I brought my vehicle in because I thought there was something wrong with the brakes. My husband called a week ahead to order what I'd need so I could take it in and get it fixed right away. Turns out, I didn't need new breaks after all. They could have made an easy sale off of me but my mechanic, Shane, was honest with me even when he had already ordered the parts, and told me I really didn't need to change them.I had something broken under my car that wasn't important so he took it off for me, no charge.I did end up needing a couple of new tires that were on the rare side but he was able to find some for me and gave me a bunch of price options to choose from that would work best for us. He got them in within a week and was even able to give a discount!These guys were very kind and very professional. He answered all my questions and even showed me what he was working on and explained things to me, which he didn't even have to do but he did. They were very considerate and I would highly recommend to anyone! My husband and I will definitely be bringing them all our future business! Thanks guys! :)

It's Easter Sunday and we are from out of town and we got an allen wrench impelled into a tire. We found Deco Tire online, gave them a call and they arrived less than 15 minutes. Shane got us fixed up to travel back home safely. Many thanks for your service and kindness.

I gave Deco a call to inquire about the prices of some tires for my wife's Suv. Shane went the extra mile and recommended a few tire brands that were actually cheaper at the store compared to online. I really appreciate Shane's professionalism and honesty. Thank you, Shane!

Great and fair service!We went in because our breaks were making noise, assuming we needed new breaks. They found out that our breaks were fine and didn't need changing. They showed us how much pad we had left instead of changing good breaks.10/10 will and would go back!

VERY RACIST OWNER AGAINST AFRICAN AMERICANS .High tempered , belligerent and cantankerous owner who belittles minority races with quick calculated condescending gestures. Shop is always closed so owner expects you to call him ahead of time with rude time.DONT GO HERE!!! Expensive if u are a woman for they over charge. They don t like Minorities and their temperament against you will reflect .PLEASE STAY AWAY!!

This company obviously has a very high Standard for customer service. One call to Deco, and we were sold. Shane (the owner) went out of his way to make sure me and my mother were taken care of the minute we walked through the door. It is nice to have a business owner or employee make you feel like they are going above and beyond just for you. However, the reality is that they do it for everyone. If you need tires, an oil change, or front end work they are the place to go. If you need anything automotive done, ask them first, because their prices and quality of service are simply the best around. Thanks Deco, and Happy New Year to everyone. (This is a Christian Owned Business that treats people the way they wish to be treated. You just can't help but to feel a little better when you walk out the door than when you came in.)

Welcoming, expedient, and reasonable. Called in to have a tire patch done on a short notice and happened upon an open slot they had in the morning. They took my truck in as soon as I got there, patched the tire, and had me on my way as fast as it took me to drive there, all at a great rate.

Was in town and needed a brake job. Both Shane and Ethan provided a welcoming atmosphere and provided both me and my wife security and comfort in getting the job done right. No gimmicks, no up-selling, just straight up honesty and values.If you are in the Portales-Clovis Community and need work, I HIGHLY recommend Deco Tire to take care of your automotive needs!

Dropped by to get a tire patched, and as soon as I walked in I felt comfortable thanks to very welcoming and professional staff. They worked on my tire quickly that I was in and out in 30 minutes. They were going above and beyond to help and accommodate.

Great service, needed our tire patched up and a break check and they were able to get us in within the 2 minutes that we called. Very friendly staff. Definitely a very comfortable environment to be in. The smell of coffee filled the shop and was complimentary along with other drink options as well! We will be recommending to friends and will be back again for any other further car maintenance we need done. Very happy to have this business in town. **Special shout-out to Nathaniel for the hard work he put into our truck and the timely manner he did it in!

Back in December 23, 2022, I was on a road trip cross country far from home when my tire was puncture in the in the middle of the night. I manage to trek my way to the nearest town 40 miles away (Clovis,NM) from the incident on a spare tire with half my trip still on the line. I made a call to Shane, who offer to open the shop on Christmas eve and even offer to bring out a plate of food after I declined to have them open just for me. So spend the weekend in Clovis, NM. On Monday Morning Shane was ready at 8am with his team to get me on the road. spent 30 mins chitchatting and thank him for his service and hospitality. Patched tire is still on the road and I can say I am confident it will hold till I change my tires. Thanks Shane and Nath! Hope all is well!

I called the person for an oil exchange and he got me scheduled right away. He did a great service. I definitely will support his store and I recommend to come by and get your oil change done. I found out Deco tire Inc. is pretty new in town. Their interest still is to make the customer happy in genuine way. It took less than 30 min for my oil change to get done. It's because they are just that new that there wouldn't be any regular chairs other than bar chairs but I believe the inventory will be bigger the longer the store will be in business. I am coming back for a transmission fluid change and I am confident to say that I picked the right people for this event. Thank you Deco Tire Inc. for your service.

I was stuck with a flat with my son on a Saturday afternoon. I was desperate for help and Deco Tires saved the day for us! They sent someone to us (on their day off) to help get the flat off and the spare on. They went above and beyond and both gentlemen that helped were very kind. I highly recommend Deco Tires!

The nicest people you will ever meet! Very professional. I was 4 hours from home and they patched my tire to get me back safely. I would highly recommend them. I plan to use them if I'm ever out that way again.

Highly recommend this company. From the moment I walked in the door they were polite and courteous. Not only did they get me in before my scheduled time but they completed the work in a timely manner. I will definitely be going back.

Very kind and welcoming environment. The lady at the desk was very nice to talk to while I waited. Got an oil change and tire rotation and wasn't there for more than an hour, and prices are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend, great experience!

Quick, Efficient, and excellent work. Business was done with a sense of family. Understood my situation and did their best to meet my needs. They didn t hide anything from me and the owner was very nice and even personally went out and bought parts to get me out quicker. Love this place. Lifelong customer here.

If i could i would rate this place ZERO stars. Very Hostile & UNPROFESSIONAL. I took my car into get looked at & while i m waiting I see what appears to be the owner throws a check to the floor for his employee to pick it up The employee did not pick it up so the owner then picked it up & slammed it on the table. I looked into the owner & his shop and found out he is in debt & i mean IN DEBT. I would not trust this shop or the owner which is Tyler, with your car. Just my rant.

Went above and beyond to help me on a tire. This is the only place I will go from now on for tires, brake, oil, owner took a fair amount of his time helping me find the cheapest prices for tires and even help reseach a lower control arm prices on part and gave me a great offer on labor so I'll be going there again soon for repair . Best customer service experience I've had in any shop sense moving here last year .

All around awesome people.. They ordered my tires got them within days, they came and picked up my vehicle put my tires on and brought it back to me.. I would 100% recommend and use them for all my tire and oil changing needs..

We broke down about 10 miles west of Clovis Christmas night (a Sunday). We got towed into town, and these guys were the only shop we found open Monday morning. They worked with us to pick our vehicle up from where the tow left it, and they fit us into their busy schedule so we could get back on the road that afternoon.

Very friendly people. They were able to get a technician out to see my car a half hour after I called and gave me car advice.
