I was new in town and referred to Fairway Auto Clinic last summer by a colleague. I am very grateful for it.I needed a quick repair initially and it was taken care of well. A few months later I was having trouble with my '06 vehicle and there was a number of things I needed done. The people at Fairway walked me through the process, explained everything well, and provided fair pricing. Through no fault of their own, I had a final issue with my car. I got it back on a Friday and something else happened to it over the weekend. I called and left a voice-mail at the business on Sunday asking "if I could please bring it in Monday morning" as I don't have a second vehicle. The owner, Audra, called me back later, on Sunday, and let me know "Sure, you can bring it in. We'll take care of you!" That right there epitomizes their way of doing business - putting customers first and being there for them! And my car now runs like it is brand new:)Thank you Fairway! I will be back if I ever have car trouble again.

Fairway Auto Clinic: Saved Our Road Trip!I can't thank the team at Fairway Auto Clinic enough for rescuing our road trip! Our brakes went out after a mountain trip, and another shop turned us away because they couldn't get parts. Fairway Auto Clinic diagnosed the problem (bad brake master cylinder) and gave me honest expectations about parts arrival (luckily, just a day!). They replaced the part quickly and got us back on the road the next day. They even offered me a ride back to my hotel! True lifesavers!Additional comments: While a waiting area would be nice, there's a great cafe (Blue House Bakery & Cafe) and a Starbucks nearby if you need a place to wait in the mornings.I highly recommend Fairway Auto Clinic for their expertise, honesty, and friendly service!

Fairway technicians diagnosed and replaced a crankshaft issue 9 years ago, and recently replaced a shifter assembly for me. They were friendly, accommodated my towing needs, and most importantly, fixed the problems quickly. Fairway Auto is reliable.

Drop truck off for wheel bearing replacement. My king ranch has auto lock 4 x4. Next day at work needed 4x4. Wouldn t engage. Got out locked wheel hub into 4x4. Noticed one was a plastic wheel hub. (Black manual hub) Confronted them about it.They replied we didn t break or steal your locking hub. My truck 4x4 has always worked fine. Not now. I wouldn t let them work on my truck ever again. Dishonest people. My advice is to take pictures of what to be worked on before work is done. Picture on left is original came on truck

locked my keys in my car. fairway came in less than 20 minutes and got my car unlocked in less than 5. super easy and cheap!

The entire Fairway Auto Team provided us with top notch service! I had an issue with the fuel system on a 2008 Sierra that I could not get solved after multiple attempts at other mechanical shops and dealerships. The Fairway Team accurately diagnosed and solved the problem in a very timely manner. These guys went over and beyond their duty to tow my vehicle. After dealing with another tow company, 12 hours later Fairway came in and saved the day. We are not from here and this was the halfway point to our destination. The driver Matt did an amazing job taking care of business. The place the vehicle was being towed (because it was a tire warranty issue) wasn t answering so Matt walked his cell phone into the shop and got the manager on the phone so I could talk to them about what needed to be done. They turned a long night of being stranded in the Guadalupe Mountains waiting on another tow company into a positive experience. Thank you so much Matt and his team, we really appreciate you guys!

Total hack job of a shop. Took my car to check out an engine light, they kept it for two week with no update, called several times with no response. Went to pick up the car just to get it out, they said they had gotten to it earlier in the day and corrected the issue and got charged 500$. I did not believe them and on the drive home once I accelerated engine light/limited performance came on. No difference than when I took it in. Drove back and demanded a refund and only got 350$ back. Your better off driving your car in the middle of the desert and leaving it there to get fixed than these hack jobs.

TERRRRRIBLE!NEVER GO HERE! hopefully with enough citizens standing up for themselves this business will go away.It was not bad enough that i paid 175 for a "diagnostic" to find nothing wrong.Now they are ripping off my elderly mother(Supposedly the owner goes to church?? Pfff-typical) but he billed my mother 895...to fix nothing ....claims worked on car for 10 hrs...had some highschooler working on the car...and just got the car home a BIGGER AND WORSE leak... supposedly charging for 10 hrs when by law the fix should cost 4 hrs...but they did not even fix the part for the 4 hrs...we found "extra parts" just sitting on the engine....WOW pointed that out... we have a video of him removing sh to get that screw in... nothing was tightened my husband had to point that out...worker whos kid worked on the car.NEVER GO THERE. THEY ARE TO RIP U OFF!THEY THREW OUR OLD PART AWAY -BY LAW WE CAN ASK FOR IT...DID NOT PRODUCE ITSEE U IN COURT!

**Edit**My Honda was worked on here to fix my broken air conditioning a couple of years ago. Was charged for a diagnostic fee to find out what the problem was. Was quoted the cost and it was paid. The air conditioning still didn t work so they called me. My problem with this place is that they wanted to charge for another part that they weren t sure would fix my problem and I had already paid for the diagnostic fee, the previous parts and service. No refund was given so I was left with less money and the same broken air conditioning unit that I started off with. I hope that this establishment doesn t do business like this anymore but their reputation with me was unprofessional and dishonest.

