us wait when we showed up in person. The sales manager was busy talking to his cousin and made us wait even longer. They told us we had to either pay or risk damaging our credit. The car we got had multiple issues like a cracked window, scratches, and hail damage. The total price for the car, including a down payment, was $32,000 with monthly payments of $421. They overcharged us for a used vehicle with damages, and it cost as much as a truck. They were unwilling to take the car back and tried to intimidate us into paying, even after knowing we didn't want the car. Don t go unless you don t care about high price and bad customer service. Especially if you re 18 because they will take advantage of you just so they can make a profit.

We had been looking for a ranch truck and saw one advertised by Jessica Harris on Facebook. We immediately contacted her about it. She set us up to drive the truck and made us a good deal on it with some alterations that we wanted (flatbed, etc). Jessica is great to work with; she will work hard to find the vehicle you need and make the process quick and easy.

Carl helped me get in the vehicle that i wanted. Even after going through a couple of things with the first truck he made sure to keep me updated on everything and helped me get into something better. couldn t have chosen someone more helpful than him. Would recommend Carl for anyone looking to get a new vehicle!

I met with Barri Uhl via text. She helped appraise my vehicle for trade-in and got me the money I needed to buy a new Ford Bronco. She answers emails and texts promptly and offered her assistance and advice throughout the buying process. We were contacted by Michael Baca to see if we wanted to trade in our traverse. Fortunately, my wife and I were already thinking on trading our car for a smaller auto. Mr. Baca went above and beyond to help us through the process. He was understanding and respectful to our needs, and offered us other cars to check. We ended up purchasing a brand new Hyundai and we are so exited. I highly recommend Mr Baca for any trade ins/ new purchases.

They did their best to diagnose my car issues. Extremely busy & it's better to call for an appointment instead of driving up. Wait time was going to be a couple of weeks.

I am not sure why my experiences have been so different than other customers, but I have never, in my 23 years of living in Clovis, had a positive experience with Hamilton Auto Group. I have found vehicles that were supposed to be available through one of their dealerships on at least five different occasions. Every single time, upon going to the dealership that I was directed to, I have found that the vehicle that I was interested in was not available. Bear in my mind, this applies to the time before the pandemic when vehicles were plentiful as well as now. A positive aspect of the group is the sales people/customer advocates. They all seem to be well-intentioned and courteous. My impression is that the lack of integrity that this dealership demonstrates is further up into the leadership chain. Why I do fell like shopping local in Clovis is beneficial to the community, the deploy from Hamilton and Bender in the car market makes it almost impossible for these automotive groups to have any accountability for their mistreatment of customers. I would highly recommend finding the vehicle of your needs in a larger metro area if possible, where the dealerships actually are more interested in creating a positive customer experience.

This is HONESTLY the best dealership I ve ever dealt with... Vlad was an awesome sales consultant and I would recommend that anyone doing business at Hamilton auto ask for Vlad directly. Also, the owner TJ was so nice and made sure we got the best deal possible, I did not feel like they were out to get me. I genuinely felt like they wanted my family and I to get a safe and reliable car. Every review on here should be positive and if it s not, I guarantee it s not the people at Hamilton auto s fault because they Rock!

The staff at Hamilton GM country is absolutely amazing, they go above and beyond to help get the best deal. So blessed and pleased with them. We have bought 2 vehicles from them and would continue to purchase all our future vehicles from them. Best dealership I have ever been to. See Warren in Portales, by far the best salesman in the business. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful!

Im probably the worst type of customer, I had no idea what I wanted and needed some used car test drives to know i wanted a new vehicle. The sales representative Josh was excellent and very patient. Got me setup with exactly the vehicle i researched and made the process less tedious than i anticipated. Im very happy with my new BBC (big black car) and i intend to give the dealership my future business. Josh, Heath, Steve and the helpful co-worker, I can't remember his name, we're very welcoming. Great team. Now if they only had hamburgers while you wait.

First time car buyer and Hamilton was very accommodating. I worked with Joe Frank Hartsfield and he was an awesome salesman. No pressure, worked with me and my bank to find me the best deal. If I were buying another car tomorrow Hamilton in Clovis is the first place I would look. Also Joe is willing to go the extra mile to make his customers happy. Five star visit people.

Zaida was amazing and super helpful, traded my Van for a Truck and I couldn't be happier about how smoothly everything went. The entire sales-team at Hamilton was fantastic! If you are looking to buy a brand new or new to you vehicle, definitely go check them out!
