Tim made the process of buying my Nissan Z from almost across the country so seamless. He even went above and beyond to pick me up from the airport with his wife, for me to pick up my car late at night. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to receive amazing customer service!

My husband and I have always had our cars serviced at Bender and made vehicle purchases there. The last couple times my car has been leaking oil all over our driveway and garage for weeks after my oil changes. When I made this last oil change apt, I told them ahead of time to please take care and ensure it s not leaking. I also reminded them at drop off and the guy showed me on the receipt he had made a note. When I picked my car up I could tell immediately something was wrong. The car was incredibly loud. I told my husband as soon as I got home and he drove it straight back to bender. Someone had removed the skid plate completely but no one wanted to fess up to it. They said they would have to pull the cameras. They were insisting we would have to pay for a new skid plate. My husband knew that just was not right and seeked assistance from the sales manager since no one from parts or service was willing to help. Luckily the sales manager was of sound mind and could see what was going on and said he would order the part they misplaced/disposed of and would comp it. So we will see when/if that part comes in. I seriously doubt we will do service or purchases with bender in the future though.

Wonderful experience with Bender Nissan! Fair price on the purchase and the trade-in. Customer service was exemplary!! Carl Michael was knowledgeable and helpful in every way, and has followed up after the sale. It has been a pleasure working with everyone at the dealership and we highly recommend them!

Came in to get an oil change and during the visit I was informed of my tire tread level and they offered to rotate my tires. Which they did and I felt comfortable with the service I received as the staff was friendly and talkative about what they found and offered what they could to help me get back on the road with a minimum of fuss.

We recently sold our vehicle to bender and it was a fast and smooth process. Carl made sure we were taken care of. We have been going to him to buy or sell vehicles for years. We have followed him where ever he has gone because he is exemplary when it comes to customer service, and making sure we were getting something we'd love.

Hi Carl just wanted to say thanks so much for helping purchase the dodge,we love it.Please tell Tim ,thank you for the hard work on the loan.Oh and tell Flake we ate at that restaurant after we left the dealership and best green chili cheese burger I have ever eaten I love hidden treasure restaurants like that.I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone I know...oh and tell Lou I might be back for that pretty truck in the lobby..you guys make car buying so easy!!!

Had the best experience ever on a car lot today. Shopping used cars, I hate going to car lots. Took a chance and was really surprised at how well these guys took care of me. Carl is the absolute best salesman I ve ever dealt with in anything that I ve ever bought. Him and Tim worked tirelessly to get me the deal that I wanted. Next time I need a car I m going back for sure and anybody that needs a car I m suggesting this place. Wish I had an option for 6 stars

I have alway's had an excellent experience with these people & have alway's been taken care of by Carl Michael's. He sold me every vehicle i have had here in Clovis. I wouldn't go too anybody else but Carl. He goes above & beyond for his customers. He has become a very good friend too me as well. U couldn't find a better person.

We started our purchase through the internet and finished it in person. We live 85 miles away from Clovis and buying from Bender is worth the drive. If your looking for no pressure, honest and fair deals this is where you buy a car from. From sales to F&I and the GM at Bender Nissan did a great job and treated us great. We will be purchasing from Bender agian.

Buying a z performance over the phone dealing with Orlandus and Gib has been unbelievably easy especially I m in Oregon so it has to be shipped.Haven t received it yet but no expecting any problems.Got the Z yesterday! Perfect condition! It was a real joy working with Orlandus and Gib! Would definitely recommend Bender Nissan for your auto needs!

I went there for a airbag recall appointment, and they broke inside my car during the installation. They had to order the part for the loss, and it was a time wasting process. I have to call every week to check if the part has arrived or not. The staff was nice at first, and then had an attitude after I called couple times. At the end, I had no choice but to contact the headquarter of Nissan, and they helped me resolve the issue super quick. Only after two days, the Nissan bender fixed my car. However, the overall process was really stressed.

Lou is a bald-faced liar. A particular price was indeed discussed via phone and when I called him out on his lie he refused to admit to it, then hung up on me. Brian Jones, Manager was no better. They take advantage of women and are rude. The only decent person there is Gib and the gentleman that delivered my car to me.

Trash dealership, got offered 2k for a 93 chevy camaro Z28 with less then 94 thousand miles. What a slap in the face. And as well get told I'm ridiculous by a salesman. Very unprofessional. Highly not recommended. As well you will declined For bad credit. They don't go with all credit like they say.

Took my truck in for service. They informed me that my truck will be ready no later than 1100am. At 10am I recieved a call that my truck was ready and that it did have a recall against it. They ordered the parts for the recall and let me know that they should be in no later than the 5th of December. They also explained to me why my check engine light was on and they were able to correct the issues right then and there. They also offered me a shuttle while my truck was being worked on. I received my truck the same way that I dropped it of. I double checked the oil, and filters where they were replaced (you know some places skip on that). I also checked all the sensors that were replaced and those were replaced with OEM. Would reccomend for any service on a Honda or Nissan vehicle. Keep up the honest and good work Bender.

0 stars!! Negative stars on regional office! Stuck in a truck that gets 9mpg because saleswoman lied, and service department can't and won't do anything about that...and lord knows when my parts will come in that were ordered. Probably not until warranty expires. Yay for that. Just don't buy in clovis, nm. We live close enough to travel to lubbock or Amarillo.Update 09Nov22: been back and forth with the regional nissan "customer service" center. Initial issues were finally fixed but now I have that infamous leak coming inside from near the steering column! Running down and through all the electrical controls for headlight, outlets, cargo light. Their wanting to replace the weatherstripping on the door where the water COULD NOT be coming from due to where it drips from. They won't do a thing. I've never known something as simple as the weatherstripping to take months to arrive! Warranties up next week and once it's shown I was correct, ill have to come out of pocket for them to fix what was their problem to begin with! Nissan in it's entirety is a joke now! Stick with the big 3! They have their issues as well but at least parts and resolutions are so much easier to come by! Getting out of this truck and away from the brand AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!! Which still won't be soon enough!

They don't give you 27 point inspection my wife took car to California and had to pay for air filter that should of been changed you could have planted seeds in it and grew flowers 155 dollars I won't do business there anymore she has receipt for new oil done 7/1/23

No problems with salesperson, Rachael!!!!!!Problem is the 2021 Nissan Titan I bought had been on the lot for over a year and there's DEFINITELY something VERY wrong with this truck!!!!!! Somebody had to know this vehicle had problems!!!! Obviously somebody did because it sat on the lot for over a year!!!!!!!It repeatedly "surges" when shifted into reverse and also when shifted into Drive (doesn't surge as much or as severe!!!!THIS VEHICLE IS DANGEROUS TO DRIVE!!!!!
