Definitely do NOT recommend. I had a starter replaced and they did not replace it correctly. They gave my car back with wires hanging. Before bringing it in, i have never had a check engine light come on. The moment i turned on my car from the shop, the check engine light was on because of the disconnected wires. I ended up taking it somewhere else to fix their mistake and the other place did a great job fixing freddy s mistakes. Please be careful going here.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Outstanding service.I own and import, and they know what they are doing. Prices are high, but that s expected for parts for an import.Impeccable workmanship, never had an issue for any of the multiple service and repair work done to my BMW. Highly recommend. I couldn't wait to get an internet connection to write this review. I was 800 miles from home when I blew a CV joint. I called Freddy's, and he hooked me up with a relatively inexpensive tow truck. He diagnosed the problem quickly, put in an order for the part, dropped me off at my hotel, worked late to get the job done, and gave me a ride to pick up my car. I'm grateful for the service. Thank you!

Just had another one of my vehicles fixed here and it was a good job done. There was a misunderstanding on my part and Freddy addressed my concerns to my satisfactation. I brought my 2014 370z Nismo 1 of 37 Cars made here. They did a amazing job, I never felt pressured by the mechanics or the receptionist and they communicated with me everyday. No shop in town could do the job they did, they pulled my transmission out and my engine in under a week. Very good mechanics and they worked with me on the price for a military discount! I have nothing but good things to say about this shop I will definitely be coming back in the future if needed. Freddy is AMAZING!!!!!! All I can say is that Freddy fixed my son's transmission in his pickup truck about a month ago. Today he repaired my son's brakes after Firestone in Texas charged him almost $2,000 to fix them and they failed within hours of their repair. Freddy found out what was wrong and replaced the master cylinder and booster pump. That may seem like something that should be handled without any issue, but Firestone created a huge problem for my son and didn't stand by what they did. Freddy's kindness was the most amazing part of all of this. I live in an area with a lot of competition and where people just don't seem to care if they do the right thing or not. Dealing with Freddy and how much care and concern he showed for my son, warmed my heart. If I lived in Clovis or any of the surrounding areas, I wouldn't hesitate to have him take care of any of my vehicles. We need more Freddy's in this world! If I could put no stars I would!! This place is trash! The mechanics have no clue what they are doing. We were quoted 4400 and paid almost 7000. Took a year to get it back from them. Every time something was fixed something went wrong and they were adding more stuff to Bill. They never contact you.. has been done since Nov but just got told yesterday.

Went in with a brand new pair of break pads for them to just swap out. Was told it would be a fast job for around 120. Not only did it take 6 hours to get my car back but they didn t even swap out the breaks. I had to learn this on my business trip when I would hear my breaks grind. Highly would not recommend I was in a pinch for time and they took total advantage of me and my family for some fast money.Service: Brakes

Unless its warranty work that has to be done at the dealership....this is the place to go!! Freddie and his team will find the issue, and repair it right. I have used them for numerous vehicles, including my Mercedes. I took one vehicle to a dealership, wont say who but begins with a B.....I knew better....and after getting shafted for $1000 and the problem not fixed, i went to Freddie. Problem fixed! Thank you to everyone at Freddie's!!!!

After driving through New Mexico and being stuck, Freddie personally took a look at my vehicles. He took his time and gave great advice. I experienced honesty and integrity. I highly recommend Freddie s Auto Repair. You won t be disappointed.

I paid 3k for basic engine maintenance because my truck needed it and I was in somewhat of a rush. Later found out I paid about 1k over. Also, when they put the radiator back in, it cracked and leaked all the coolant out as I drove it home... before I could even stop the engine seized. Towed it back and demanded more work, they said all they could do was replace the radiator since they can't be sure I didn't do some other work on my own to cause the leak. So now I'm out 3k with a bad motor.Unfortunately, I had to take my wife's car there for a/c repair because.... Clovis. They tried to charge me $650 for a piece that only costs $40. I was literally looking the part up online while he was explaining it and asked him why he couldn't just order the part and wait a week to do the repair. He promptly said that he doesn't do that kind of work and asked me to come get the car that day. Obviously I wanted to check their work. They left the system why over charged, this was after they said the system couldn't stay pressurized and still they charged $80 for labor.Absolutely the worst business I have ever dealt with. Maybe because I'm white and in the military, seems like a lot of "businesses" in this town are that way.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Changed and replaced the radiator. I will be going back soon to replace my rotors and brakes sometime. Would greatly recommend

The mechanics I took my truck to before had my truck for almost three months and kept giving me the run around. Freddy got my truck running great in one day! They are friendly and I thought their prices were very affordable.