Took my truck here to get looked at for a suspension / alignment issue. I already knew what the issue was because I had it looked at somewhere else, so I told them what the issue was and asked for their opinion. When I picked up the truck later in the day, it was obvious that nobody had looked at it all. I asked questions about the problem, and nobody could tell me anything about the issue or how much it would actually be to fix it. Waste of $150. If you enjoy lighting money on fire, take your vehicle here.

My experience was with their towing service. Overall a great experience!! My situation was unique in that vehicle was being picked up without being present and delivered to a location where repairs were to be done. Dispatch was wonderful throughout the pick-up and kept me informed. Made a not great situation totally bearable! Thank you!

I stopped in. In scheduled and Jaun was quick to take care of me. Jaun was extremely busy in his shop as he should be for a great person like him.He downloaded and printed the wiring schematic for my blower motor malfunction so I can continue to troubleshoot my issue.Thanks Jaun.

Fairway is the best place. My armada was fixed and quickly. They kept in touch with me the whole time it was in the shop. This is the only mechanic shop I will take my vehicles to. overall experience was good, got us in right away which was big because we are traveling and live out of our van. when we were a little surprised at the total (part was just expensive) owner gave us a discount and gave us a nationwide warranty on the part plus a few miles of free towing! only complaint is no waiting room.

I brought my car in to be looked at for the brakes. they told me two different things that could be wrong with it and how much it was gonna be I told him that I was just gonna come pick my car up because I didn t at over $2000 to fix it. After getting back to get my car they still had it completely tore apart hadn t even put it back together to try to convince me to leave it there. When they finally diagnosed the problem they charged me $700 for something that the part alone was only $100 and should have only taken 2 hours at the most. To pick my car up drive it all the way home just to find out that that never even fixed the issue. I called and left several voicemails and no one ever even would call me back. DO NOT take your vehicle here they price gouge you to death and won t even fix the actual issue that s wrong with your vehicle.

I was way over charged for their services. I brought my truck into Fairway to have my A/C system recharge. My bill for their service came to $312.64. They claimed that it took them 3.5 hours to perform the task. I would have been better off taking my truck to a Chevy dealership.

Way over charged prices and not told until after that it would be $130 just for them to tell me what I already knew was wrong. In fact, the dealership was 350 less than their quote and they then tried to say it was because of the cost of the part. I can order a part from the dealer for $30, they say it's $250. Don't waste your time with these fly by night price gougers, go to a local shop with ties to the community if you really want good service.

Took in my Honda Civic to fix the AC told me it s $210 dollars diagnostics fee. Then said it was a leaking hose. Get the part in and replaced it. Added an AC recharge fee came out to $699.90 then called and told me that the compressor isn t working and won t have the part in for at least a week or longer. So I paid $699.90 for absolutely nothing. The AC still doesn t work. How do they misdiagnose the compressor the first time and charge me for replacing the hoses? Stay away from this place you re better off finding some place else.Service: Air conditioning

Super shop to get your vehicle repaired. They towed my truck from the next town to their shop. Made repairs at a fair price and advised me that the other required repairs were under warranty, then helped get the vehicle to the dealership in town. They are fair, honest and quick to complete the work. I highly recommend this shop. Juan & Audra are super courteous, care about their customers & Best of All "GITTER DONE". THANKS FAIRWAY AUTO CLINIC!!!

Called in for a tow, and they were able to dispatch a driver right away. There was a little miscommunication when I got to the shop, but the manager was able to correct it.

Purchased a 79 Cadillac El Dorado, took it in to get checked out. Found seals and radiator need replaced. Juan and his crew were very familiar with this front wheel classic car. Repaired in timely manner, fair price and 1 year warranty. I would use them again at Fairway.

Man these dudes are great they fixed everything with my car in a timely fashion and were very helpful and the manager goes out of his way to try and make the price reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Well took a 1998 gmc c3500 to fairway to replace transmission I bought from Frazier engines also brought my own parts. Quote$509. Good price right? Keep reading after replacing trans I called them because I haven t heard from them in two weeks. Well they changed my clutch pedal and slave cylinder without even asking me then replaced my throw out bearing with another new one because it wasn t bled. So the orders another one that come pre bled. Haha no such thing so I say just get it together plz and thank you. Well finally went to get it after 4 weeks and bill is $1800 and they say well it s a new tranny so it s hard to shift just pump the peddle a lot it will be fine. I m pissed so I bring it to another mechanic where we are taking pics of the throw out my bearing they installed with the keeper missing that molds in the clutch line. And a brand new master cylinder full of debris and trash.

They kept my car for four days to replace a battery and a starter for almost $800. On top of that, after they were done, new warning lights were lit up on my dash. They tried to tell me the warning lights were due to the TPMS. My car predates the introduction of TPMS .... Don t go here.

Horrible. Steer clear that will rip you off. They replaced a part that I told them I had replaced the day before. When I asked where my part they took off was they said they threw it away. Charged me a lot of money and my vehicle was still not fixed. I was told by the owner one thing and then talked to the mechanic and he said he didn t have a clue what the owner was talking about that he did not fix anything like that.

They where very nice, helpful and picked my car up for me one day, and had it fix and to me the next. They are excellent auto care. Took my vehicle in with their tow service, repair was prompt and they saved me thousands over a dealership repair. They even offered to take me to my work or motel. They saved my butt!!
