My girlfriend and I were on our way to Carlsbad Caverns National Park. When we arrived at the park, we realized a tire was leaking. Being a Sunday, not very many tire many tire shops were open but luckily One Stop Shop was and we couldn t have asked for a better experience. They were very polite and able to find the leak and repair it in less than 15 minutes at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend

Friendly guy, fair prices. Very quick and fast work. In and out on a tire swap in 22 mins. Keep in mind he had barley opened and had to turn on his compressors and get ready. Highly recommend

We had a flat outside of Hueco Tanks on Hwy 180 and drove all the way to Carlsbad, NM with the Donut wheel doing 60 mph!! Drove in to Carlsbad and decided to search on google for tire shops. We found one but they wouldn t fix it even though his shop was open but he referred us to One Stop Shop and we sure didn t regret it! They saved our lives!! They were indeed very friendly and I must say the best service I ve seen in a long damn time! We highly recommend them! If you re traveling anywhere around the Carlsbad area or just passing thru and need help in car service of any kind then give them a call, y all won t regret it! Thank you One Stop Shop for helping us get home!

If I could give no stars I would!! This place is outrageous on their prices! If I would of went to forest tire I would of saved $45 on what I had done there. Then they could not even recalibrate the sensors in my tires so I ended up at forest tire anyway! When the guy was doing the recalibration on the sensors he said they had 40lbs of air more then what my manual calls for in my tires! I DO NOT recommend this place at all!! Shame on you for your prices and getting your hand in the money pot because of the oil boom!

Great customer service, I m from Montana and work on an oil rig on the Texas-New Mexico border and he stayed open an extra hour to get me tires I badly needed! Really nice guys and superb service

Waited at another tire shop for an hour and 1/2 to get a flat fixed couldn't wait left went to this shop 15 min flat was fixed fast service great customer service highly recommend this place
