I wanted to believe in this place since the owners seem so nice but can t give a good review after my experience.Not only was the install two hours past agreed upon time but the craftsmanship could use improvement. Bubbles in the tint, a misaligned film install, and spots without any tint coverage at all (see pictures).Based on other 5 star reviews, I hope my experience was one-off.

Ian (the owner) did an absolute amazing job. Got my wife s Volvo windows tinted and it turned out really well. Ian is really down to earth and takes pride in his work. Horrible customer service. Scheduled twice...drove from portales and had an appt...was told they would need my car for four days! Apparently they were short handed...yet never called to let me know. Stay away...we want to keep our hard earned money in the community.... but in this case send your hard-earned money to Amarillo or Lubbock or deal with the heartache because you will not get your car tinted as promised. In addition if you do a price comparison ...this arrogant business charges 3 to 400.00 more than other reputable auto tinting business..... which I wouldn't mind paying if I was paying for good customer service. Amen

I don t know why reviews say bad customer service, I think the customer service is outstanding, I needed a correction on my PPF I got over a year ago and they worked around my schedule to get me in and help me out, these guys are great!

Ian did an awesome job on our window tint. Working with him was like a breath of fresh air after dealing with another company for two other tinting jobs on the same vehicle. If you want a quality job done by someone that appreciates attention to detail, go see Ian.

These guys listened to what I wanted, respected my timetable. Gave me a fair price and stuck to it. I am immensely grateful for their work and on a typical day, receive 3 to 5 compliments and or questions. Not to mention all the heads that when I drive by. Thanks again guys, you exceeded my expectations.-the guy with the white Jeep with geometric camouflage
