HIGHLY recommend Hooper Services for any towing needs! My husband & I broke down 5 minutes outside of Clayton, NM going east-bound. Roadside assistance was having trouble finding us a tow truck so my husband called Hooper Services. Eric got to us within 45 minutes of calling! He drove my husband & I, along with our 6 month old Bernese Mountain Dog puppy, to our hotel to drop our things off. He then drove my husband to the auto shop to drop our vehicle off & back to the hotel. He even offered to stop to let my husband get food, but we had already eaten. This was our first experience with a tow truck & it was amazing. If you are looking for someone kind & trustworthy, I would absolutely recommend Hooper Services!

I don't write reviews often, but I felt compelled to do so in this situation. My faith in people was renewed this past weekend. I found myself broken down in the middle of nowhere New Mexico between Raton and Clayton. After calling my insurance roadside assistance, which was no help at all, I dealt directly with Eric. Eric went above an beyond to help me out, even though he didn't actually give me a tow. He explained that is would be more cost effective if some one closer to Raton could give me a tow. He reached out to his network of Wrecker friends in Raton to make sure I got towed into town. He communicated with me throughout the entire process making sure that I was getting taken care of.If you ever find yourself in need of roadside assistance near Clayton, NM. Eric of Hooper Services will take great care of you. We hit a deer on our way to Colorado, scary. We were able to get my damaged car to a rest area and called for a tow. Eric went above and beyond by making 2 trips to get my family to a safe place. He even allowed us to get all our belongings out of the car by off loading it and loading it again, which took more time on his part and he wouldn't take a tip. Eric was a God send, he was helpful in a very scary situation. Thank you Eric, for the great service!Service: Car towing

We were going back to Amarillo from the bike rally in Red River New Mexico on Memorial Day and in Clayton the valve stem on the front wheel of the trike got broken off and they hauled it back to Amarillo. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable and extremely good at his job. We got to ride back in the brand new Kenworth and it was a great ride. I can t say enough good things about this business. If I ever have more trouble I hopefully I will be close to Clayton.Services: Motorcycle towing, Long distance hauling

Our roadside assistance was taking forever to get back to us after putting in a call for help on the way home from Colorado to Texas and stuck in rural NM. It was dark and 19degrees outside and we called Hooper Services for towing. He was onsite within the hour due to our distance from Clayton. He towed our Yukon all the way into Amarillo for us since there were no rental car options for us in between. Has a nice flatbed truck for vehicle towing and he was very professional and honest. We appreciated that! We would definitely recommend Hooper Services.Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

Eric is super nice and came out to change a tire on our rental vehicle on a frigid Sunday night. I tried to tip him for the excellent service but he refused saying "I don't work for tips, just to provide the best service in Clayton." He added that! Not helpful and also gave us quite loudly many foul words as we discussed the different places we had called. As we were stranded in the middle of nowhere on a Saturday night the person who answered the phone was epitome of small town angry man. Would not recommend and they were not helpful.

Eric exceeded our expectations!!! He was very helpful when I got in a wreck going out of town. Got us to a GREAT mechanic, took us to a room and the store to get things we needed since our car was in the shop!! Very great guy and highly recommend!! Thanks Eric!!

I'm so glad we hired/met Eric. He even helped us try to remove the wheel off my MINI cooper to replace the flat tire we had. But since we couldnt he towed us to Amarillo and made sure that the tire shop was able to fix our issue.Thank you sir!

Eric at Hooper's stepped in when AAA dropped the ball in getting a tow out to address a breakdown with our van and travel trailer. Eric was "Jonnny on the Spot" and got us settled at a local RV park straight away with a plan to get the van fixed. We would highly recommend!

Absolutely outstanding service. Broke down on the way to Texas. He was on site with what I needed to get my truck fixed almost immediately. And direct the traffic so I didn't get ran over. They also have a very nice flatbed wrecker I don't know what else they got.
