What I needed was supposed to be petty simple, change a brake switch, I tried for 30 minutes could get it out. Took it Jay's they fixed it in 5 minutes. Should have had them do it in the first place.

After breaking a piece of my evaporator core on my truck I decided it was time to bring it to a professional to get my A/C working again. Although they seemed pretty busy they were able to get my truck fixed in just a couple days and the price wasn't bad. The mechanics seemed knowledgeable and the receptionist was very nice and friendly. If I need any more work done I'll be going back here for sure!

Ok .All I can say is Wow$1,555.04 to change fuel pump.took car in for not wanting to start on cold mornings.they run flash codes showed primary fuel pump.Ok so then they ordered wrong pump.had them put on repair if this was gonna be over $500.00 let me know. Found out that they broke fuel line installing fuel pump,then they repaired it and charged me for it then they worked on engine and repaired twovaccum leaks,they even replaced battery on key fob.All of this took 29 days I was without a car.then I noticed damage to drivers side rear quarter fender from a white object.My car will never Grace this place again.Car still won't start on cold days.

We are from Texas and needed a quick look at our Jeep after noticing some leaking oil. Warren took care of us right away and let us know what was maybe going on. Perfect for needing a quick look!

If I could give them no star I would. Long story short, terrible customer service the owner is crass, typical of a service industry in Carlsbad. It's worth the drive to El Paso, Artsia Ford or Roswell for auto service.Wayne, you shouldn't treat your customers the way you do. I for one will spend my money else where.

Not good, told me I needed a front rotor I installed the new one nothing wrong with old one showed him the old one had nothing to say. Probably thought go ahead and put it on. (CROOKS)

Do not take your vehicle here for unless you want to start having problems with it and they won t own up to it!! It s better to do it yourself
