I would highly recommend this place. Very helpful, friendly, and kind staff. They had the exact parts I was looking for to replace the leaf springs that blew out on my travel trailer.I did the install my self in the parking lot and they even provided me with some extra tools to make the job easier. We re on a cross country trip and Shalom Trailers made it possible for us to continue the journey. Thank you !

Shalom Trailers did an amazing job restoring my trailer. They gave me a free estimate and did exactly what we agreed for them to do at the agreed upon price. The owners have integrity and excellent customer service. Whether you're in the market for a new trailer or need one restored, I highly recommend Shalom Trailers!

My enclosed trailer was backed into at my storage facility. Factory replacement parts were not readily available to fix my trailer so they ordered parts to do a custom repair. Trailer came out looking great! Insurance was a nightmare and I had to pay $1,000 out of pocket just to pick up my trailer! Countless phone calls to that company trying to get them to understand that their client damaged my property and I don t owe a single cent! These guys did everything to help me out and eventually got a reimbursement check for my out of pocket expense. Super nice and professional people! I highly recommended Shalom Trailers for any work or repairs or even just buying a trailer!!! Thanks!!!!

I m from out of town. In both cases throughout the last two years Peter and his employees have provided outstanding service! I would consider Shalom the best trailer service center in Carlsbad. Thank you again!

THE BEST!!We are traveling across the country and our electric trailer brakes went out intermittently. We called every RV repair place we could find but no one could get us in. The gentleman at Shalom Take got us right in, they worked all day on the trailer and got everything fixed! The price was very reasonable. We couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone. Very nice group of young men.

I can't say enough good things about Shalom Trailers. I haul a company display trailer for a Fortune 500 company and had a coupler socket about to break loose. I arrived 1 hour before closing time in a torrential downpour with flash flooding in the area. They jumped on it immediately and had it fixed within an hour and readjusted the sleeve to ensure that the trailer sat level. These guys are the BEST at what the do! Don't even CONSIDER going anywhere else!

10 out of 10 stars. Shalom Trailer was a huge blessing and I recommend them to anyone/everyone. JR was amazing and helped us out while we were in a huge pinch today, the Friday before Memorial Day Weekend. Studs broke off and we lost a tire on the travel trailer about 10 minutes outside Carlsbad. JR jumped on it right away. I can't thank JR and Shalom Trailer enough. They are in our debt, please consider giving them your business.

I cannot say enough great things about Peter and Shalom Trailers. While moving across country for active duty military orders, we pulled into the KOA about 30 minutes outside Carlsbad and discovered several leaf springs on our 5th wheel RV had broken. We contacted several RV repair businesses and no one could assist us. We went into town the next day and my husband spoke to Peter who was more than happy to help us. The same day he had some employees come to the campground and assess the repairs needed. They came out the following morning and repairs all 4 leaf springs and we were able to get back on the road less than 36 hours after discovering the damage. Highly recommend Shalom Trailers if you are ever in need!

We discovered a loose wheel on our converted cargo trailer (now our RV) on a Sunday afternoon. Office was closed so we left a facebook message. To our great surprise we got a response back in a couple of hours! Dropped our trailer off first thing Monday morning and it was fixed before lunch! Excellent service and very reasonable prices! Where to begin? Our family was on a road trip and in Carlsbad we noticed bad camber on our camper trailer. They didn t have the axle in stock so, not only did they build a better one for it, they also were able to get it done in the same day. And all for a great price. These guys rock! Thank you!

We were passing through Carlsbad when a bad bearing on our travel trailer overheated and did significant damage to the drum and part of the axle.The owner came by the next morning to inspect it and had Ezra and two other fantastic helpers come by that afternoon with a new axle made to fit our rig. We ve made it through Texas and Louisiana and their work is solid and reliable.I can t say enough good things about this family and their business. If I m ever in need of an honest opinion I would go far out of my way to return to Shalom Trailers just to have Ezra and Peter take a look. God bless all of you!

Had a ramp stolen from my trailer around the Carlsbad area, I found these guys on Google and gave them a call yo see if they had any in stock. They had exactly what I needed, and he even helped weld my trailer where a semi had rear ended the day before. Great price, quick and efficient. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this company to anyone who needs trailer services. Today, I noticed one of my travel trailer s tires was crooked, and I visited Shalom Trailers for service. The lady, Annie greeted me with a big smile and asked me to wait until the gentleman finishes his phone call. Few minutes later, he hangs up the call and started inspecting the tires. After checking few things under the trailer, he said the axle had to be replaced because it was bent. And he said he didn t carry the parts, so recommended me to drive to another store for the job. He also mentioned that it wouldn t hurt the trailer even if I drive another day. Before I left, I asked him how much I owed him, he said nothing. He lifted my trailer up and inspected without a charge. I believe he is an honest person to do business with.

Got called that my trailer came in and was ready for pick up. When i got off work called them for total price and they told me there was a mistake and my trailer was sold, so i was a little upset, so she said she would call me back. After a few minutes they called back with a great deal on a better trailer for their mistake. That in my book is outstanding customer service and i highly recommend them to anyone who asks, great people and buisness, thanks shalom!

Shalom Ttailers stock a wide variety of parts. The owner Peter is honest and hardworking, he is willing g to go the extra mile. I've come here several times getting parts for our company trailers and have had nothing but great customer service.

They really do go above and beyond. Their level of commitment is like it used to be. Way back when people did what they said, was proud of doing a great job, and conducted business with honesty and integrity. They aren't rushed, and they don't rush you, taking time to satisfy customers. I sound like a commercial or something, but it is what it is, & they will be my first try for anything trailer ffwd in time... I bought a used 22ft from them, & I have to say, it was like buying from family. They made sure everything was right, & I had no problems what so ever with DMV. For the longest time, I didn't want to go there because of the name. My mind thought, "Muslim". I know, I can be pretty ignorant at times. I asked em about that, & they said no, they just liked the way it sounded, & it was a very friendly greeting
