When I walked in I just needed some blinker bulbs there was already people standing in line and nobody helping them and these three clowns were standing there talking about how her butt looked in those jeans so I will not be back to your store. I'm going to have a talk with the other store too tell them what's going on over there this isn't the first time I had to delete a bad review to leave this one. Nobody ever wants to help any pain customers there's always people standing around talking and customers standing in line that should not happen. Anybody reading this advance Auto parts is a much better auto parts store they are on the ball over there. O'Reilly's can go eat a hot dog.

I do believe this store hires nothing but crackheads ask them about a tool and the young man that was visiting with his friends too busy to help someone out I asked him if he would look it up he told me that then a parts store have no way of looking up sizes so I put the parts and tools I was going to to purchase sitting on his counter and went down the road to AutoZone and they was able to help me they was able to look it up make sure I was correct on the size I needed and made impact tool sales hope you enjoy the loss of business I will not be back..................... you want to discuss this more send me a number for a email where we can discuss the Carlsbad and Hobbs store

I came in at 9:00 p.m. at night wanting to drop off some transmission oil in their oil receptacle, but they said they don't take transmission oil. Fortunately, one of the workers said he could take it so he could burn it in his first gen Ram. The staff was really nice to me.

Employees walking around doing nothing. One young man was up front and no one in the store would help him. Asked one of them a question and he was rude in his answer. I left and went to tractor supply where I received what I was looking for just like things should be.

One thing I see they need is somebody to answer the phone all the time the phone just rings and rings and rings in that store off of Green Street they only had two employees one was outside putting the battery in for a lady which was nice but the other one was helping me and nobody answered the phone other than that they usually get what I asked for and when my lady gets back to work after her off time I'll be very happy I miss Liz very much she's on the job she doesn't supposed to she helps to look for things she's a very excellent employee and they don't treat her right she'll be gone and I'll lose her and they won't have nobody I think she's a very sweet lady and she's very prompt and helping

Had a GREAT experience at O'Reilly auto parts, was helped by Logan Devers, he was very helpful and helped me repair my truck in the parking lot. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I will allways come back to the O'Reilly auto parts store on canal Street here in Carlsbad!

Parts professionals, friendly atmosphere convenient hours open 7days a week parts ordered before 4 PM are delivered next day in most cases. I prefer OReilly over all the other parts houses in town. Keep your vehicle on the road with the helpful people at o reilly's

Was extremely disappointed that the two individuals not helping anyone straight denied installing the new battery i just purchased from them into my truck. It's at the front, on top, easy install.... but they told me no. Think I'll go to autozone next time.

They are generally stocked up pretty well and the customer service is usually pretty good but they often lack organizing workloads which causes the process of shopping at the store to take rather longer than it should but it isn't any different at any other place for auto parts.

Many things available for all makes and models. From repairs to cleaning, this is one of the stores I use most and now they have two locations for added convenience. If they have to order the part it is usually in the next day or so. Very dependable.

Oreillys is the go to in town if you need parts or tools for your vehicle, sometimes they get a little busy and take a while but overall pretty decent experience and ill continue to go here if i need anything

MASON IS THE BEST!! he was very helpful trying to help me figure out what was wrong with my car. His knowledge on how different things operate better helped me to understand how things worked. His patience is commendable and greatly appreciated. He got my parts ordered and delivered quickly. This guy needs a raise!

O'Reilly employees have been exceptional...especially the big guy...gonna have to get his name. BUT, the place they order engines from needs some work. The engine is over due, past their maximum time frame, & getting status is, so far, impossible. They don't have a problem charging your credit card immediately... The engine ended up being a week & a half over due. I lost my appointment with the mechanic, & it seemed nothing went right after. I had to find another mechanic quickly. Now I have a check engine light, & no one knows why. My truck is a 96, & I guess it's right in the middle of transition year, so the diagnostic computers won't fit, old or new

Manager was super friendly I had questions about my windshield wipers and he helped me get the ones I needed and even installed them.That's how it always should be. Great customer service today.

Always friendly and knowledgeable, our first choice when needing the right part for the job. The delivery team is always fast and efficient, keeping the wheels rolling. A clean, well stocked store allows us to find what we need without a problem.

Had a great experience here!. Needed help with installing a wiper blade that we bought at the Las Cruces store. The young man was super sweet and helpful! He installed the blade quickly and had me on my way in no time! I wish I had gotten his name!

This place did a complete 180 and made their store feel like they cared about a real viruse that can hurt people. Its cleaner. spacing is respected and masks are used in the correct fashion. My hats off to everybody who works in this very busy store. Great job.

Curbside order took longer than estimated amount. When i arrived they wouldn t answer the phone. So i ended up walking inside to get the order myself. Comple waste of time.

Today I visited the carlsbad nm store and Briana was amazing. She provided the best customer service and helped me with my car battery. We need more friendly people like her for women like me who are not able to change a car battery.THANKS BRIANA

While driving through Carlsbad heading to El Paso, TX, our alternator failed. Not only did O'Reilly Auto Parts have the part in stock, but their customer service was above and beyond with knowlegeable & courteous staff. Had they not allowed me to replace the part using tools they loaned me on site we certainly would have been stranded. Special thanks to Sebastian & Anna who helped me test & pinpoint the issue at hand.

Carlsbad was a nice town to drive through, especially when the people who i came into contact with we're so nice. i was so blessed to have a kind young man working at O'Reilly that replaced a bad hose with a good one. They had the right hose and plenty of antifreeze for me to continue my journey.

They had the part that both Advance Auto and AutoZone said was not even available to order from anywhere. The suggested the dealership.O'Reilly's had it in stock, two of them, and I needed both.Thank you O'Reilly's.
