The only shop able to rescue a Ford Excursion! Chuy's is the place and his professionalism is top tier. Chuy cares and will find the problem and fix it!

Took my Acadia to have the whole timing redone. Bought the parts. Took 5 months to get it back. Still was running weird and a little clicking and it wouldn t accelerate sometimes and would stink of gas so we kept taking it back. He said the computer said it was fine. Tried to drive it out of town and it misfired and broke down. Took it back he cleared the codes after cleaning MAF sensor. Car stopped working. He came by and said it was 2 other sensors. We replaced those and it still wouldn t work and other sensors. Had another mechanic come by and he said everything else was good so it s the Timing we spent thousands of dollars on. His warranty sounds good but only replaces the parts WE bought so doesn t make sense and now it s heck trying to get a hold of him or for him to help us. OUR CAR ONLY LASTED A ROUGH 5 MOUNTHS after this shop.. I should have listened to everyone and he sounds like a good Christian man. :( listen to the town and the reviews. I ll take this down if he does the right thing.

I took my 2009 F150 pickup to this person in Oct 2014, who gave me a price of $4000 to rebuild the engine and give me a year warranty. I agreed and gave him $2000 up front for "supplies". He still has the truck, it has been sitting in the outside weather for 8 years. I took him to court, he lied about what had happened, and now am fighting him to get my truck and my $2000 plus attorney fees. He is not an honest man, even though he has Bible quotes on his wall in his shop. Read other reviews....this is not an auto repairman, he is acorrupt person that takes your money and tries to screw you out of your vehicle. AVOID AT ALL COSTS....my opinion!!!Service: Engine repair

Took a truck in to have the motor replaced. Motor came hot run power tested from the manufacturer. It took him 3 months to do a simple motor swap. He was paid in full up front. After he got the new motor in he told me I had to pay an additional 700 dollars because supposedly the well plugs were missing and the new motor would not build oil pressure. I paid just to finally get my truck back from him. I will NEVER use it recommend this guy to anyone. He is a hack mechanic and will mess your vehicle up even more.Service: Engine repair

My family and I were on vacation in Colorado, and decided to visit Carlsbad Caverns before heading home to Texas. Due to the traveling up and down the mountains, there were wear & tear on my brakes and were in need of repair before leaving to Texas. We called Chuy up to see if he could assist in the repair and he agreed. Once we got there there was more work that needed to be done on our brakes and he advised us on what was needed, and we had him do it. He completed the work in a timely manner, and was friendly and honest. I felt like I had known Chuy for a life time. Wish we lived there so they could become our regular mechanic. Chuy was super informative. He did an awesome job and was very nice. We were from out of town and he really made us feel welcome. Also get did not over charge which makes him a genuine and honest man. I would highly recommend him!

I don t do reviews but for Mr Chuy I owe him a few minutes of my time. Mr Chuy is an extremely knowledgeable mechanic. He s a master mechanic in my opinion. I traveled in from Oklahoma and due to a failed brake job, my rear end was destroyed. (Brake job done by a shop in Oklahoma the day before traveling to Carlsbad NM). Mr Chuy was open on Saturday, pulled everything apart on my HD dually rear end and provided assessment, explained what needed to be done clearly and completely; and he did this on a Saturday. When my new rear end arrived one evening, Mr Chuy started the install and had my truck running the same day. So I m very grateful Mr Chuy did everything he said he would do and I was able to get back home to my family! Thank you Mr Chuy, you are a man of your word and my new friend.

I haven't been there in years. It took him over a week to but brakes on our van. Then he tried to charge my wife $3,000. I actually had to go to the shop and get in this guy's face to get him to actually do ant work. Then I paid him 600 for brakes. Again this was a long time ago so hopefully he has improved over the years.

Chewy got my husbands truck in extreamly quick and was great too work with. Fixed a problem that two mechanics couldnt fix previously. We will definitely take our vehicle back if we happen to have any other issues.

Chuy knows autos. Exceptional human. He works at the best pace he can with only one other employee. But it's done right. Every time. Don't let the appearance of the buildings mislead you. It's what's inside that counts!

I took my vehicle to him and he figured out what the problem was . I had been to other shops to repair the issue my vehicle had been having but much to no avail. My vehicle ended up with same issue . Chuy fixed my vehicle and I am very pleased and blessed to find someone truly honest and worth his labor.Thank you sir

He took my truck joy riding said he would fix it got paid two weeks later when I went to get the truck NOTHING was touched and he locked my truck took the keys wouldn t answer a phone. Cops had to get involved for auto theft

Owns a chop shop, said he fixed the problem charged me 3,000.00 and used JB weld to seal my oil pan. Never again. Beware of this guy.

I am a woman and my wife keeps calling me, like I have something with her husband just because I called him to check the truck, and I tried to get it out of there and they won't let me, my truck is still there after months, they don't answer my calls and I live in Oklahoma 0 professionalism, seriously think about it if you are going to leave a car there.
