Johnny and most of the staff are always always helpful and super friendly. You don't have to be a rocket surgeon or brain scientist for them to help a person either. The best DIY parts store around.

Special thanks to Angela and Melissa! On a Sunday evening after Thanksgiving, on my way home from Albuquerque to Amarillo, my alternator gave out about 40 miles from clovis. I called this facility to confirm my alt was in stock and it was so I called the tow truck to come get me. Had him drop me in the parking lot so I could change alt on site. Of course, I didn't bring any of my tools on the last minute trip, so I had to frequent inside the store... I've spent 19 years of my life working for automotive dealerships and commonly use autozone for my aftermarket outlet on personal or friends and family vehicles. I spend a good amount of money with this company, unbeknownst to these reps. In short, never have I ever encountered such nice and helpful reps in any professional setting. They were just and nice and helpful everytime I went in for an unexpected tool or part. Knowing at some point I was coming back in to turn in my core, one of you even came out to check on me, while I worked in the dark and cold! More than just professional, you two were considerate and thoughtful. I thank you so much for what could have been a really bad evening, it was quite the opposite. To Angela and Melissa, thank you again so much and I wish you both the very best!!! Thank you autozone for having my part in stock!

Yesterday I went to Autozone to buy a new pair of windshield wipers. Hugo not only helped me purchase the correct wipers, he also installed them for me in the rain. Thank you Hugo for your excellent customer service. You made my day. Colleen Orum.

Got our alternator and battery checked here and were told we needed a new alternator. We spend almost $300 on an alternator and belt.After getting a second opinion at a different shop, we learned there was nothing wrong with the alternator, but only the connection to the battery.Autozone in Clovis doesn t seem educated on their own business. Luckily we DID return the parts we didn t actually need.

Had an amazing experience here. Traveling and my service light came on. The lady (sorry, I didn't get her name) can to car plugged in the machine. Told me what it could (I got bad gas somewhere along the way), and it showed me what I needed. Haven't had another issue. Great job wish I knew her name.

I tried to get a part ordered, went to pick up when they said to, and it was never ordered. I even tried to get conformation it was ordered by asking for a recipt, he said no. The lady said she would give me a discount when it actually got ordered the day after, then the cashier refused. Just an all around horrible experience. Guess it's time to go to Advanced Auto from now on.

Martin I think his name was, i cant remember, but he was so amazing!!! He helped me out so much. I had a bad battery and he couldn't find the warranty information in the computer but he knew that it was their battery and he still honored it! I wasn't in a position right now to buy a new battery and was really worried so he was a life saver!!

Came here to find a replacement headlight bulb, and found exactly what we needed! The associate was very helpful and friendly. Lines can get long when only 2 people are at the registers, but we didn't wait too long.

My grandmother Alta Cole went in for a new battery today. She paid for the new battery around 200.00. After she got home Adrian Vasquez a great employee there called to let her know her battery had warranty they had replaced. She returned and got a new battery the more expensive one like she had replaced there before she also was refunded her money. This man is a great employee!! He needs to be recognized for his good deed today. Thank you Adrian

My car stopped at auto zone. I had to leave it over night. The manager Adrian Vasquez helped tremendously. They didn t tow my car. It was waiting on me the next day to fix. I was told what parts I would need and supplied all of the tools necessary to fix my vehicle. Thanks to all of the autozone team members, I was able to fix my vehicle and get back on the road again. I give this autozone location a 5 star review. Thank you

They guy working just talked to his friend for about 15 mins about some party, and when they finally finished talking I asked for help and he said he was busy. So he asked the girl working to help me and she said in a very rude voice "I'm busy." So I just left.

Had a really great experience. The staff Martine, Joseph, Johnny and I believe his name was Thomas provided prompted service and with expert automotive knowledge when finding parts for my car. Do not let these people who post bad reviews just Because they feel entitled or get upset because you followed company policies get you down. I give you guys two thumbs up and will highly recommend you guys to everybody and will surely come back for all my parts needs.

I was blown away by the level of service and care that Sara showed when I came in today. Not only did she help me pick out the right oil I needed, she helped me bring all my stuff up to the register and then to my car. Really outstanding.
