When they are open the wash is decent.However, you pay an outrageous amount for the unlimited monthly plan, then they are closed 3 out the four week of that timeframe. So essentially you pay $60 for a weeks worth of car washesOf course they don t prorated those closed weeks to you next months plan.Gotta say this is par for the course for Carlsbad businesses. Such a sad sad town.

Heard it was a very good place decided to try it. Paid for a mighty wash. Wash wax and tire wash and shine. Start two guys spray truck. Then truck is pulled thru wash bay at end two guys wipe off water that air sprayer missed. I then pulled to vac and started to vac truck wife notice tire not wash and shine talk to a employee who stated that they don't know which car gets tire wash you have to tell them. Then he ask me if I wanted to do or have him do it. I said him then I looked car over and started to find many spots that were missed rims,tire wells,around licence plate ,bottom runner by doors,front grill looked the same as it did before it when in,you think they would have some one at the begining to brush tire wells and runner below doors with a brush placed where they know the brushes can't reach not worth the money I spent. They wanted to take it thru again I said no did not get first time won,t get sec, time ask for a half refund was told not in habit of giving refunds. Will not be recommending them nor will I be going back. Wonder how meny people have drove off thinking their tires got done when they did not this is the mighty wash car wash on canyon nothing mightyabout it

This is our go to car wash when in the area!! Always busy and still manages to get you in and out in a timely manner! My car always comes out clean and they have free vacuums!!

Sometimes the attendants get cars through quickly other times I wait in line 45 mins. The intake sprayers need to be more efficient. Also the SUPER WASH doesnt ever get the bugs off the front of my car. Maybe I should try the Mighty Wash?

I think my photos speak for themselves. I got the Thunder Wash, I was told I would be charged an extra $10 for mud but they took my card and I was charged an extra $16 without them telling me first it was going to be more. They did not spend nearly enough time on the truck. It was still filthy. They did not earn the money they charged me.

I hate that the car is never clean on the front..they don t get the bugs off outside of that I like the quickness of running through

I love this car wash. I always feel pampered when I come through for spa day for my car. The employees are friendly and hard working. The free vacuums with the air guns are a huge plus. My car always leaves looking new.

Wasn t impressed, it was expensive and it didn t even clean my truck the employees spraying the truck down in the front did a horrible job

Even though the prices have risen for a wash, no maintenance has been done. For four months only one side of the tire shine has been working. The actual wash itself is great. Best in town. But when you pay top dollar for the best wash and tire shine you expect it.

My work truck was slightly muddy and they took the extra time in the beginning to make sure they got it off before I went through the tunnel. That means it kept the brushes cleaner and didn't mess up all the cars behind me. I appreciated the attention to detail and the truck came out looking great again. I don't mind paying a little more for good work, especially since they had to do a little more.

have a 2009 Ford Mustang and Sunday went thru car wash for the first time thought I would try it out, needless to say the Wash broke off my mirror and they proceeded to tell me " Your car over 7 years old we will not fix it ", I guess they have signs first entering the building but having to pay attention to men directing you to pull forward to make sure car lines up with conveyor belt I missed it, but the customer service i received with this was so rude and disrespectful. I will not be back and will proceed to share the word. So if you have a vehicle over 7 years old or a Vintage car stay away from here PLEASE

The worst place to wash the car, the staff does not dry the car well. the vacuum sucks nothing. They did not spray the liquid for the bugs. terrible service

They broke my windshield wiper on my Land Rover and didn't want to replace it. I will never ever go there again long as I live in Carlsbad New Mexico. Yes I talked to a Manager after no response back and was told no responsible for broke wiper. My wiper wouldn't be broke if the guy had not hit it with that big brush. He landed it on top of my wiper because it has rain sensor.

I love coming to Mighty wash! I've been in the carlsbad area for 3 years already, and I never really liked Tornado wash. They got better when they swapped to mighty wash. The crew that is working there now are really friendly and professional. I signed up for the monthly deal package, which I honestly highly recommend. You can wash your vehicle up to 3 times per day every day, all for 1 monthly payment. Keep up the good work Mighty wash!

Your tire shine only works on the passenger side. I m thinking about a monthly membership but not sure yet.

Sometimes they forget to turn my side mirrors in and I'm always nervous they'll get broken, but so far so good.Good customer service and prices are reasonable.

I didn't like that the price was double what I'm used to paying for a basic wash, but in the end I decided it was well worth it precisely because of the customer service and attention to detail. I'm used to a guy waving you in, aiming the sprayer at the front of the car, giving it a 3 second spray, then the machines do the rest and off I go. But here, there was a guy on either side spraying, then scrubbing quickly, all while the conveyor was moving the car forward, then at the end two guys once again went down both sides of my car drying the car off as quickly and as thoroughly as they could manage while the car continued on the conveyor. That kind of customer service is why your pricing is perfect!

$15 plus the tip to the 1st two workers before the wash and then tip to both persons drying car. Not worth it!But since its cold, oh wellStill got to vacume and dry the car myself better. Especially Windows. I know their busy but i do tip so it could be cleaned/dried better. Just saying

We were looking for an automatic car wash for our dirty Jeep. This one was more expensive than usual but also did a much better job than usual, with two guys prepping and two hand drying. The car wash itself seemed very thorough. We appreciated it after a couple of mediocre washes we've had lately.

Good Washing..Great Price For A One Time Use..Dont Have The Monthly Pay Which Is Some Round 50 But Maybe Good To Have If U Reside Around There, But Other Then That Wash Is Good But The End When It's Time To Wipe Down The Employees Use Dirty Rags And Smudge It But Who Am I To Complain I Just Go Right Home And Clean it A Lil Better..But I Do Recommend It..I Be Going Back Again Tho
