RJ Auto Group is second to none is service and turn around time. Our company stumbled upon them by accident and were thankful for it. The staff is always polite and quick to keep you updated on your vehicle(s) repair status. Prices are great, service is top notch - I can't say enough good things about them. Thanks for always servicing our vehicles - we greatly appreciate it.

Great service, The girl in the front was super nice, I think her name was pashence. But any who they got fixed up in a hurry, a bit on the pricey side but hey you get what you pay for. The Guy that I talk to looked kind ragged but thew what he was talking about. I think his name was James. Thank you for the great job guys my 2009 F250 has never ran so good.

Called in, got a quote and got it done on the same day. Top quality work and good prices. I hung out in the shop while they were working on my truck and noticed they pay attention to detail, from greasing joints to adding loc-tite on screws. I m from out of state and if you re passing by, this is hands-down the place to get your vehicle looked at. They stayed past closing 2 hrs to finish my truck.

James from RJ Auto is a blessing. I could not have gone to a better repair shop...my daughter was traveling in her camper van, heading to college and her engine basically blew once arriving in Carlsbad from Houston. I live in Carlsbad, new to town, and took her van to RJ Auto while she continued on to college in my truck. Well we didn't have much time, and James took in the van and replaced the engine in less than a week at a price better than expected and much better than anywhere else! He not only did a great job, he along with a couple of his guys came in on their day off to get my daughters van fix because they knew how bad she needed it because the camper van is her home.Big Thank You to James and Crew for going way above expectations to ensure the job was done right, at a more than fair and reasonable price and done with great urgency!!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RJ AUTO!!!

James, Cesar and the rest of the crew there went WAY out of their way to fix our issues. We are pulling a large fifth wheel and had some transmission issues and it was over heating. They got us fixed up at a more than reasonable rate and were very accommodating to our issues. Cannot reccomend them enough. Thanks fellas.

They had my vehicle for a week and only managed to replace one part. When I got my vehicle back, I had two new warning lights on. This was the second mechanic in Carlsbad that I tried. Do yourself a favor and take it to a different town. This town is full of crooks that take advantage of tourists and oil field works!!

Friendly professional service great priceI have driven my truck for a couple hours and the exhaust leak and noise it was creating is totally gone they quoted a price over the phone and stuck to it also took longer to complete than they expected do to parts availability but was not to much longer I am very satisfied with the service and price for my repairs I would definitely recommend this shopService: Exhaust

Worst service ever had my vehicle 2 months didn't do nothing to it still had to pay to get my vehicle out of here and all plastic under steering well were taking apart. I will never take my vehicle there not even if it was the only one open.
