I got two keys made and sadly they didn't work. The manager/owner Mark was very polite, understanding and a great listener. He came right to my home and seen the issue with my keys and had it fixed within 5 mins. Great customer service. I will use them again soon. Remember the name....Mark :) thank u for helping me get the right keys made for my special lock :)

I can't thank them enough for their exceptional service!! When I got my 1999 Toyota 4Runner for free I knew there were no keys with an immobilizer system. I knew I had to come into their store and dropped off my used transponder ignition, key, and my ECM- They managed to successfully program a new key to the ECM and within a week giving me a call to pick it up. They LITERALLY brought my 4Runner back to life!!! Their professionalism, knowledge, and reasonable pricing made this experience a true lifesaver. If you're ever in pickle for a key or immobilizer ECM reflash and program bind, is the place to turn for top-notch service!

Even leaving out the fact that the staff doesn't wear masks, and doesn't ask customers to, the service was completely unprofessional. When I called I felt like I was bothering them with a question. They did tell me I could come by anytime, which I thought was nice. When I went in they told me I'd need to wait around for 45 minutes for someone to come back, and to make things even better, the key I had purchased elsewhere probably wouldn't work, and I should buy one from them. Meanwhile they just go online and order the key the same way I did, but charge close to what the dealership charges (I watched the guy price it out). Ended up going elsewhere, being able to use the key I'd already purchased online, and not having to stand around waiting for someone to show up. Stay away from this place.

Just got a new house and needed to have it re-keyed. They had same day service of when we called. The guy was great! Very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. My front door I had to slam it in order to lock, he fixed that with no problem. I would definitely recommend this place!

My husband and I were traveling in a motorhome from Missouri. He accidentally broke off a key in a lock on the motorhome. We stopped here for some help with the key removal and to get some new keys made. Gentleman was very professional, very helpful, and we were in and out of the business and on our way within less than 15 minutes. They were awesome! And, a very reasonable price.

As we were picking up our puppy from his trainer, we got him loaded up and as I walked around the truck he locked himself with my keys in the truck. 90 degrees outside and I was in a panic! I called and they got there within 5 minutes to free our pup! Incredible service, wonderful employees and quick! Thank you for helping us out! 5 stars!!!

These guys are great... I'm a truck driver, and as such it is hard to find companys that can handle Big Rig issues... these guys came out immediately and had the resources to handle my issue. One of their service technicians was helpful and informative, he was able to get me rolling without much delay. All in all great service, friendly attitude, and fair price if i ever find myself locked out or unable to turn the ignition switch i know who too call... Thanks Mark!

Very expensive estimate, promised a callback I never received. Claimed the dealership would cost more but then the dealership price was $300 less than the number he gave me.

Jesus was able to program my new key fob for a 1/4 of the dealership price! Woman I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful. Thank you A-1 key! Highly recommend!

Have called 3 times already to see if they would come and program a car for me. Can not give me an exact time or even tell if they will be coming. I called a fourth time and they told me they would come but I am still waiting. So far I do not recommend this business to anyone.

I locked my keys in my car so I called USAA and they set me up with A1 locks. I told them I had two babies with me and it was very cold outside. The man that came to help me was so incredibly happy and nice! And he was FAST! He said when he saw the message said I had two babies with me he came as fast as he could. What a sweet guy!

Steve is very professional on unlocking and key reprogramming I will always refer him to anyone when I am Clovis he was (50) fifty dollars cheaper than any other automobile mobile keys shop in that area in my first post I attached wrong information not very good at technology

I bought a lock and had it re-keyed from this company, it cost me $75 for the service. Upon attempting to thread the lock together through my door I noticed that the inner threads were stripped and I could not thread a screw in properly. I returned the next day, explained the situation, the employee took the lock into the back room without saying a word to me, returned about 2 minutes later and had repaired the stripped threads. I assumed this was bit of good customer service and follow up on a $75 sale until he rung me up for $5 and change at the register. I asked why I was being charged for the service, because it was my opinion that the lock came defective. The employee said I was wrong and that I had caused the damage by cross threading the screw. I disagreed with him but he just stood there looking like a dunce. I paid the $5 charge and will take my next $75 purchase elsewhere. They can fix locks but they don t know how to deal with customers.

Extremely rude on the phone, and in person. Told me they could do nothing to help me, and still expected me to pay $65 and blamed me for not telling them details of the situation. Terrible customer service and only interested in taking your money. Do not use this business.

The name of their company says it all, these folks are indeed Pros: professional, courteous, and very efficient. This local company is a great asset to Clovis/Portales and is highly recommended.