Brought my car in for simple enough fix, should've taken a week or two maybe 3 because getting parts shipped to this town takes forever. We are starting week 7 of me not having a car to get to and from work with, they have never once called me with an update or question, i'm always the one calling them. Every time i go in person to see and maybe spark them to work faster, there's something "new" to fix. I can't help but feel I'm being bled for my money and they don't seem to be concerned with getting it done quickly. Worst experience ive had with a mechanic in Clovis, probably worst ever.

Efficient, clear, fair. They do good work, and are pleasant to do deal with. They don't make you feel stupid for being a non car-fixing person. That's a big deal, for this female.

Professional from the start. I like how he puts plastic over the seat, steering wheel and floor to keep your vehicle clean. Also a lil thank you gift was left in the vehicle. He did a very good job and I will be back again. Thanks Freddy! BMW M

Dropped off my car to have them take a look and tell me what they thought. I pointed out a few things that I had noticed and wasn't sure if it was normal function since the car was new to me (though it was an older model of a flashy car and had just broken 100k miles). They looked at it quickly, and were very prompt in giving me the list: brakes would cost roughly $900 per axel, a throttle body would have to be ordered from germany for about $1400, and a clutch kit would be $750 before labor costs. (I found a kit in moments online for $375)$3 degreaser cleaned up the throttle body, I did the brakes myself for less than $200 for high quality ceramics (Not sure why they quoted me for rotors and "sensors", when both were fine), and the clutch was aging but would last for a while yet.Needless to say, I did not pay for them to work on my car. Maybe they do good work. But they certainly are not concerned with fairness when seeing a female drive up in an import.

Very professional took my 2008 Silverado into them and had the problem fixed same day! Freddy always makes sure the job is done correctly. Also has a very supporting 2 year 24,000 mile warranty through Napa auto care that s covered throughout the whole nation as long as it s a Napa auto care center! Will defiantly take my vehicle back to them!

When I first moved to Clovis I was blown away when I found out the nearest BMW dealer is in Lubbock, TX. I started looking locally and thankfully found this place! Freddy is very knowledgeable on BMW's and I would definitely recommend him this place to anyone with a Mercedes, BMW, Audi etc. I was skeptical at first but now that I've had different jobs done I trust them. The only thing I would recommend is that you buy the parts yourself to save you a few bucks. For example, I found the starter in a local auto parts for cheaper and it has lifetime warranty, then just pay for labor. Most of my parts I buy online other than that but I shop around when I need something done.Edit: I still stand by Freddy and his workmanship. I had my timing go off on my BMW and my vanos was rattling I bought the parts online (DrVanos and FCP Euro), took it to him and haven't had any issues since the job was done. Having to dismantle the engine to do new timing chain and hardware, upgraded dual vanos, new valve cover gasket and spark plugs since the engine was already open, it's been running like when I first bought it new without any hick ups. It all cost me $1,600 but I knew what I was getting into from the get go.

The verdict is still out on this rating. It took about 4 months to get the car back. My wife and I are about too make a trip too Amarillo to see how it holds out. I will let you know if we get back home.

I had my AC unit cleaned out and recharged. The work was done quickly and professionally at a reasonable price with NO price gouging. I would go to them any day

They found some money that was not theirs and did the honest thing and returned to the rightful owner. Hard to find this level of integrity in the auto repair industry. I highly recommend this business!

Brang my vehicle in for a no start issue becsuse it had a ground wire i could not locate that was causing the issue was told a fuel pump relay was replaced was charged for a new one a month later i have the same issue so i located the fuel pump relay and it still had the old factiry relay in so i was charged $270 dollars to fix a wire and was lied to about the relay i will never take a vehicle there again nor would i recomend anyone else to.

was treated with respect shown the parts that were malfunctioning and why good prices would have probably had to pay three times as much elsewhere and they knew that I didn't have a whole lot of money in met within my budget
