Fast, super helpful service from very knowledgeable Rich! I don t know much about bikes, so he took the time to answer all my questions and explain what he was doing.I had a flat tire riding some back country trails on my Royal Enfield Himalayan, and this spot was the place to go for my moto needs. 12/10 highly recommended!

Rattlesnake Customs owner Rick, his wife and his staff are awesome. While traveling through NM on a long ride last week, my bike had some serious and potentially trip-ending issues. I limped my bike to Rattlesnake Customs. Rick and his team stopped what they were doing and jumped in head first to begin helping. I wish I didn't have mechanical issues on the trip. But I can say unequivocally that I received the best customer service experience I've ever had - not just at a motorcycle shop, but anywhere and I can't be more appreciative. The work performed was done at the highest standard and the amount I was charged was more than fair. I can't promise the Rattlesnake Customs team will be able to drop everything if you find yourself in the same situation, but I can promise that they will try and that you'll be treated with complete respect by highly competent professionals and completely honest business people. Loved all the shirts. Shop looked very clean and organized.now I just need a HARLEY! I have known Rick for many years he is an awesome mechanic. If u want your bike done right go see him. Congrats on opening your shop Rick best wishes from Leroy and Yolie.
