I've been going to EA for about 25 years. Are they any good at their jobs? Just walk in and look at all the trophies and world records. Did they do good work on my stereo? Let me just say that I'm so loud my back hatch fell off because the welds broke. Nathan, Sal, Osiris, Herman, and JD are some of the best in da game. Thanks EA for helping me bust some eardrums.

It'd be good, if they answered their phone, most the time during working hours. Very hard to schedule any service for the typical person whose only off on weekends. Staff is smart tho and friendly. When u.. Can get em to answer the phone.. That is.

Nicole did such a great job! I didn't have a ride and was planning to wait in the shop while she tinted my windows and she went above and beyond to get me where I needed to go so I wasn't stuck there the whole time.

Great experience from the start. I called and they made me an appointment so I wouldn't have to drop off my car. Everyone there really cares! I think customer service and quality work is their top priority! I have a vintage Mercedes and I am very OCD about my car. If you want the neatest install possible then take it here! It's a family business so there are no employees that view their position as "just a job". Christopher, the install tech gave great advice during the install and I'm glad I listened! System sounds amazing! Nathan, the owner is a encyclopedia of car audio, so you will get a ton of knowledge while you are there. Thanks again guys at Eastern Audio!

Been almost a year since I had an installation of a double din car stereo. Staff is very friendly. Sorry guys I didn't review your business right after but you guys did a good job on the installation and I'll be back again to purchase from your business.

At first I was happy, there installation fee is double than Arizona but everything worked great. I took it to Chevy and the guy messed with it when their was no reason to so my bass knob wouldn t turn off. I told them this and they said he messed with the gain so he supposedly fixed this and it still won t turn off it s just low. So after 250$ I get to go home and mess with it myself. Not a happy person right now.

They owner is a cool guy. Get him talking about car audio, and you be there for hours. Very knowledgeable installer and staff. I spend at least $1400 a year here, and have no regrets. The owner was nice enough to buy a smaller sub back from me, once I told him it wasnt hitting hard enough anymore. This is my go to shop if I'm feeling impulsive, and cant wait 3 days for Amazon. His sale prices are close to Amazon and Ebay...

Very helpful, bought f/r kicker speaker sets. The speakers were 5$ more per set than amazon but its a local business and any reasonable mark up is fine. Also, the owner was extremely knowledgeable and quickly figured out the right stuff for me as I didn't want a crazy set up, and he didn't try to sell me on something crazy. Also: I left my phone there and he let me know where it was. Definately will go here in future

Had a new stereo installed in 2006 F150 on Friday Aug 7. Worked great and enjoyed my drive home to Portales. Was cool and cloudy so A/C was on lowest setting. HOWEVER, next afternoon I noticed that I had no fan control on A/C - ZILCH. I wrestled into the fuse box and found it to be okay; so it must be in the switch. I pulled the faceplate that covers stereo and A/C controls. The fan switch was not even plugged in. Obviously, this was disconnected to make stereo installation easier and was not plugged back in. This was aggravating, however while I was in there I did notice that the installation looked very professional. They just need to take a little more time to make sure everything they unplug is plugged back in.

I took my truck in on saturday with my subs not working due to an amp issue, and by monday they had me a brand new amp installed and working like a champ. These guys do some awesome work.

First off, customer in service in Clovis is beyond horrid. However, Eastern Audio's customer service is just top notch. I came in to purchase a deck for my 2008 Honda Pilot. The one I had in mind ran about $400 retail, after talking to Zack he informed me that the brand I was shopping for has been having some issues with reliablity. I have had great experience with this company but took his word for it since he is a professional. I ended up looking at a JVC(Kenwood) double din with DVD playback. Model is a JVC KW-AV60BT which retails for $430. They started at retail price but took a little off the top from the get go. I thought the price was slightly high but was willing to pay if it was quality work. After talking to my wife we decided to not get the Bluetooth option. which saved us about $30 right off the bat. After talking with them about the price they came down lower and I feel it was a great price for both of us. I do realize they need to make a profit. After the install Eastern Audio was not satisfied with the fit and finish of the install kit. They said immeadiatley that they are going to replace it and even wrote it in my receipt. I am leaving for a road trip soon so it will have to be after I get back. I really don't think it looks that bad but if they think they can clean it up a little more then be my guest. I would deffinately recommend them to anyone looking into Mobile Audio/Video...........P.S. they also did a full custom stereo on my buddies Genesis coupe and it is very nice as well. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!

Eastern Audio is Awesome, they installed a full sound system and built me a sub box.They are very Knowledgeable about audio systems.If you want high quality installation audio quipment, and knowledgeable and friendly staff get your install at Eastern Audio.
